Our neighbor advised that her kids had to be moved from the same room for the same reason, yet they put us there anyway. After the first night, they upgraded us to a room with an ocean view and a working air conditioner. Things went smoothly for rest of the trip!

jennygV2914LO (6/5): Nice beach, but that’s it - To start off- their beach is amazing. Crystal clear water, clean beach, and the pool nearby is awesome as well. The rooms are clean if somewhat older. Bed was comfortable. Jaz at the reception was wonderful, as was Bernaldo in the wait staff. However, in general the service was terrible. The first couple of nights at dinner, we only received our drinks by the time we finished eating. After that, we ordered our drinks at the bar and took them into the dining room with us. We got a couple of dirty looks for that. The Wave Bar - it started off good and got worse every day. The staff behaved the same way if they had 2 people or 30 people waiting. 45 mins for 2 burgers with fries, and that after they got our orders wrong multiple times. We watched people go through 2-4 drinks while waiting for their food. The staff had 3-5 people gathered in a corner talking and laughing while 2 people served drinks. It was honestly very frustrating to watch. They would constantly run out of ingredients as well. The dinner buffet was atrocious. Breakfast was inconsistent - sometimes juice , sometimes not. Sometimes egg service, sometimes just scrambled eggs and deal with it. To sum up- the beach and pool was lovely. But it was absolutely NOT worth the money we spent on the hotel unfortunately.

We stopped here on our cruise and had to get a taxi after our excursion was cancelled, only to get here and had to walk a long way to have them tell us to walk back to get a day pass! Most of the buildings look abandoned and not maintained. So disappointing!!! So, just pass on Freeport! It was $60 for a taxi for three people and another $100 to get into a beach to only stay two hours! Nothing free in Freeport and the people are not helpful!
Maria (4/5): - Beach 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Food 1/10 (for an all inclusive resort) Location is good only 15m to airport and walking distance to local market though it’s hardly ever opened. The rooms were outdated but I can live with that. The AC was down almost all day one out of my three day stayed, I can understand things can go wrong but the wifi hardly worked. If you are a vegan don’t come here you will have nothing to eat. If you are a vegetarian hardly any food you can have some greens. This is the worst food experience I ever had as far an all inclusive resort. The hotel was almost empty. For lunch we have either burgers, salad (which was flavorless greens and some tomatoes in there) no olive oil, boneless wings. Limited options. Very little hours. No variety at all. One of my dinners was some seasoned rice, fried whole fish with head and everything, jerk chicken (with bones and skin), roasted potatoes wedges and steamed tomatoes with zucchini, I think it was. Same desserts every night, they were ok, chocolate cake, homemade cheesecake and fresh fruits, grapes, strawberries and cantaloupe. That’s about it. No night shows or beach entertainment. The beach is beautiful, but that has nothing to do with the resort. Calm, crystal clear water. I wouldn’t come back to this particular resort. The market people will try to take advantage of the tourists, so be aware, I paid u$15 for a kids tee shirt that was only u$10. Safe town.

Mikkie (4/5): - This resort is not worth the money. An incidental fee is charged in advance, and they don't refund it even if there is no damage to the room. If you check out early, it is impossible to get a refund for the nights not stayed. Contacting the resort by their email will get you NO response. No help by phone. We checked out a day early and are still waiting for the refund after being told it wouldn't be a problem. AC was down 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. All-inclusive was a waste of money. Limited food selection, limited hours for eating and alcohol seemed to be watered down. The swimming pool was taken over by a couple of hundred birds and you couldn't smell chlorine in the pool. Fecal matter from the birds was on all the lounge chairs. Ocean and pool side. Staff only seemed interested in serving you if you tipped them. Stay away. Don't go to the Bahamas. Most all the resorts are closed from the hurricane years ago. If you want a library quiet resort with nothing to do this is for you. NO music, NO entertainment. I will say the lady at the Golf counter was excellent and the beach was beautiful. This was suppose to be a very special trip and ended up being far from that.
devinc888 (2/5): Terrible Experience - Front desk said "We're All Inclusive but NOT All Inclusive". Multiple package types was not obvious when booking. They wanted another $200/night to upgrade to all inclusive. Bartender didn't know how to make drinks. $30 for 2 drinks that were so bad we only had a few sips of each. Waited 1 hour at Waves grill for plain nachos and cheese that was watered down so much it had no flavor. The 'Auto' feature on the room A/C didn't work, only cold or off. We got a couples massage. I was actually bruised after that torture session. My wife had to put Ben-Gay on me after. Long black hair on our hand towel. Housekeeping never changed the sheets, just remade the bed. I usually leave tips for them, not this time. They advertised a bonfire, which was $90 per person, even if on the All Inclusive package and paying the $40/day resort fee and $16/day service charge. No additional amenities available during our stay.

deborahn257 (10/5): Relaxation in paradise. - After reading the reviews, I was hesitant. This hotel was absolutely perfect. It wasn't very busy and I had a king room overlooking the marina. The bathroom was a fair size with plenty of towels and had shampoo, etc. The buffet had a variety of food for breakfast and supper. Lunch was near the beach called "Waves". They served fries, burgers, nachos and salad etc. They are served in takeaway containers. There is also a pizza place on site which I only found out about when I was leaving. The drinks are refreshing and served in disposable, plastic cups. Please, bring your own reusable cups and help save the environment. The strange thing is, you have to sign a receipt for every meal and drink with your room number and signature. They said it's for inventory. There was no Sunwing rep on site, but I didn't need one. There is a desk in the lobby where you can make reservations for day trips. I swam with the pigs and the dolphins. I loved it. There is a lobby bar and the other one is near the beach called "Waves". The beach is spotless with clear water and no seaweed. There were many chairs and sun umbrellas to choose from. I always had a chair and a towel. No need to be up at the crack of dawn looking for a lounger. The pool was clean and refreshing with floaties to lie on and many loungers with umbrellas. The hot tub was relaxing at the end of the day. The staff were all very friendly and polite. There is a gym and a spa. I didn't use either. There is no evening entertainment aside from karaoke twice in the lobby. There was a dj near the pool area 3-4 times during my week there. The Lucaya Marketplace is a 5 -7 minute walk away where you can buy cute souvenirs. I used USD for tips and card to book my two excursions. The transportation from/to the airport was smooth sailing. All in all, my only complaint would be that I wished I was given a pamphlet or a quick briefing upon arrival so I knew where everything was. I wouldn't have missed out on the pizza. Lol I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet and just to relax. I have travelled to many countries and I think I've found my new home away from home. *the menu from the Waves bar shows prices, if you've booked all inclusive, they don't apply to you. You don't pay anything. Your receipt will say 00$

Road31480041756 (2/5): Stay away from this disappointing resort and save your hard earned money - Came as a group of 8 (4 bedrooms) and paid 2000$ per bedroom for all-inclusive. Zero information given at check in, but I was expecting to have some information in the bedroom, again nothing informative in the bedroom either. I had to go to reception to ask timings of bar, restaurants and what's included in the package. The receptionist explained very quickly, didn't even bother to write all the information down or give a brochure (apparently they don't have any). Just mentioned about some items in the bar not being included in the package without specifying which items. Turned out it only depended on who was behind the bar as some days we've been served a full range of different drinks and some days were not included, leaving us very confused. The hotel was basically empty, there must've been no more than 30 people (including our group of 8) and incredibly overstaffed (3-4 people behind the bar, 4-5 waiters in the restaurant all the time) so that you can expect a more attentive and personalised service, but no. Staff was often on the phone, sitting down during service (someone snoozing at the restaurant host desk!) never enquired about our stay in 6 days, management completely absent (I'm not sure about a lady in the restaurant being the manager as she was doing nothing during the whole restaurant service if not sitting down at the host, let alone checking about quality of food and service satisfaction, real shame if that lady was actually the manager) At the pool bar, the bar team keeps you waiting while "busy" cleaning surfaces, even if it's only you there ordering. I once ordered 4 cocktails and 4 beers, the cocktails arrived after 15 minutes because the bartender kept making drinks to random guests without following a queue/order, and had to wait another 10 minutes for the beers as the bartender kept ignoring my order and prepared drinks for other guests just arrived at the bar. They closed the main restaurant and outside patio for a private event leaving the resort guests with nowhere to stay when a thunderstorm arrived on our 3rd day. Had to spend the whole afternoon closed in my bedroom. I tried to contact the hotel to discuss my stay but their email doesn't work, meaning that not only no one enquired about the stay (which is the pillar of hospitality industry) but they don't even want to discuss anything further to avoid compensation/discount/refunds. They're happy to take your hard worked money (for a holiday that was supposed to be a dream come true for the whole group, turned out to be a nightmare), but not keen to discuss the incredible lack of customer service and poor quality of the structure, staff and management. Probably because they are aware of it and not willing to make it right for the disappointed guests. It's really hard for me to write such a negative review because I've been working in hospitality for the past 14 years, from small family run hotels, to beach resorts to city hotels (international main hotel brands) and I know that sometimes reviews are unfair, but in this case I was completely baffled by the service, especially for a 4 star all inclusive resort that doesn't come cheap at all and especially if you travel from the other side of the world for your dream vacation. Only the elderly waiter George and the lady at concierge were welcoming and greeted us with a smile and bell boys were professional. Everybody else should learn what hospitality means.

Our families played beach volleyball, poolside BINGO, sand football, and we snorkeled. There were kayaks and paddleboard to rent and we also did banana boat rides for the kids. The staff was super friendly, rooms were nice - I would only note that the beds were doubles....and felt very small! We did karaoke in the evenings and stayed in the hot tub late! Highly recommend!
RvdMeulen (8/5): Great location and excellent staff. - With a group of 25 colleagues we were boiler in this resort for one Night to wait for our ship (we work off-shore) to arrive. It was not a punishment! A Nice location with Spacious rooms and a great infinity pool directly at the beach. The staff is excellent in both service and friendliness and the food is great. The breakfast-restaurant, especially opened for us 1 hour earlier, was serving an excellent breakfast. The whole place could uwe a little love and tenderness, but overall a good experience.

Verified traveler (4/5): I wanted to love it, couldn't wait to leave - I desperately wanted to love our stay at the property as we visited many years ago on a day pass and it was beautiful. We are empathetic and understanding of the fact that the hurricane damaged the property. Outside of the absolutely gorgeous view by the pool and beach, this property is lacking what we were looking for. We did not purchase all inclusive (thank god), the food and drink options were minimal and subpar quality. Most of the resort is shut down and there are many electrical hazards all over the property. When we visited the Prop Club we were the only two people there. It was sad, apocalyptic. Lack of entertainment - we found overselves leaving the resort constantly for food and something to do. The worst was the room. We had to empty a dehumidifier several times a day. Another electrical hazard, an improperly rated light fixture above the shower. The room smelled of must and mildew and the bed and pillows were hard as a rock. I honestly couldn't wait to leave. Some of the workers (our bellman and concierge) were wonderful, others seemed annoyed to serve us. I highly suggest you heed caution when reading 10 star reviews on this site or otherwise. The pictures online are very misleading and dont depict current conditions or availability of activities and food. I hope the resort can turn it around when they are purchased by a new owner, so much opportunity here.
DANIEL GORDON (4/5): - Liked beach and “potential” of resort. Food was very limited. Pizza restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday. Sunday brunch was not an option for all-inclusive members. So on Sunday, only option was pay $45 for brunch or settle for pool bar limited menu. Service was very slow. Grounds need much work. WiFi was very limited. Room was clean and was best part of resort. Week stay was just “ok” but definitely not what we were expecting.

pameladG5725NC (8/5): Pleasantly surprised! - My boyfriend and I just got back from a one week vacation at the Lighthouse Pointe resort. We originally booked with this resort as it seemed like a great deal. After we made our booking, we read some of the reviews....and were a little worried. We went with lower expectations and agreed to make the best of it. Well, we were pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly and attentive, the food choices were limited, however, the food was very good. Highly recommend the guava BBQ wings that you can get from the Pizza place. They make their own pizza dough on site so order early as it takes time. The Queen conch fritters from the Wave Bar are also very good! Bring your own larger cooler mug to the bar to keep your drinks cold. The beach is beautiful and the gym is good too and not many people used it so we had the place to ourselves everyday. We learned that the area was hit hard by hurricanes and they are doing their best to recover. Our room was nice with no issues. A couple of other recommendations; bring lots of $1 USD as they're good for tips at the bar and restaurant. We also booked a private tour for $66 USD each for 2.5 to 3 hours with a person recommended by the resort whose name is Fabien. You can book through the resort. What an excellent tour!!! Cultural Food tour is how I would describe it. We went to a bunch of local spots for conch salad and conch fritters, cane sugar and coconut tarts and more... Very nice guy! Tell him Pamela and Matt from Canada sent you :) you won't be disappointed. Overall, our trip was good and the resort staff made us feel very welcome.

We booked the all-inclusive package and does not feel like an inclusive experience. Limited places to eat, very underrated buffet last night but we shrugged it off as just a bad day. However, today there was a nice buffet only to be told it is not part of the all-inclusive package and is $45 per person. We tried to eat elsewhere but pizza restaurant was closed and only food option was the limited menu at the Waves outdoor bar. When ordering there were 3 employees sitting and not paying attention to guest and seemed bothered to take orders. Grounds are run down and in dire need of attention. We can handle the run down grounds as we understand the hurricane impact but can’t accept the lack of hospitality!!!

The staff were all so lovely and friendly. Our favs were - Raynelle Hepburn - server Jazmine hemmings - front desk Alicia Mark - bartender Just to name a few staff that went above and beyond. One note for travelers is to make sure you bring cash to tip as it helps not only the hotel workers but also the locals out a lot. We will be back and thank you to the hotel for making our stay memorable!!

barbarasP2262EO (10/5): Lighthouse Pointeat Grand Lucayan Resort - We arrived at Lighhouse Pointe by cab from the airport for a three night stay. We were immediately greeted by the bellhop who took us to the lobby to check in and then to our room. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The resort was not very busy, but we still received awesome service at Capri Pizzeria, Portables and Waves. The pool area and beach were very relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and most likely would return

The location was nice and clean but the all inclusive addition was a waste, save your money and go out to eat off property.

For a bit dated facility, the interior was spotless for our stay. I agree with other reviews that mentioned all inclusive being a bit confusing. I wasn't real happy about wearing a wrist band for 5 days as an all inclusive guest. Especially when they cost $100 if removed and lost. No clue what the point of signing receipts for everything is unless they track inventory. All in all, complaints are minor and the overall stay was excellent.

GoJiffy (4/5): Feb 1 - 8 2025 Don't spend your money here - We booked with Sunwing. Point form so it's easier to follow. - No Sunwing rep at the hotel...ever (Nexus travel informed us). Let's define All inclusive: - Golf is included but cost us $144 (American/cart/clubs/balls/9 holes only) - No premium liquor is included even though it's all inclusive. Need to pay extra - No drinks at all in room fridge - Had to sign for all drinks and food (even though it's all inclusive) for their inventory - No maps of resort because half of it's closed - Main restaurant is not open for guests for lunch at all. There is a brunch on Sundays in the main restaurant but not for all inclusive paying guests (us). Cruise folks only. - Lunch everyday at pool bar only and small pizza restaurant - Food/desserts were limited - One pool, not heated too cool to get in even though outside temps were beautiful. - There was a second pool but we (all inclusive) were not allowed to use it. - Paid and ungraded our room to pool/beach side but high pitched humming noise made it too irritating to sit outside of room - coming from hot tub direction. - Air conditioning worked on and off in room sometimes 53 degrees in room and other times didn't work. - No entertainment in the evenings. - Lobby bar didn't open until 5 pm after pool bar closed. - I met with the site manager Mrs. Cartwright (not sure of spelling no card for reference). She informed us as well that there is never a Sunwing rep on site....odd. Sunwing has grossly overstated their description of this resort and needs to have a Sunwing rep onsite to actually see what's available for guests. We paid over $5000 for the two of us for this all inclusive and were very disappointed. At least the weather was good, thank goodness!
Christian (10/5): Bonefish lay over - Great stop over spot for our bone fishing trip. While hotel is dated, the pool and beach are wonderful, both made up for any dated accommodations. Wish there were more nice food choices but Flying Fish was a nice close by restaurant.

James (10/5): - The resort is a bit shaggy due to the depressed conditions in Freeport following Hurricane Dorene and Covid, however it's absolutely charming due to the friendly nature of the staff The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is pristine. The fresh seafood served at the hotel and adjacent restaurants is wonderful. This was our first trip to Freeport but we will definitely be back (probably later this year) and, if so, we'll definitely stay at the Lighthouse.
Eustace (6/5): - This was my 2nd time staying at this property, but this time the location is showing a bit of its age. The staff were just as friendly as I remember, so I am glad that didn’t change. My room had several issues, all resolved. - the towels were musty, like they had been in the room too long - the lampshade was broken - the A/C didn’t work, and it took 3 days to fix I opted to not purchase the “all inclusive” package this time around, as I wanted to explore food options off site. Was a great decision on my part.

otalay (8/5): Great location on a beautiful beach - I will say this place was not what most of the comments were saying. Rooms were a little dated but that is normal for most hotels on the islands but they were clean and the maid service was very good also Jermaine aka Bobo and Miss Debbie were taking grand good care of us at breakfast and the dinner staff was great as well. I will say that a few times the snack bar staff was a little rough around d the edges and a little on the disorganized side. But over all it was a good experience, I will also say if you need anything you need to go see Miss King in the lobby who knows the island inside and out even things not on the list.... while we were there they had what seemed to be low occupancy so it was like we had the place to ourself and they had a friendly guy DJ Berry out playing some tu es and joining in on the games like corn hole, ping pong and a oversize connect four..... The one thing is the location is great you can walk to shopping and restaurants even though we had all inclusive and food was as expected for a all inclusive with some twists at breakfast and dinner.....

Nina (10/5): - This place should have 5 stars! Don’t listen to the negative reviews. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We got our toothpaste confiscated by TSA and a horrible layover delay. The start behind the counter provided us with toothpaste at our door before we even finished checking in. The food was fresh and different every night for dinner. The resort itself is quiet and empty to my preference. Since the sun sets around 5:30 in December, by the time you shower and eat dinner, depending on how long that takes, there is not much happening in terms of night life. There was one night of karaoke which was fun. If you prefer a lively resort at night, look elsewhere. If you want to relax then this is the right choice. I would come back for a relaxing quick stay any time.

355caitlyng (2/5): Grand Lucayan Resort - We booked this resort with a cruise line we went on for quite a bit of money. The only person we found friendly or helpful during our stay was our bartender by the pool. This is supposed to be an all inclusive resort for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was no direction when we first arrived to where our room was, and never being here before it was easy to get lost. Once we found our room, my friend and I decided we wanted to get lunch. We saw signs all over the resort for a prop club that served lunch so we decided to go there. We began to walk the resort, with once again no direction and walked for about 45 minutes until we finally found someone to ask for directions. When we got to the prop club, it costed us extra to each there (which we were fine with considering we were very hungry by this point), but we thought it was weird it was advertised all over the resort to go there. We asked a worker about entertainment around the resort and she said there was none but the marketplace down the road was great. We ended up pretty much spending the rest of our vacation at the marketplace to get away from this resort, also we only saw maybe 10 people staying there at the same time as us, which I thought was weird. The next day we decided to eat lunch at a restaurant at the resort. When we arrived to the restaurant at 12:30pm (which supposedly opened at 12pm), there was no one in there. A worker came out of the kitchen asking if we were there for the restaurant or the cafe, and when we said the restaurant she said she didn't think it was open that day. That restaurant was the only option for "all-inclusive" lunch on the resort and it was closed. My friend and I decided to go to the marketplace for the rest of the day where we had to pay for both our food and our drinks (once again we were not mad about this considering the great time we had at the marketplace). I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I only gave it 2/5 because the resort itself is BEAUTIFUL, it is just lacking on everything else. The liquor is bottom shelf, which is fine if that's something you don't mind. I've stayed at quite a few all-inclusive and this one was by far the worst. There is hardly anything that is all-inclusive about this resort. If you were thinking about booking here, I would steer clear and choose a cheaper alternative.
Jan (10/5): - There were 4 of us in my party and we all agreed there was nothing bad to say about our stay. The property was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond. Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcomed and were great fun to be around. Food was excellent as well!! Would definitely go back again.

Milagros (4/5): - The rooms had a strong mildew smell and felt super humid and were outdated. The A/C in the room wasn’t working properly so you either froze or felt super humid that even the carpet felt wet. Beautiful beach and pool area despite the birds pooping in the pool. Some staff was not friendly and felt like it was a chore for them to wait on you but there were also great bartenders like “Alicia” she was amazing. The spa was mildew ridden we couldn’t tolerate even walking by there to get to the gym. There was 1 restaurants which only opened for breakfast and dinner. Lunch can be ordered by the pool bar or pizza. The elevator only worked the first day and we were on the third floor so every time had to climb steps, including when we checked out a day earlier than planned with our suitcases. There’s absolutely no nightlife or entertainment only a day DJ. Toward the end of our stay we found out the resort was sold.
Chinyere (4/5): - This is a very old property in need of renovation. The staff is nice. It was clean. There is nothing to do. The pool had worms and a snake, along with bird feathers. The pool closed at 5pm. There were about 50 guest at the hotel. Everything is Expensive due to low guest turnout. I will not stay at this property again.
Juan (2/5): - Front desk clerk and manager were incompetent at finding our reservation or a solution for over 20 minutes. We had to request refund and book a hotel elsewhere.

aloue123 (10/5): Great time at Grand Lucayan - Wonderful time away!!! The staff was absolutely amazing in every area of the resort. Debbie, Royann and Sheena made our time at the Grand Lucayan Lighthouse Point unforgettable. They were charming, funny and the service they gave was wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about them. The grounds were well kept, the beach beautiful and the food!!!! The food was not your typical resort food. Dinner every evening was prepared by an amazing chef who truly knows his craft. Everyone in our party kept raving about the food, drinks and kind staff. The resort was quiet. If you want great food and service and be able to relax without the crowds, this is it. We’ll be back!!!
John M (8/5): - The property was mostly empty due to the off-season. THe staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were dated, but very clean and well maintained. THe only complaint was that both elevators were out in our building, so we had to walk up stairs and carry our luggage out of our room. The food options were extremely limited - really just one choice of resturant per meal, but the food was decent for an all-inclusive. We would go again.

Glenn (8/5): Good place for Freeport - We’ve stayed in a few properties in Freeport. They’re all a bit rough, this is one of the nicer ones though. It’s showing some wear and tear, but the beach and pool area are as good as you can get for Freeport. It’s a nice place and we’d stay there again certainly. Family trip with two kids under 4.

They make you sign for everything even though it’s all inclusive. None of the restaurants were open and you could only get lunch from the beach bar. Our keys to room never worked and our air conditioning went out (they did move us to a new room). The food choices at Buffett were not great. The pictures show paddle boards and other items available at the beach but there was nothing out. But by far my biggest complaint was the staff and manager at the beach bar. They acted like it was such a big deal for them to get u a drink or food even though there was no other choice for lunch! Security officers were great and super friendly. Front desk people were awesome.

Well, unfortunately everything we wanted was limited and no alcoholic drinks we drink (Hennessy, vodka, etc) was included in all inclusive we had to pay $18 a cup for alcoholic beverages we drink. I don’t think it should have been that way. We were under the impression everything was included.
Dahsia (6/5): Details - When we first arrived the storm had knocked the power out but eventually it came back on. In our room one light was not working. When we thought it was all inclusive for everything, it wasn’t. All inclusive was only for one side apparently and not for any club on resort. All top self liquor was not included in all in clubs I’ve package so if you want Tito’s, jack Daniel’s, etc you had to pay. There was this nice restaurant off the resort but ofc it wasn’t included in the package as well so you had to pay. The stay was nice and we had a great time but I guess it’s who you go with also. The only thing was there wasn’t a lot of activities and the side we was on was so dead not a lot of people until the week days came .

We were pleasantly surprised with the all inclusive option since they had a main dining room, pizza place, lobby bar and poolside snack bar. Our room was clean and the AC very cold. It was quiet for 4th of July weekend, but we were happy that the pool and beach weren’t crowded. We would definitely stay there again.
JUDITH (6/5): - Poor service: staff take too long to take your order and they don’t even take them correctly. I believe they need more training. Need to have a variety of food. Every thing was fried. A lot of junk food, nothing really healthy. They only offered fish once in my 5 nights. Kids didn’t like spicy food. Beach was awesome and pool’s view was wonderful. Room size and cleanliness was great.
