Café da manhã é fraco , mas aceitável , alguns recepcionistas são mau humorados , mas tem 2 moças e 1 moço que são ótimos ( Zae, Isa e Franco) , os arredores não é a maravilha como todo Centro de cidade tem tudo de ruim e também tem coisas boas !!!! Limpeza dos dormitórios fica a desejar !!!! Limpeza , qualidade dos móveis , atendimento de alguns funcionários , arredores deixa a desejar

We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed the cooler weather, the hotel with close proximity to the bay, and all great services provided by the hotel stuff. Breakfast was very good as well. Thank you. I definitely recommend Marriott Residence Inn for anybody looking for a nice place to stay in San Diego.

- COSTACHE (6/5): Sejur marcat de zgomot constant, servicii slabe și taxe incorecte. - Amplasare Nu consider că acest hotel își justifică prețul. Zgomot constant din mai multe surse: un huruit permanent provenit din zona frigiderului și a aerului condiționat, plus avioane care decolează și aterizează fără încetare. Aerul condiționat nu putea fi oprit complet, deși afară erau doar 18 grade. Am fost nevoit să îmi scurtez sejurul din cauza acestor nemulțumiri. Parcarea este scumpă și prost organizată, iar taxa mi-a fost încasată pentru 2 zile, inclusiv pentru a doua noapte, deși am anunțat că voi pleca mai devreme. Din păcate, personalul, deși numeros, nu pare impresionat când ai o problemă de semnalat. În plus, mi-au încasat inclusiv partea aferentă celor 2 zile de cazare, deși am stat doar una.

- alainas2020 (10/5): Wonderful hotel on Bayfront/DT San Diego - I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this hotel. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, kind and patient. I traveled during a weekend where there was a fairly loud music festival downtown (I did not do my research), and they were som incredibly accommodating to my needs. I’ve stayed here before for work conferences and couldn’t recommend better: well located, impeccably clean (very important to me in travel), over accommodating and friendly staff. Well worth the stay if you find it available! Once of the best in the area and a place I will surely be again.

Walkable to downtown, as well as other areas well worth visiting. Nearby restaurants and shops. Great views of the city and harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. The only slight complaint I have is the walls were a bit thin, so I heard a lot of activity during check out & cleaning time, esp bc I was right across from one of the housekeeping "hub" areas. Definitely not a big deal though. Overall, it was an excellent experience staying there!!

Cons: Front desk didn't do what they said they would do with my car - I had hound them just for a valet claim ticket the next day! Carpet in room was dirty, furniture had weird gashes and scratches. It might be time for a reno.

- LINDA (6/5): - It seems like all Residence Inn locations have shortened their free breakfast time so we did not bother eating it, because we're on vacation and don't want to eat based on a schedule. The quality of the food has gone down at the least two Residence Inns we stayed at, and assumed it would be bad here as well. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable, neither was the couch. Whoever was the architect of this hotel designed it with no quick access to the parking garage: you have to take an elevator to the 5th floor, then walk outside to another elevator to ride to the floor where you parked your car. Don't walk barefoot in the rooms, the carpets are disgusting and should be replaced.

There were crumbs, clumps of hair and what we thought was a drop of blood on the bed cover. The glass had lipstick mark and smudges. The cutlery had hardened food stuck on its surfaces. It took the staff more than 30 minutes to address our concern.

- Cindy (8/5): Very comfortable stay for local sites and relaxation. - Great healthy breakfast options with varied daily offerings. Our room had beautiful view of the pool and USS Midway. Clean and a lot of space in the room with everything-needed kitchenette items. Sound through walls from above and adjacent was loud at times. Refrig had a sour smell although looked clean.

- janeller003 (10/5): Greater than expected - Booked a king studio to celebrate my birthday in Downtown San Diego. James was so helpful and set up my bday experience for success by upgrading my room and extending my late check-out. Zach at the Rooftop Bar (5th floor) took good care of my group and I in the cabana. He saw that we were lost trying to find the sky lounge, and walked us to where we wanted to be, then ended up being our server, who took care of my birthday drink and was a good photographer with tips for the best background views . The cabanas are for groups of 5+ first come first served, but it was a Sunday so there were plenty options. A few fire pits to choose from, the cabanas had a heater above them and a couple TVs, so the girlies were kept warm and the guys were entertained while we all sat on the U-shaped sofa, enjoying cocktails/beers and share plates. There are a lot of places that are in good walking distance, but ubering cost us $8~10 to the other places we also wanted to visit. Late check-out made it so I could enjoy the rooftop pool, and the weather was perfect that morning and day in San Diego. I missed complimentary breakfast by 15 minutes which was one thing I was bummed out about. I would book here again or suggest it to any friends and family that want to visit or do a staycation.

- Lisa (10/5): - I liked that we could easily walk to the waterfront, go to Seaport Village, Little Italy, etc in just a few short minutes. It was also close to the Get Your Guide ticket office, which was cheaper than purchasing tours online. We had an amazing lady named Cassandra check us in at reception. She went above and beyond to welcome us, and even upgraded our room when she found out it was my birthday - thanks so much Cassandra!! I would absolutely stay here again!

Towels were super thin and we had to ask for extra towels and pillows but they brought them very quick. Kitchen cabinet was falling apart. Staff was great and fast

- Jessica (10/5): Favorite hotel. - The two-bedroom suite was amazing, very comfortable and the views from the 16th floor were breathtaking. I traveled with my two small kids, my senior mom and sister and there was a bed for all of us. I loved that each room had its own thermostat. The service was great and friendly the atmosphere around the hotel/San Diego was calm and quiet. Parking was easy and safe. I have no complaints. I’ve Stayed here before and probably would stay here again.

- Courtney (10/5): - As a family of 4 that has traveled quite a bit, I am beyond pleased with our stay. From the day we checked in to six days later when we checked out, everyone and everything was amazing! Every single staff member was friendly and kind and the entire hotel was spotless. This is one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a very long time and all for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about staying here!
- Reginald (8/5): Everything worked out for the better! - They made up for it but check in was a mess. False advertisement there are no Bayview rooms on the residence Inn side of this hotel. This is a split hotel you get off the elevator residence Inn is on one side and Springhill suites is on the other. According to which way you walk. I booked a Bayview residence Inn room. There is no such a thing !!!! So they moved us to the other side of the hotel with a Bayview Room overlooking the midway, the pier and the ocean. I believe his name was Hamorn?? Harmon?? He was one of the managers at the hotel. After the mishap, he showed us three rooms personally to pick from. The service in the hotel was very good for the six days we were there. Breakfast was OK. The outside bar area is very nice. We were there every night.

No housekeeping was available everyday, crib took 3 requests to be delivered in the room, but when it did it was nice and comfortable for baby.

James especially was personable and welcoming! I loved that the hotel was pet friendly. Loved that ot was super clean. Loved the mini kitchen. The views from the rooms are amazing!

- patsychom (10/5): Good value and good location - Lovely stay here. Across from the pier to catch a cruise so just walked over. Rooms are big, very clean, well appointed. Staff were excellent - welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient. Decent breakfast and the hotel has many restaurants around for other meals. Easily accessible to waterfront and can easily access other venures such as zoo, park etc. Would definitely stay here again.

There’s restaurant/ bar on the 5F as well that is open until 11pm. Very satisfied, will definitely check in again on our next visit to SD!

- H4781DMchristinen (10/5): Great Stay, Pleasantly Suprised! - I was a bit apprehensive staying here--not an area I usually like to stay and my two usual hotels were not available on this trip so I took a chance. Was very pleasantly surprised. Starting with the only negative: The room could be better appointed. I had a King Suite. It had the full kitchen (great), a small sofa, but no coffee table to put your feet up or set things on. Not a huge deal by any means but odd for the suite-type of room. Other hotels generally have lots of seating/tables, as well as a small dining table or countertop bar. This had neither. Color scheme was a bit depressing and the orange vinyl computer chair and other plasticy orange chair were straight out of the 70s! These are all small things though. Postive: My room was super clean and hospitality staff did a GREAT job every other day. My bed was comfy and linens good. Towels were a little on the thinner side, but again, no big deal. The morning breakfast was better than expected and beat out my last stay at Homewood and TownPlace. There were generally two types of scrambled eggs every day, make your own waffles or pancakes, and then there were also premade waffles, pancakes, or french toast (rotating selection). Fruit was put in a cup which was nice. Love the vat of steel-cut oatmeal and toppings. Best of all--the staff monitoring the breakfast was "on it" and kept it clean and plentiful. Also super friendly and cleared your dishes away with a smile. This place gets very busy right away. I was always there at 6:30 so not sure how it looks later on. Hotel was relatively quiet. I did hear some planes occasionally as well as the Disney Cruise shenanigans, but nothing bad. The 5th Floor Harbor and Sky outdoor bar was quite nice. Didn't eat the food but what others had looked pretty good. Lastly, super impressed with the staff here--everyone seemed to be in a good mood and polite. Can't say that about every place I've stayed. Now, I did leave something behind so we'll see how the Lost and Found works out!

The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. We chose this hotel for both business and pleasure, with a conference keeping me occupied while my parents looked after the kids. The layout of our two-bedroom suite, complete with a spacious living room/kitchenette and dining area, was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the convenience of being able to prepare meals ourselves, saving us from lengthy restaurant visits. To our delight, the hotel staff surprised my son with a birthday card and a thoughtful goodie bag, making his day even more special. They also generously allowed us to check out later, enabling us to enjoy a leisurely morning without feeling rushed. The breakfast provided was outstanding, and the wait staff were exceptional in their service. They even accommodated our request to take some bagels for snacks, going the extra mile to wrap them up for us. Furthermore, when unforeseeable circumstances required us to leave a day early, the staff kindly accommodated our request and refrained from charging us an early departure fee, which they could have. Overall, our experience at the Residence Inn was nothing short of fantastic. We're grateful for the effort the staff put in to make our business and vacation stay unforgettable. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!
- y0b0s (8/5): Nice for family outing - Great location, nice rooms, nice public areas, lousy "free" breakfast (no it's NOT a buffet but a cheap limited selection that one finds in budget hotels with soggy sausages, mushy dehydrated scrambled egg - dang, a major disappointment from what they advertise). Look for price deals, otherwise it's a little expensive. For exploring the San Diego harbor area, Little Italy, downtown the location is hard to beat. Also the Naval Museum is steps away and a worthwhile visit.

Found the check in stressful as they had overbooked and didn’t have a room for my travel partner. Fortunately her plane was delayed until the next day which gave them time to find a room. Not appreciated given it was a pre paid room.

- cardiffbythesea4146 (10/5): Convenient location with beautiful sunset view! - I stayed here for my business trip. But since it was a day after Christmas, my husband and youngest son accompanied. The location was very convenient, and the best part is that we could walk to the Midway museum and strolled around the bay without driving. The sunset view from the property was amazing, and the hotel was overall very clean (fairly new construction I presume). The room was spacious and the breakfast was unexpected considering the location. I didn't expect the included breakfast even for the business hotels ever since Covid era, so it was a pleasant addition to us. Overall, it was a good experience, so I am coming back next weekend (this time to Springhill side).

The views of the ocean from the lounge were incredible, and it felt very peaceful. I’d love to stay here again!
