• Paulina Elizabeth (4/5): Less quality than what I expected. - Close to a supermarket and small mall with a cinema. Quiet rooms. Hotel didn't meet my expectations by far. I booked it because the pool area looked very nice but when I got there it was pretty small, and not nice to stay there - it also didn't smell that good outside, so we didn't want to stay out. Soaps in the bathroom were super cheap and not good quality - that disappointed me a lot. It seemed like they wanted to save money when in reality they're one of the most expensive hotels in Hermosillo. I would recommend paying somewhere cheaper because you'd get a similar quality.

• Steven (10/5): - This is our fourth stay at this property and it gets better every time. The first time we stayed was 3 years ago, and the lobby had a funky smell, now nice and pleasant. The staff are always friendly. Adan helped us to our room. We had 2 cats and a dog, with plenty of luggage. Super nice guy. Francia was at the desk and was efficient and kind. They also charged a pet fee, but one fee for all 3, not 3 fees. Previous night in Mazatlan they charged 350 per pet. Here it was 400 for 3. Definitely made us happy. The property is modern and nice. Restaurant on premises was good and convenient. Room service available. Parking can be a bit tight as it's usually pretty full.

There is a mall next to the hotel that has food court, supermarket, and some very nice stores.The gym and the restaurant are ok. Overall a great stay.
