• Reig (10/5): Un séjour très agréable et près de la nature - Nous avons aimé l’emplacement idéal et le cadre. L’heure d’ouverture du petit déjeuner qui est à 8h. Si c’était à 7h, ça serait bien pour les gens qui prennent le départ.
• Zuzana (6/5): - Zahrada velká prostorná,klid. Z tohoto ubytování jsme byli upřímně dost zklamaní. Fotky neodpovídají moc reálitě (viz. Bazén) ten byl opravdu dost špinavý a neodpovídá fotografii na bookingu. Za 4 noci zde nám nebylo ani jednou uklizeno ,výměna ručníku nic. Samozřejmě ,když se zeptáte ručníky nové Vam dají. Na snídani nám 2x nedonesli zmíně ovoce v nabídce. A výběr slabý. Za tuto cenu by měli být lepší služby.

• Miguel Angel (10/5): Paraíso en la Tierra - La ubicación es excelente, justo en la playa donde veíamos las tortugas nadar. Cabaña muy tranquila con aire acondicionado, te dejan hervidor y café por si te apetece. La zona de piscina muy chill, los desayunos son variados y muy buenos, las hamacas de playa están de lujo y los cockteles muy sabroso . Imprescindible contemplar el amanecer desde aquí. El personal no fue muy flexible con el tema de las bicicletas, pero bueno, entiendo que es un servicio ajeno a ellos, ya que solo necesitábamos unas horas de más , y no un día completo.
• ELENA (10/5): Para quedarse a vivir - Increíble. Calidad-precio inmejorable. La ducha al aire libre, una fantasía y una maravilla. Las cabañas super chulas y autenticas. Y el personal super atento, divertido, simpático, nada invasivos. Te ofrecen desayuno que está perfecto, y la ubicación delante de la playa en la que hemos visto tortugas todos los dias. Gili Air es maravilloso, pero es que este hotel lo hace todavía mejor. Todo me gustó, volvería cien veces.

• Catalina (4/5): Poca comodidad - Por sobretodo la amabilidad en la atención, el desayuno y que esté a orilla de playa para hacer snorkeling y ver tortugas. La limpieza en general, la malla mosquetero nos dio mucha impresión, era como una red llena de bichos. No estamos seguras si agarramos los chinches aquí o no. El baño es espectacular pero estaba con moho al estar al aire libre.

Sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand und trotz allem ruhig und weit genug weg vom Trubel der kleinen Strandpromenade. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben Wäsche abgegeben, einen Preis pro Kilo genannt bekommen. Gehen um die Ecke und der „Nachbar“ bietet es für weniger als die Hälfte an. Das war etwas blöd. Aber dafür wurde uns die Wäsche direkt zum Bungalow gebracht.

De accomodatie kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, er zijn wat tegels los in het zwembad en in de tuin ligt veel afval en het ontbijt is wat beperkt. Verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Pots llogar bicis i et porten la roba a la lavanderia. El bany podria estar mes cuidat i net. No hi ha aigua calenta i és salada. Estaria bé renovar els llençols perquè estaven trencats.

• Susan (8/5): Great location, great budget price and great staff , we loved it - Close to the beach, our room was private and very roomy and comfortable for the cost. The outdoor bathroom was a bonus. The pool smelled very strongly of cholrine and was a bit green

Le restaurant était très bon. Le petit dej inclus est complet, vous avez le choix entre plusieurs plats. Le personnel est adorable ! Un petit coup de ménage pourrait être fait, surtout lorsqu’on reste plusieurs nuits !

• Charlotte (7/5): Prima - De locatie is super, je loopt zo het strand op. De airco werkt goed en het zwembad is fijn. Gezien de beoordelingen, had ik er wat meer van verwacht. Het was best wel vies, zo lagen er veel dode insecten binnen, en de open badkamer heeft zo z'n ongemakken (ongedierte, vies). De douche was ofwel een harde koude waterval of een zacht straaltje dat een minuut warm bleef.

• Dorota (10/5): Exelent - Wspaniale miejsce, jedno z niewielu na Gili Air gdzie jest rozległy ogród, cisza i śpiew ptaków , a jednocześnie przy plaży . Przecudne widoki dwa kroki od domku, wschód słońca z panoramą Lombok. Kilka kroków na zachód słońca w kameralnych knajpkach przy plaży. Polecam to miejsce , napewno tylko tu wrócę. Czułam się jak w swoim prywatnej rezydencji. Nikt mi nie zaglądał, mogłam medytować w ogrodzie na trawie. Fantastyczne miejsce, tylko wymaga małych renowacji. W moim domku było cudownie, ale mogłyby być pomalowane ściany tylko o jakąś dekoracją na głównej ścianie i przyjeżdżam z grupą kobiet. Bo organizuję wyjazdy dla Kobiet i jest tu miejsce na spotkania i krąg kobiet.

• Rina (8/5): Wirklich top! - Die Unterkunft hat wirklich die beste Lage welche man auf Gili Air finden kann. Jedesmal als ich von der Hotelliege aus Schnorcheln war habe ich Meeresschildkröten gesehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für mich etwas vom schönsten war am Morgen den Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Hotelstrand aus zu schauen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist klein aber fein. Ich habe auch oft Mittag in der Segar Bar gegessen welches für mich top war. Ich würde immer wieder kommen! Ich denke wenn man auf eine Insel wie Gili Air reist und sich eine günstigere Variante sucht so wie Segar Village muss man ein bisschen damit rechnen das nicht immer top sauber ist, aber für mich hat es völlig gereicht und ich bin eher „heikel“ was die Sauberkeit betrifft.

• Rocío (7/5): Regulero - Estaba en plena playa donde sale el sol y si te levantas sobre las 6 de la mañana es espectacular verlo salir. Además está en el punto donde se ven las tortugas haciendo snorkel. Se puede decir que la situación es buena, el desayuno bien y tienen hamacas en la playa donde pasar el dia. Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, pintura, limpieza a la piscina, el baño idílico al exterior era un suplicio . La ducha no tenía prácticamente agua y el suelo de la ducha tenía más verdina que la piscina . Pasamos una sola noche .

Isolation phonique inexistante entre les bungalows mitoyens. La piscine est petite et agréable mais les bungalows sont à deux pas de la mer. Location de vélo et matériel de plongée ou circuit snorkeling sur place Petit dej très correct fruits, jus, thé, pancake Salle de bain sans eau chaude , carrelage douteux pour le prix , eau salée

Le personnel très nonchalant, le petit déjeuner très léger, le manque d'entretien des extérieurs et des bungalows, un rafraissement salle de bain et plomberie ne ferait pas de mal.

• Florian (6/5): Für eine kurze Übernachtung OK! - Die Lage ist das Beste an der Unterkunft. Nicht weit vom Hafen (wir haben es fußläufig erreicht) sowie alle Örtlichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Man kann sich vieles vor Ort ausleihen. Der Pool ist auch ganz schön und wird auch täglich gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist ein großer Kritikpunkt. Hier müsste man einiges verbessern! Das Badezimmer benötigt dringend Ausbesserungen. Außerdem muss das Moskitonetz über dem Bett dringend erneuert werden. Die Bettwäsche hat einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das Frühstück ist stark Verbesserungswürdig! Man sollte daher nicht zu viel erwarten. Einen längeren Aufenthalt können wir hier nicht empfehlen.

La douche et les toilettes à l’extérieur c’est bien lorsqu’il fait beau mais en l’occurrence lorsqu’il pleut c’est moins fun il faudrait que ce soit légèrement abrité le petit déjeuner très minimaliste et répétitif
