Charise (4/5): - The room was outdated, with curtains improperly secured on the rod. The bathroom and sleeping area had a lingering odor, suggesting they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Towels and bed sheets were dingy. I stayed only because I had no other place to go, and I was exhausted.

Jennifer (10/5): - I live roughly two hours away and anytime I have a family thing that may run late I usually grab a room here. It’s always clean and I feel very safe. The hotel is close to great food options and shopping if you wish. Very convenient and the staff is always friendly.

The room was very dirty...there was poop left in the toilet and heavy grime in the tub. I could not bathe my children. The bedding was gross and it smelled terrible. I never write reviews, but this was abysmal.

Brianna (2/5): - Staffs were rude and threaten my fiancé because of how she looks she has tattoos so she automatically assumed she was bad company from the time she opened her mouth to say some to her. The staff snatched her license out of hand. The room running a bath for our son bath water was yellow including toilet water after you flush it. We will not be coming back. I highly do not recommend especially if it’s based of someone’s “RACE” !
JOI (4/5): - Price too high for the quality of the room but beggars can’t be choosers. Plus, if you rebook online through Expedia, to stay an extra week, the motel won’t allow you to check in a day early; they make you come back on your scheduled check-out date, to then check you in. Not helpful.

There was no one in the lobby several times when I requested soap and coffee. We waited to even check in. Overall, when the people were in the office they were professional. I was disappointed that the website said they provided breakfast and they did not.
Verified traveler (2/5): Be prepared - There was roaches. No one was ever at the front desk. Always took 10 minutes to get someone to front desk. Not enough pillows on bed. And had to ask for soap because house keeping did not leave any in my room or my mother's room

Verified traveler (4/5): - Stayed there back in the fall and it was serviceable. Stayed there the weekend before the 4th and it’s definitely been a rough few months for them. I will say the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but I think they are also renting rooms as apartments. Granted, these are hard times, and I applaud them for helping folks out, but don’t get freaked out by welcome mats in front of doors. The beds were comfortable, but the room overall was very neglected. Again, this may be attributed to the pandemic, but for the price, you may want to look elsewhere.

Frank (6/5): Room 106 needs attention - In the past we were in room 108 which was OK. This time placed in room 106 which was very inadequate. Toilet seat was broken and had to be held up with your hand. Sink was extremely slow to drain. 106 is a Handicap room which is fine by us. Liked the tall commode and low shower. Bathroom ceiling plaster was falling down. Refrigerator was excellent. Room is very poorly lit.

We were moved to a different room where it was cleaner and the tv remote didnt work but everything else worked ok. There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room and the pillows were very small and the bed was very hard. You could not park in front of your room due to no designated spots. The breakfast was really bad either over or under cooked. We will not stay there again

Jenna (4/5): Night Mare - My Husband and I went to stay here, he had a marathon that was there and it started at 6am. With us living over 2 hours away, we were looking for an okay place to sleep. We took our swimsuits cause it said it had a pool. We showed up and it was a green swamp. Then we get in our room and the floor was completely stained up and then there was a blood trail in the carpet from the sink to the restroom. When we complained all we got told is that they will look into it.
DisgustedGuest (2/5): - We checked in with little or no trouble, but our room was stinky and after being in their for awhile we realized it was covered in BUGS>.. We do not know what kind, but it caused horrible bites on my children so bad they needed medical attention.

Verified traveler (2/5): - When I originally booked the room I requested a downstairs room because I had small children and was just out of a cast for a broken foot. Upon arrival, they had me upstairs and after practically begging them they did switch our room to the ground floor. Before we could even get checked in and get inside the room, the parking lot was flooded with police who asked us if we were staying there and if so could we stay where we were because they needed to ask us a few questions. They eventually came back over and advised us to not let the kids play outside and warned to not be surprised if we came out and seen them on more occasions through out our stay there. The room itself was an absolute joke. The carpet was filthy. There was a sheet and ratty torn blankets on the beds. No comforters on either bed. Table was falling apart. No hair dryer in the room. Mold in the bathroom. I stayed in this hotel many times in the past and never had issues like these but since it changed management, it seems to have gone completely downhill. I was disappointed in the stay and would not recommend it to anyone.

Firstly it smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking hotel, the rack to hang your coat or clothes on was completely rusted, there were rips in the room's carpet, there were dead bugs caught in spider webs in the corners the TV didn't work,but the worst part of the room was the sheets were dirty and stained. I had reserved the room for two nights. I slept in my car the first night and checked out the next morning and got a different hotel. By far the worst experience and waste of money I have ever had. The hotel should think about down sizing if they are unable to take care of the expansive property. Would not recommend anyone stay here.
Lorie (2/5): - No towels.....only a flat sheet on the bed. Went to front desk and asked for towels. She advised that there was nothing she could do. The person in laundry had already left. Then told after asking about sheets that they only change linens twice a week. I was floored. Had to sleep with my clothes on. So uncalled for. 100.00 a night in a very small town and it nasty.
Edward (4/5): Not worth the money - After we were moved to our 3rd room, 1st room bed was broke, 2nd room no A/C, 3rd room better but air still didn't work quiet right. Would not stay here again. Breakfast was bad, supposed to be hot breakfast from 7-9. By 8am it was all gone. Stay somewhere else. Not worth the money.
