- Huseyin (8/5): Great location for short trips - The hotel is located at an excellent location. You can reach almost all attractions in Chisinau by walk. The bed was comfy, the staff was smiley and helpful. Despite the willingness of the staff, they failed to resolve the issue I had regarding birds nesting inside the ventilation fan. Their chirping was a bit uncomfortable. Also the breakfast was avarage.

- Yuri (9/5): Отель весьма приятный. Рекомендую. (Но, сейфы пора заменить на современные). - Чисто, комфортно. Номер для пары. Стандартный, добротный завтрак. Вежливый персонал. Место в центре города. Рядом крупные магазины и ресторан Andy с замечательной кухней (обедали там восновном). В номере был сейф который неудобен для пользавания: закрывался просто, но открыть его удавалось не всегда. В конце отказались от его использования вообще.

- Catherine (10/5): Comfortable stay in great location. - Location was ideal right in the centre next to the lovely parks and easy access to public transportation, cafes and restaurants. Attractive restaurant area for breakfast which was served until 11 which was a treat. Great view from my 5th floor room which had a wall of windows. Windows opened. Comfortable bed and nice quality cotton bed linen. Simple uncomplicated shower.
- Clare (6/5): Not the best - Good location It is a 4 star hotel, but no tea or coffee was provided in the room. Breakfast was in a separate restaurant next door and didn’t start till 7.30. The pipes were very noisy and there was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom

- Ellya (9/5): - Location is excellent, close to the city center. The size of the room was generous. We will definitely consider staying there again. Our view was blocked because was exactly near the fire escape area. But other than that everything else was great.

- Barbara (9/5): Excellent and comfortable base for exploring Chisinau - Perfect location- walking distance to all main sites, pedestrian street, lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful and friendly, assisting with information and requests. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean It was quite hard to get the room temperature right but that was a minor issue. Kettle in room or tea/ coffee machine in lobby would be great.

- Iryna (8/5): - Отличное месторасположение. Но парковка не прямо у отеля (для кого это важно). В 150м от отеля, провожает сотрудник. В целом - очень близко. И парковка - дополнительная оплата. Вот что действительно супер - так это завтрак. Говорят, недавно обновили ресторан и подачу. Разнообразие, вкус, антураж - 10/10. Только ради завтрака остановилась бы снова) В целом претензий нет. Все хорошо.

На рецепшин очень приветливая девушка Алина встретила нас, посоветовала отличный итальянский ресторан, мы ей оч благодарны! Удобное расположение в самом центре на пешеходной улице. Все отлично

- Diana Raileanu (10/5): Good value for the money - Location is amazing. The size of the room was generous. The receptionist lied re Bolt rides (said it is better to book a taxi as we cannot find Bolt) and at 5:30 in the morning we found the ride very fast. Might not happen all the time though, IDK)

За стоимость в 70 долларов ожидала хотя бы базового уровня сервиса, но даже элементарной вещи - бесплатной питьевой воды - предоставлено не было. В большинстве хороших отелей забота о гостях проявляется в мелочах, и вода обычно входит в стандартный набор удобств. Здесь же за неё нужно дополнительно платить, что вызывает недоумение. Считаю, что при такой цене отель вполне мог бы предусмотреть хотя бы бесплатную воду - как для гостей, так и, например, для моей собаки. Это минимальный уровень комфорта, который напрямую влияет на общее впечатление от проживания.

Персонал, до моего отъезда так и не смог его наладить.
