• Demetrios (6/5): Comfortable enough for a night out two. - Good location, and very friendly staff. The bathroom was dated and needed repairs. Bare plaster was showing. The breakfast was not great.

• Tasnim Ridita (10/5): Found more than I imagined 🤩 - I was staying in Istanbul for a month, and I stayed in 4 hotels and an apartment in total. Bisetun Hotel was the last of them. I stayed there for 6 nights at room no. 401. If I ever go to Fatih again, I would definitely stay at this hotel repeatedly... Highly recommended for people with budget... Large room and spacious bathroom (I never saw such spacious bathroom in other hotels) Friendly staff Clean room with a spacious cupboard (I didn't find any cupboard in any other hotels or even the apartment I stayed in apart from Bisetun) Nice breakfast Perfect location in Fatih Tram or bus in 6 mins walking distance Restaurants nearby A shop open 24/7 just in front of the hotel to buy some snacks and drinks... There's nothing that I don't like about this hotel... Though I would like to mention 3 things that can improve their hospitality and make their guest's stay more enjoyable... 1. Providing free water in the room 2. Variations in the breakfast 3. Providing only double beds in some rooms without an extra single bed (I stayed there with my husband, so I wanted a double bed room. However, I found a double bed, but every room of Bisetun has an extra single bed, which was unnecessary for us). So providing only a double bed for a couple would be better...

• Кудрякова (8/5): - Читала отзывы на букинге, по ним и выбрала этот отель, а перед самым отлетом, случайно зашла в отзывы на гугл мапс, лучше б этого не делала, там писали, что отель ужасный, хамский персонал, кому-то навязывали оплату якобы украденных полотенец, постельное белье не меняли после прошлых гостей, короче мрак. Ехала в полном ужасе, но все оказалось нормально. Да, номера очень уставшие, ремонт ооочень нужен, стульчаки б поменять, уж очень они повидали гостей. Но в целом все было хорошо. Наши пожелания выполнили, дали два номера рядом, вид был на улицу, а не на внутренний двор. Персонал приветливый, убирали каждый день, полотенца не меняли правда, да и мы были всего пару дней. Завтраки однообразные, но нам это и не важно было, сосиски, омлет, нарезки, овощи, чай/кофе/соки, кексы, всегда были. Недалеко две станции метро и остановка трамвая Т1, офигенный ресторанчик Chef Murad, ели только там, цены приличные, всегда вкусно, порции большие и главное там полно местных, вечерами аншлаг. Если соберусь еще раз в Стамбул, то выберу этот отель, цена/качество меня устроило. Нужно освежить ремонт, ну хоть косметику сделать легкую, а так все было хорошо

• Kiril (8/5): Good value, excellent location, and helpful staff! - The first room we were given on arrival did not seem ready or properly cleaned. The window was left open on December 30th, likely to air out cigarette smoke from the previous guest, so we asked for another room. The staff immediately provided us with another room on a different floor, which was larger and in much better condition. The room was spacious and comfortable and hot in the winter. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, with the Aksaray tram station just a five-minute walk away. The cleanliness and overall condition of the first room we were given.

• Sahra (10/5): Exceptional - I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul for 10 days, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. They assisted us every step of the way and offered us a choice of rooms, including one with a stunning view. The hotel was impeccably clean, with the housekeeping team ensuring our rooms were tidied up daily, toiletries were replenished, and bedding was changed regularly. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, who went above and beyond to help us with tour guidance and even booked our airport taxis, making our experience seamless. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk to the Aksaray tram station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. An ATM is only two minutes away, and a shop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. This made it easy for us to explore tourist attractions such as the Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia, all of which are easily accessible. Additionally, it was excellent value for money, and the breakfast provided was good! I will definitely be returning for my next visit to this beautiful city! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
• Olu (9/5): Superb - It's easy accessibility to where i got to go. The location is perfect, not rowdy, and quiet environment. The room has all I needed, but I would have liked them to leave some tea and coffee in the room since there's a kettle. A little charge for the tea and coffee should be incorporated in the fee. Overall, I love the place. Also, thank you for letting me check in earlier than scheduled. No complimentary tea and coffee in the room, but I still can't fault them for the fee i paid.
• Inela (8/5): Very good - The rooms are cleaned daily. The location is excellent, close to the tram station (Laleli) and the metro station (Vezneciler). The rooms are small, and renovation or at least repainting the walls is definitely needed. The double bed is too narrow and too short, with feet hanging off the edge. There is a window, but it faces the window of another building just a meter away. It's not worth the money.

It’s just a lively basic hotel with good staff. Comfortable with open windows. Not sure if there is indeed air conditioning in the room.

The location was convenient for my needs. The only downside was the temperature in the room. Despite turning off the heat, the room still felt quite warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night. The only problem is about smells oh cigarrets overflowing the bathroom from the duct. The fare was affortable.

They also made me pay for the towel and the cushion.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Nebenstraße, sodass man keinen Verkehr hört. Fußläufig ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Frühstück könnte verbessert werden. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel gefallen.

• Emma (4/5): Bisetun Hotel - Close to tram, shops and restaurants. The hotel is rather old, bathroom is old and need a lot of re-decorate, bed mattress is very old, bed sheet is broken hole, and it doesn't feel clean.

• Fuad (10/5): Very nice hotel in Laleli close to old city - Hotel is very nice. Management & staff are excellent; friendly ..caring very much! they make you feel at home. We extended our stay 7 more days after our initial 5 nights booking. We definitely recommend this hotel for any one who look for a very comfortable stay surrounded with very nice staff to look after you! not to forget to mention the very delicious varieties of breakfast! Look forward to stay in this hotel in our next visit to Istanbul!
