The sound proofing of the walls wasn’t great— I can here the music from the bar outside, and the sound would vibrate in the bathroom. There was no place to hang wet swimming clothes in the bathroom. Pool water was mirky. Sink leaked. The living area was pretty dark. I had a small dog, and was charged Pet fee was almost half of my total overnight stay. Would love to stay again in the future, but would consider other options for the price

The rooms are very tiny, when we came into our room it was not clean, hair from the previous visitors in the shower, on the bed and on the floor, the toilet was not clean, so we cleaned it ourself. The breakfast is only to 09.00 AM and has just a few choices. The room we had needs an update.

It was modern, clean and with larger rooms with loads of light. It had a good pool area and good management which provided good service. Overall a good place to stay in San Diego.

Tempo de espera pelo elevador é rápido. Eles oferecem serviço de valet, mas também a opção de estacionar o próprio carro, a garagem tem bastante vagas e é segura. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, o restaurante é limpo, mas as opções do desjejum são muito poucas. Nós optamos por não utilizarmos esse serviço, embora estivesse incluído em nossa estadia.

- ArwenElf (8/5): Pretty harbor view - Convenient location and nice staff. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety. Be there before 9! The views to the harbor are amazing! They had live music Thursday night. The pool area is nice. The room is nice and spacious but the ac was a bit loud. Parking is a bit confusing and quite expensive for valet.

- Vijay (10/5): Loved the Hotel and the City - Breakfast was great, location was excellent, room was good and bed was comfortable. This place is close to so many attractions. Also, it is very closed the Santa Fe Troller/Coaster/Bus station. It takes less than 5 mins to reach the MTS station. You should purchase a PRONTO MTS pass that will allow you to travel in the Trolley, Bus, and Coaster. Also, with the PRONTO MTS pass, the maximum day limit is $6/- once you have spent 6$ then you will not be charged it you rode a bus or trolley or tram. San Diego is a beautiful city with lovely beaches and lots of things to do. This hotel was right on the bayfront area which had lots of things close by, mostly walking distances. none

- Ana Cristina (10/5): Realmente lo recomiendo, tuvimos una estancia preciosa. - La habitación muy cómoda, tiene un espacio de trabajo que nos parecio muy funcional, la vista increible ya que daba justo a la bahía, el desayuno muy completo, las instalaciones muy cómodas y funcionales. Tienen área para lavar la ropa lo cual al viajar con una bebe de un año nos resulto fantástico. Nos proporcionaron cuna viajera para la bebe la cual fue de mucha ayuda. Lo único que no me gusto es que había que solicitar el room service previamente y nadie nos lo comento, sin embargo nos apoyaron con toallas limpias enseguida.

- glennmartinwc (10/5): Great Base for Exploring! - We spent five days at this property during a brief road-trip vacation. Check-in was quick and courteous, with multiple clerks at the front desk every time we departed or returned. Self-parking is $45/night; yes, it's OOF, but this is a new revenue stream that most hotels have discovered, so we just have to deal with it. At least the garage felt very secure, with wide spot striping to prevent door dings and eliminate contortionist-like maneuvers to enter and exit the vehicle. We had a corner room on the northwest corner of the sixth floor, and the view was magnificent both day and night. Everything was clean and operable, the bed was very comfortable, and while there was some noise from the airport and Harbor Drive, we stopped noticing it fairly quickly. I appreciate that any use of the elevator requires scanning your key-card, which keeps non-guests from entering the upper floors with the guest rooms. Breakfast was included, and as some other reviewers have noted, it was adequate at best. If you have a gluten intolerance, your choices will be even more limited. In any case, it served the purpose. The Harbor & Sky restaurant, in which breakfast is provided, can be a bit of a madhouse if inclement weather prevents guests from dining outside. We just brought ours back to our room. The location is outstanding! Although on a map it may seem like a difficult place to drive to or from, the San Diego streets are very well laid out, and driving to freeway on-ramps or sites within the city was a breeze. There are also MANY restaurants within walking distance, so you won't be stuck with the food on the property. Don't deprive yourself of the view just to increase the convenience. We will definitely stay here again during a future visit!
- AmerikanacIHrvat (8/5): Wonderful property, but beware of noise - Stayed here the night before a cruise in mid-November. The location could not have been more convenient, right across the street from the cruise terminal. The hotel is modern, my room was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and items in the on site little store were reasonably priced. Breakfast was a disappointment to me; the accompaniments for the scrambled eggs were tortilla chips and ground chorizo, but they also had plenty of yogurt, breads, waffles, etc. Be aware that the property is less than a mile from the end of the runway at San Diego International Airport. My room was on the north side with a view of all the planes taking off (think engine roar every few minutes) and and landing. Also, I might steer clear of rooms near the elevators on the upper floors; the elevator motors were unbelievably loud. Overall, relatively minor, picky issues, and I would recommend.

- 613lizethg (10/5): Loved my stay! - Being local and after a long day of work chose this hotel for a staycation. I was greeted at the Front Desk Mr Hussein ( hope I spelled it right) he was quick and efficient and maintained a conversation throughout the whole check in process. Not only that I usually never ask for an upgrade of any sort because I also work in the hotel industry and know how guests can get upset of not getting their room type etc. But Hussein went above and beyond and upgraded me to a Suite R 1401 with a beautiful view, my husband and I enjoyed sitting in the dark just watching the city lights. Not only that but Hussein also mentioned breakfast to which I responded won’t even have time since waking up early to go to work . He mentioned he would request a breakfast box and have it ready for me at the Front Desk this is going above and beyond Hussein is a gem to have at the Front and made my experience that much special with his professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you !

Also the bartenders at the rooftop bar were so kind and fun to talk to. Also the location was so convenient. The breakfast options were great.
