• BURCU (10/5): Great Hospitality! - Been there many times and each time was excellent. The puffy queen room type is the best. Room amenities are well -chosen and in high quality. This time for the first time we had a problem at check-in. We guess the employee could not find the right reservation. So we had to pay for the second time(then he paid the money back anyway) no matter our reservation was an extra-self reservation. And he gave a standard room, our reservation was for a puffy queen room. Yet we are sure It was just a confusion due to the system or a name resemblance. So thats okay, he changed the room and paid the money back as soon as we noticed the situation. On the other side It is better to re-check your reservation before you go. Everytime they welcome you and answer your phone in a warm behavior. "Mr Ali" provided late check-out with us. Which was an excellent news for us. Thank you very much for making our vacation better and answering the call in the warmest behavior. Will keep the hotel on our list for the future! Thanks for the great hospitality!

• BURCU (10/5): Helpful and professional staff. Perfect service. - The second stay and everything was perfect as our first stay. We had the same room which was well cleaned and well decorated. The reception personnel was very kind. I made a non-refundable reservation for the wrong dates and he helped me a lot for changing my reservation. I had to call the hotel at least 3 times in a shift and the person i spoke was very helpful and kind. Thank you very much for the great service! Once more!
• BURCU (10/5): Comfortable - Puffy Queen Cloud room type has the most comfortable bed compared to other hotels. Everything was designed for comfort. Even slippers. The room was large, you cant find anything dirty or broken. Simply amazing. Thank you for the quality.
• Gul (10/5): Cok tatli bir butik otel - Konum cok iyi, otel cok tatli, gayet temiz, calisanlar nazik, tasarim cok tatli, ihtiyac olabilecek hersey dusunulmus, tek negatif ekleyebilecegim duvarlarin ince olmasi. Yan oda veya koridordaki gurultu biraz rahatsiz ediciydi. Bunun disinda harikaydi. Tesekkurler!

• AYDIN (10/5): Güzel bir otel - Odalar temiz, ilk girdiğinizde hafif bir nem kokusu var ama odaların ufak ve banyonun tam yatağın karşısına denk gelmesinden kaynaklı. Marmaray ve Bakırköy Deniz otobüsü duraklarına 500 er metre mesafede.

Yaz ortası olmasına rağmen klima ve teras kapısıyla geceleri rahat uyuyabildik. Gürültü yoktu. Genel olarak temizdi. Tavsiye ederiz.

Der boden von unserem zimmer war sehr stark demoliert vermute durch ein wasserschaden es wurde jeden tag das zimmer geputzt aber zum schluss war nix gemacht worden auser die betten und dem müll eimer...

Great location for food and local shops. It’s a distance from the NEW airport, but worth the trip. Buses go to the new airport frequently.

• Myrat (10/5): Great Hotel and great value for money! - My second visit to Cloud 7. First thing what I want to highlight is cleanliness in the rooms. The rooms are very clean and for me it is the most important. Staff at the reception are polite and helpful. Special thanks to Osman and Murat. Also, I must say that location of the hotel are incredible. You have everything what you need. Even though they don't serve a breakfast you have plenty of cafes and restaurants around and 2 shopping malls just 200 meters away. Last but not least is that there is a bus going and coming from NEW Istanbul airport every 20 minutes just near the hotel. It is the last station when you coming from New airport to Bakirkoy and the first when you going from Bakirkoy to New Airport. This is an additional advantage if you stay in Cloud7 Atakoy.

• C.E (6/5): - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend dieses Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen in Bakirköy in der Nähe befinden sich die Einkaufzentren Capacity und Carousel. Das Zimmer war sehr klein das Preisverhältnis entsprach nicht den Bedingungen. Auch gibt es kein Parkplatz.in der Nähe befindet sich ein Park Gelegenheit das nur bis 1:00 Uhr geöffnet ist und morgens um sieben wieder besteht die Möglichkeit das Auto zu nehmen.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Careless Hotel Management - The balcony door was broken and did not open. When we talked to employees, we realized that this problem was not new. They said they could not solve it and were told that they could not transfer to another room because the hotel was full. I don't know how they can accept a guest's stay in that condition. It was a nice hotel when it opened. But lately, they're going bad. Last time I stayed, I shared my concerns about cleanliness with employees.

Odalar çok çok minik hareket edemiyorsunuz; hatta ilk başta oturacak sandalyesi bile bir olmayan bir odayı vermeye çalıştılar! Komodin, dolap gibi eşyalarınızı koyabileceğiniz hiçbir şey yoktu! Odadaki parkeler oynuyordu ve yatak korkunç sertti. Kesinlikle önermiyorum.

• David (8/5): Hotel with a cool vibe - This boutique hotel is right in a shopping district and near a large shopping mall as well as close to the ferry terminal. We stayed in a single queen overlooking the street. Room is modern and clean, but small. Bathroom is similarly up-to-date but on the small size. The windows did a good job of blocking the street noise and we had no problem getting a nights rest. Only complaint here is the bed is like a drum... No plush mattresses here. Everything was clean and amenities provided. Staff was friendly as well. The hotel is attached on the ground floor to a coffee shop. We didn't try the breakfast as we only stayed one day and left to the airport early. I would recommend the hotel for, especially if you wish to be closer to the airport and get some shopping done. There were a number of restaurants and clubs in the area as well. Price is on the economical side which is a plus.
