Staff were super friendly and the food selection was brilliant. The variety of pools is great and the selection of activities is huge! Not somewhere to go if you want a quiet, relaxing time perhaps but would recommend it to couples, friends, singles, and families alike for a great beach, activities, pools, and fab food!

The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice.

- Nadine (8/5): Hotel super, Tunesien nicht unser Ding - Zuerst einmal darf man nicht ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel erwarten. Dafür müsste es besser in Schuss sein und mehr Details bieten. 4 Sterne würde ich aber geben. Es ist sauber, Essen ist lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Der Strand war an manchen Tagen (Anfang Oktober) super schön und klar. Am nächsten Tag war alles voller Seegras, dann wieder schön… aber sehr angenehme Temperaturen. Einmal sind wir bis zum Hafen hochgelaufen und müssen sagen, dass dieses Hotel am besten aussah! Wer Badeferien in einer Hotelanlage machen möchte ist hier gut bedient, es gibt auch einige kostenlose Aktivitäten wie Bananenboot fahren etc. Aber wenn man die Anlage verlässt wird man andauernd von Verkäufern angesprochen welche sehr aufdringlich sind und einfach Touristen abzocken wollen. Deshalb würden wir nicht mehr nach Tunesien fahren.

- Tarek (8/5): Bon séjour - Séjour agréable. Points à améliorer: 1- Bruits en fin de soirée. Éviter la musique forte au délais de 23h. Empêcher le foot sur plage le soir voir le bruit généré. 2- état des allées avec un pavé sans joints un peu dangereux (arrêtés saillantes et absence de joints) 3- Acceuil premier jour. Servir une boisson aux arrivants. Ce n’était pas notre cas. 4- aligner les indications du site avec l’hôtel en terme de taxe de séjour m. D’après le site c’est pour les adultes mais pour l’hôtel c’est pour tous ceux qui ont plus de 12 ans.

Bonne cuisine (mais il manque les fameuses briques tunisiennes). L'animation en journée était géniale, toujours quelque chose à faire. Bonne salle de sport avec de bons équipements. Service serviette que l'on peut changer, très intelligent ! Plage privée Points négatifs: la climatisation n'est pas adaptée à la température (pas de clim dans le grand hall de réception). Nous avons demandé à ce que quelqu'un vienne vérifier dans notre chambre la clim qui était très faible, rien n'a été fait. Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. Nous reviendrons sûrement et recommanderons cet établissement.

However, I understand that the financial toll of the COVID19 pandemic might have prevented the ownership from investing in polishing the place and hiring enough people to make the overall experience excellent but the staff despite being overwhelmed made up for the other negative aspects of the stay.

The water slides were open random hours (10am-12pm and 2-5 pm) and it even opened late in the morning after we asked for it. Food was alright. Service in restaurants was great. Rest of the service from the staff was terrible. Very very slow. The 5th star of this hotel is very difficult to see. Probably was obtained in the past and lost his greatness over time. Would not recommend it to anyone. Definetely not worth the price.

Des staff rose Éric Éric et ben tu es au micro est The staff was very caring about any requests. The food is abundant and various at the end I’ll say excellent . The animation team was at a high standard . The only negative points are about the rooms of the garden view which was exposed to the noise made by the surrounding generator of the air-conditioning of the neighbouring hotel.

A buddy of mine and I booked 2 separate rooms over two months ago for 2 adults each room, when arrived to property, receptionist gave us a hard time and wanted us to email him both confirmation #'s. What's the purpose of booking in adavace? Finally his manager came out and was able to locate both reservations. Not even an apology afterwords, let alone he was still trying to convince us thats how it works...he shouldn't be interacting with guests, he should be in a kitchen, not a good reflection for this "supposedly " *****Hotel. Beds in room are horrible, 2 separate small beds right next to each other, not confortable at all...

- adeela (10/5): Excellent all inclusive hotel - Stayed there last week with husband and 2 kids. Food is delicious, staff is helpful, room is clean. Kids luved it, they have a kidsclub where you can leave the kids for a few hours.
