- Andrey (8/5): - Расположение удобное, центр. В номере чисто, все работает, нет явных косяков и раздражающих вещей. Без изысков и дизайнерских метаний, что было бы естественно для БУТИК отеля, но аккуратно и добротно. Завтрак не богат, но приемлем. Кофе-агрегат что-то барахлил, ребята сделали кофе на нормальной машине, спокойно без попыток сдернуть рубль )) Ресторан для ужина вполне подходит, несколько цена завышена, но еда и обслуживание вполне. Для командировки хороший вариант
- IGOR (8/5): Российские 4 звезды - Плюсы. Отличное расположение, чистота, комплектация номера, большой телевизор, комфортная, в меру мягкая постель. Минусы. Очень плохая звукоизоляция. Отсутствие возможности регулировать температуру кроме как открыть/закрыть окно (жарко). Завтрак так себе: кофе, сыр, сосиски - совсем низкобюджетные. При заезде сразу напрягает крыльцо входной группы, которое встречает входящего несколькими углами, направленными на гостя, и неудобным расположением ступеней - это придирка, но задает тон не самой гостеприимной атмосфере отеля, архитектору крыльца единица.
- DASEUL (10/5): 적극추천 - 스위트룸을 사용했는데 내부가 엄청 넓고 깨끗했어요. 큰 침대가 있는 방과 티비가 있는 거실, 욕실 구조였는데, 침대가 푹신푹신해서 푹 쉴 수 있었고 욕실이 엄청 넓고 깨끗했어요. 샤워부스와 월풀욕조가 있었고 심지어 욕실 바닥이 난방이 되어 너무 좋았습니다. 기차 도착시간이 아침이어서 얼리체크인 했는데 직원분들이 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 숙소 근처에 맛집들이 많이 있고, 저녁 비행기 일정이라 체크 아웃 이후에도 짐을 맡아주셔서 너무 편리했습니다.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 快適な滞在 - ツインルームを予約。部屋はスーツケース2個を開けても余裕がある広さ。ライティングデスクの他、コーヒーテーブル、一人掛けソファが2つあり、使いやすかった。コンセントの数も問題なし。 ベッドサイドテーブルは引き出しなしの小さなテーブルだった。 クローゼットの広さも十分。 浴室はバスタブなしのシャワーのみ。シャワーの水圧は十分で、温度調節も容易。 水漏れが全くないシャワーブースで使い易かった。 アメニティとしてバスジェル、シャンプー、ボディローション、シャワーキャップ、コットンと綿棒のセット、石けん、歯ブラシが提供されていた。 毎日、無料のミネラルウォーターが提供されます。紅茶と緑茶のティーバッグも、消費すると毎日補充されていました。 ミニバーを兼用する小さな冷蔵庫あり。冷蔵庫はサイズが小さいのと、ミニバーを兼ねているのとで、大きなペットボトルは収納できません。 隣室との境の壁が薄いのか、隣室のTVの音や電話の声がとても明瞭に聞こえていた。夜中に隣室の方が、注文したモノが届かないと言って英語で苦情の電話を入れているのが注文番号まで明瞭に聞こえてしまいました。 ホテル併設レストランЦветыでの朝食は利用しなかったが、土曜ランチでЦветыを利用。おいしかったです。ただし、食事メニューはロシア語表記のみでした。ドリンクメニューは英語併記です。 チェックイン時、滞在登録のためにパスポートを預け翌朝パスポート返却、と言われたのですが、翌朝レセプションから部屋に電話があり「電子ビザも必要」とのこと。AMに電子ビザをレセプションに持参し、手続きが完了しパスポート返却されるまで20分ほどロビーで待ってました。 電子ビザの場合は、パスポート＋電子ビザをレセプションのスタッフに渡しましょう。

- Verified traveler (10/5): Major highlight of the whole trip to Khabarovsk - We didn't know what to expect for international tourism standards in Khabarovsk, but we were totally blown away with the amenities and professionalism of Boutique Hotel in relation to its price. Excellent and attentive staff, great breakfast buffet, even restaurant and security staff were as highly courteous as the front desk. Front desk was accommodating to our diverse needs, including their handling of a small medical issue with my daughter. We had a great time overall in the city but this hotel really made the whole trip much more memorable and I'm recommending others to visit the city and the hotel on the basis of our experience.

- Aleksandr (10/5): Небольшой, уютный отель в центре Хабаровска - Небольшой, камерный отель в центре Хабаровска Удобный номер, оснащенный всем необходимым (Сейф, минибар, кондиционер, халаты тапочки, косметические принадлежности, фен). Сантехника в рабочем состоянии. Кровати с удобными матрасами, несколько жестковатые для меня подушки (каждого свои предпочтения). К некритическим недостаткам, можно отнести не очень удобную душевую кабинку (отсутствие душевой насадки на гибком носителе и стационарная лейка, требует аккуратности при включении воды, поскольку температура воды может быть неожиданной, а отскочить не куда), а также недостаточную подсветку зеркала при бритье. Отличный, дружелюбный и эффективный персонал, готовый помочь в любых ситуациях Завтраки нельзя назвать очень разнообразными, но все достаточно вкусно и голодным остаться сложно. Рядом с отелем находиться центральная улица Хабаровска, по которой приятно прогуляться и на ней находиться большое количество точек общепита и продуктовых магазинов. Рекомендую для размещения в Хабаровске
