• Olesia (9/5): We stayed there for 2 nights, everything was great, it was very simple but comfortable. Me and my friend are 19 years ol - The location, everything is clean, very quiet, beautiful view from the kitchen, nice atmosphere. The beds are firm.

Lamentablemente la limpieza no existia, es un lugar incluso INSALUBRE y ABANDONADO incluso deberia estar clausurado, o lo esta ??. Por favor soliicitenme fotos además de las adjuntas para evidenciar lo que indico. Por mi parte no me cambié sólo por la ubicación y a que viajaba con mi madre de 79 años lo que me impedía correr el riesgo de quedar sin techo...... muy distante del sueño de conocer Venecia que buscaba para mi madre ( yo ya habia viajado con mi esposa años atrás).. , alojamiento tambien gestionado por BOOKING. • Isabella (10/5): Comodo, vicino a piazza San Marco e a tutti i collegamenti per i mezzi, sicuro e accogliente - La posizione a due passi da piazza San Marco, la camera spaziosa e con tutti i tessuti abbinati dello stesso colore compreso gli asciugamani per la doccia. La pulizia e la comodità del letto, l’esposizione su un canale con il suono dell’acqua che concilia il sonno. La gentilezza dell’hotel. Il bidet non funzionava, quindi sarebbe meglio tappare gli scarichi dello stesso per evitare il ritorno di cattivo odore dal sifone.

• Dominik (8/5): - Let's be honest, it's not the Ritz, but for this price and in this location, you won't find anything better. The owner is very helpful and friendly. If I return to Venice, I will definitely stay here again. The last room available had two single beds, so it was a bit cramped for the two of us in one bed ;)

• Michelle (8/5): Good. - Spacious facilities, great location, clean, quiet , nice restaurants all around. -I would have liked a stove top espresso machine. - the toilet seat had a crack which needs to be fixed. - the bathroom appeared very clean , but there was a urine odour. Not sure what that was from. Maybe a smell from the canal ?
• Nicola (1/5): - Personale gentile Ho pagato 10€ in più per le lenzuola(dovevo portarmele io?) e 10 per gli asciugamani , che puzzavano di muffa , vecchio appartamento diviso con delle tende,televisore su un mobile che si vede mezzo schermo, bagno senza bidet, ventilatore con il cavo prolungato con il nastro isolante,una bettola da 50€ per cui ne ho pagate in tutto 120..dalle foto sembrava tutta un'altra cosa, con gli stessi soldi forse prendevo una stanza in albergo,brutta esperienza

Shower did not stay straight so you literally could not shower. Paying for sheets at a hotel is ridiculous (it should be included despite it being mentioned on the website). Also was not aware that city tax was cash only which was inconvenient as we did not have any on us.

We found negative reviews on a wall board next to entrance - photo attached. - The receptionist Liliana was friendly and helpful; it was conveniently located for walking to all the tourist attractions and easy to find. The room was uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, which allowed mosquitoes to enter during the night. It was extremely hot, and we had no choice but to keep the windows open, as there were no fans available. The situation became so unbearable that we decided to leave a day early and book a different hotel.
• Bolin (2/5): Very poor - The location and room space is fine for two person but the male hosted is really not respectful neither patient to foreign female guests. When we encountered problems about the old key and shabby door，even we apologized for bothering at 11pm but we still will ask for help like what we'll do in any normal hotels cause we don't want to break anything，the hoster came to help but he said"SO STUPID" in front of us. We've never met anybody like this when traveling. By the way，the glass door in bedroom can't be shut perfectly. And there's a small kitchen but it's not allowed to use. It's not allowed to bring drink and food，basically useless. Most equipment are pretty old.

• Kitija (3/5): Would have been OK value for money because of the location, view but the bed bugs are unacceptable. - The location was great, view was beautiful, blue room was spacious. Host was welcoming. But it doesn't make up for the bed bugs. There are BED BUGS in the blue room. There was a big hole in the sheet. The bed cover smelled like it hadn't been washed and it had stains. It wasn't very clean. Moist/damp smell (which is to be expected in Venice, I guess). I saw other reviews about bed bugs and the host replied very rudely and called the guest crazy in the reviews and so I thought maybe they were exaggerating but unfortunately no. Maybe not an issue in all the rooms but in the blue one it is. They should call an exterminator and deal with it because it's disgusting and I hope I didn't bring any home. We got bit and at first we thought those could've been mosquitos but unfortunately no. If they take care of it, it will be an OK place but I wouldn't suggest anyone staying there now.

Water distribution for shower is not properly done, I couldn’t take a shower, temperature was always changing from very hot to very cold, not stable. Room had only very light curtains, so the sunlight would come in very early in the morning, couldn’t sleep properly.

• Temple (1/5): Bad - We were extremely disappointed with this apartment. The listing was completely deceiving—it looked nothing like the photos, and the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found hair in the beds, which was an immediate red flag. Even worse, I ended up with bed bug bites after sleeping there, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. We expected at least basic hygiene and comfort, but this stay left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless serious improvements are made.

• Carmina (5/5): Great location but dirty sheets - The location is great and the staff is friendly. However, I would not stay here again. The room was big and it's exactly as it appears on the photo. Make sure to read everything before booking your stay, there's an additional fee for bedsheets and towels which you'll need to pay in cash. Unfortunately, the ones we got didn't smell good and they were not clean. It would be better if they could include this in the booking. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view to the Canal but you'll be able to hear the boats that pass by, the room windows are not very soundproof so bring your ear plugs.

• Agnes (7/5): Good - Very fresh bathroom. The kitchen was also nice, although the toaster did not work. Additional price for bedsheets (5€) and another 5€ for a towel. Would have been better if these costs were just included in the booking in the first place.
• Melinda (5/5): We did not enjoy our stay at all. - The place was quite clean and it was quiet. It was extremely difficult to find - no real signage apart from an A4 sized paper on a closed door. Only reason we found it was a nice man from the restaurant next door helped us. We then had to climb 2 flights of stairs with our heavy luggage. They pass themselves off as budget accommodation but once you pay for sheets and towels on top of the tariff it's not budget. There was only one toilet and one shower between all of the guests - we knew it was a shared bathroom but thought there would be more than one shower and toilet. There were no mirrors in the bedrooms either for you to do your hair or make up, which made the bathroom situation more difficult.
• David (8/5): Very funky and central. - I liked the funky decor and very central location. Friendly and helpful staff. That I had to pay for bedding and towels. I also thought that I had an en suite bathroom but that was my mistake.
• Davide (7/5): Good - Good location, Rupo is very nice and available and supported us with everything if we needed something, and we could leave the bags after check out :) There weren’t mosquito nets (which I personally think they should be installed in every window) and the bathroom was quite far from the room and therefore I had to wear shoes to go there.

The location was very close to the boat station, we took our luggage easily to the apartment (there was no bridge on our way!) We were on the first floor and it was damp smell all the time in our room.

It feels safe and secure. Rooms are such fun. Great wallpaper. Shared bathroom with a shower that doesn’t work only downfall. Great customer service from the owner. Shower was broken while we stayed there.
