• Arnaud (10/5): - Emplacement dans la vieille ville, logement très sympathique et propre. Le propriétaire nous a permis de déposer les bagages tôt le matin. Arrivée autonome et facile autrement. Des petits chocolats en guise de bienvenue ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre avec clim/chauffage et kitchenette. Rien mais un point d'attention pour les personnes qui réservent, le logement est situé sur une partie haute de la vieille ville donc beaucoup d'escalier forcément : peu ne pas etre adapté pour tout le monde. Astuce : contourner en allant au bout de la rue principale : ca monte sur la même hauteur mais avec moins d'escalier ;)
• Jon (6/5): - The room is high up and a lot of stairs need to be climbed. On a rainy day it's very slippery. The room was also facing the street on the ground floor so it can be noisy. Therefore it feels dark as you cannot open the windows and for privacy you need to have the blinds down.

TV connectée, pratique 😉 J'aurai aimé choisir l'un des 5 appartement, le dernier étant dans les mansardes offre une belle vue depuis le velux mais 2 étages à monter et donc des mansardes. Quelques marches à gravir dans la old town avant d'y arriver, avec les valises ça peut être compliqué... Mais je répète le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

• Haydee (8/5): Celeste tiene precio - Estar en el Casco Antiguo tiene sus atractivos, sobre todo si es la primera vez que estás en Dubrovnik, y no alquilas auto. Desde Puerta Pile (casco a 130 escalones del departamento) tienes todas las excursiones! Es muy bello y una experiencia particular si te gusta la arquitectura antigua y principalmente romana. Stradun es muy linda y todas las calles que cortan tienen restaurantes y cafes muy bonitos.!!! También estoy muy agradecida al personal porque me llevaron la maleta desde Puerta Pile al departamento y cuando me fui la bajaron. Estan siempre muy atentos a lo que se necessite Subir tantos escalones, fue un impedimento, pues una vez que subía ya lo pensaba varias veces antes de volver a bajar. Entonces si no salía de excursión todo el día, no me resultó para bajar a almorzar, y volver a subir para cambiarme y salir a cenar. Salvo alguna excepción no tienen pasamanos.

• Konstantina (10/5): It was a lovely full of purple stay. - Well the double room in which I was staying, was so so so cozy with several spots of lavenders as its name suggests. The location of it is on high spot with lots of stairs but here in Dubrovnik there are so much everywhere . Vedran is a very good host and professional . Even though I have not met him he gave me full instructions how I could get on the apartment, where I could find the key and also helped me with the storage of my luggage when I needed it. Thank you a lot Vedran !

• Valentina (10/5): Perfecto para admirar la ciudad amurallada - Es literal en la ciudad amurallada, es perfecta la ubicación para conocer lo más hermoso de Dubrovnik. Puedes admirar la ciudad amurallada de día y de noche y eso lo hace excepcional, hay una cala muy cerca para bañarse muy linda y tranquila, y caminado a pocos minutos encuentras uno de los mejores sunset que podrás ver dentro de un bar debes ir a las rocas y las vistas valen la pena. Si no te gusta subir escaleras esye alojamiento puede ser que no sea lo óptimo porque está en la ciudad amurallada pero arriba. Igualmente es perfecto precio calidad.

• roland (9/5): Très bon séjour - L emplacement dans la vieille ville est top mais à déconseiller à des personnes ne pouvant pas grimper 120 marches pour rejoindre l appartement. Le propriétaire a été extrêmement réactif et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages après le check out, ce fut très appréciable. Un grand merci. Rien. Tout était conforme à la description.
• K (6/5): - The host met us at the Pile gate and very kindly helped us with our luggage up MANY stairs. We got used to the climb to get back to the apt everytime, and it was not far from the main drag old Town, in a fairly quiet spot. Lovely to be in old Town. The apt has very little accessible floor space as it is a loft with a pitched roof where you obviously can't move around comfortably accept for in the middle (or sit up in bed to have coffee), with not enough space for our 2 suitcases. It all felt very squashed in. Contacted the host about the TV that was not working - he said he would come and have a look the next day, but unfortunately he never came (TV initially not a priority, but then a cold front and strong winds moved in!).

• Melanie (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Nächten völlig in Ordnung - Es war alles sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem (trotz der Größe). Die Anleitung zum auffinden der Wohnung war sehr detailliert und der Kontakt per WhatsApp sehr einfach. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss, somit auch Dachschräge. Der Drempel ist so niedrig, dass man nicht viel Platz hatte um aufrecht zu stehen. Das Bett war zwar sehr bequem, jedoch (ich schätze) nur 1.90 lang, die Füße hingen also etwas über. Wir waren eigentlich froh ganz oben zu sein, weil wir dachten es wäre ruhiger, aber das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, sodass das Türe knallen und durch den Hausflur Getrampel der anderen Bewohner mehr als deutlich zu hören war.

• Danuta (10/5): Wszystko ok :) - 3 noce w pokoju na samym górze, malutki przez te skosy, ale daliśmy radę. Było przytulnie i ładnie. Super, że w łazience przy lusterku była dodatkowa lampka. Rzadko to się zdarza. Także ogromny plus. Trochę schodów trzeba było pokonać, aby dotrzeć do lokalizacji. Ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Ogromny kolejny plus za to, ze o 11.30 mogliśmy zostawić już nasze bagaże. Wdzięczność razy milion. Naprawdę super ze strony właściciela. Tylko schody skrzypiały na klatce :) także jak chodziliśmy mogliśmy denerwować innych. Ale to drobny szczegół.

The place requires some walk uphill but a fair trade off considering the great price for value within the expensive Old town. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Emme suosittele ison matkalaukun kanssa matkaaville ja ei missään nimessä liikuntaesteisille. Lähimmät palvelut lähellä, mutta jyrkkien portaiden päässä.

L’host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in a distanza essendo arrivati in tarda serata, ci ha anche chiesto se preferissimo essere cambiati le asciugamani dopo due giorni di soggiorno. Per raggiungere l’appartamento bisogna salire 120 scalini perché è posizionato nella parte alta di Old Town, un po’ faticoso ma fattibile. Se però avete problemi a deambulare ve lo sconsiglio. Non è un appartamento insonorizzato, purtroppo sentivamo benissimo le persone agli appartamenti vicini al nostro.

• Steve (9/5): Lovely small apartment - Great communication from our host Vedran. Let us get in early on check-in and leave our bags there for a few hours on check-out. Lovely smallish top floor room, with everything you need. Location was great, especially once we found the way without going up lots of steep steps. If you follow the city walls both up and down to Stradun, it's not as steep as the more direct way. Highly recommended. Nothing
• Claire (10/5): Overall a great dtsyu - Dubrovnik is expensive, so this place is good value considering this. The room was spacious and in good condition, bed comfortable and big bathrooms. Everything was really great except the noise created from the stairs in the hallway which are loud and you can hear other guests coming in and out. Luckily it didn’t affect our sleep. We would recommend staying here
• Maialen (9/5): Muy bien - La ubicación es muy buena aunque hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar (pero como en toda la ciudad). Era pequeñito pero estaba limpio, y el baño estaba bien también. El precio es un poco elevado para lo que es, pero esto es algo que ocurre en toda la ciudad.

La ubicación es excelente: está en el centro pero en la parte de arriba y por tanto no hay ruido. El anfitrión fue súper amable al facilitarnos dejar el equipaje en el apartamento mucho antes de las 15h ya que a las 10h ya estábamos en la ciudad. Tuvo además el detalle de cambiar toallas a mitad de la estancia. Súper recomendable. Consejo: si subís por la Ulica Siroka hay 116 escalones, buscar alternativa por la muralla, hay muchas menos escaleras y se sube mucho mejor. Nada. Todo perfecto.

• Antonella (7/5): Posizione ottima - Posizione ottima dentro le mura di duvrovnik anche se per arrivarci bisogna salire circa 100 scalini ma è normale all'interno delle mura , host gentilissimo e sempre disponibile Appartamento piccolo e molto rumoroso, le finestre erano molto vecchie e si sentivano i rumori degli altri ospiti presenti all' interno della struttura.

It was very small and not much ventilation. the AC unit was in the cornor of the room and it was very hot in the room. Also getting to this property needs to climb steps which was very tough with luggage.

• Danielle (10/5): Great location stay in old town - Great location in old town. Lots of steps/walking to get to it but was a quieter area so worth it. Air conditioning was great as was needed in the summer. Cheapest I could find in old town and was a great spot so relatively good value. Short walk to all the sites. If you’re a light sleeper I would bring ear plugs. You can hear noise from neighbors and the streets but a fairly quiet part of town so wasn’t really a problem.
• Reyllianne (1/5): Avoid booking the groundfloor. And always check for bedbugs. Not ideal with big luggage as you have to climb a lot of st - Great location. However you have to climbed up A LOT of stairs. Not ideal for those coming with big luggage or weak knees. One week before our check.in we were informed that they couldn’t accommodate us with the room we book for some various reason. But they offered a new room with the same “comfort” but with no mini kitchen as they informed. However the room we got was at the ground floor and not comfortable at all. The room has one small window that barely gets natural light. Which makes the room sad to stay in. It feels like you’re staying in a storage room. In addition the bathroom drainage stinks a lot. The smell just doesn’t go away no matter how much water you used. So the entire room was filled with this smell. The cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. You can also hear the noises from outside and from people passing by.

• Jane (10/5): Super pretty and clean lovely little apartment in a great location in the Old City of Dubrovnik - This is a sweet, charming little place in the old city. It is super clean and inviting. The hosts are fantastic. They met us at the place on our schedule and were able to accommodate us with some special requests. On arrival the host gave us information about the old city and suggested some restaurants. She was very nice and helpful. The apartment is not large but more than enough for the two of us. The location in the city is great. It is right next to the sea wall. We were able to quickly walk to Buza Beach for swimming after spending the day touring. The only thing I can think of not liking was the shower. The shower itself was lovely. Great pressure, perfect temperature, However, it is only enclosed by a curtain and the curtain was not long enough. So every time we showered, the bathroom floor would get quite soaked. The dryness of Dubrovnik in July helped the situation quickly enough though!

• Patricia (6/5): - O apart fica bem no topo da cidade antiga sendo que tem uma escadaria muito grande até ele. Em nenhum lugar consta essa informação, mesmo Dubrovink sendo toda de escadas tem opções melhores. E para piorar o adm nos colocou no sótão ( suoer quente) ou seja mais 3 lances de escadas. Estávamos com malas grandes e pesadas foi bem ruim. Além de que não tive suporte nenhum para o checkin uma vez que meu voo chegou de madrugada o adm disse que a empresa só trabalhava até as 23h. Nem uma água tinha no frigobar disponível Serviço e instalação muito ruim
• Imane (1/5): Bedbugs!!! - We stayed here from July 10 to 12. Hence, upon leaving, we discovered bedbugs in the bed that we didn’t saw before unfortunately. Departure day nobody came to check on us we had to leave since our flight was imminent and I sent a complaint to booking since I made through it. We had to throw away our luggage and a lot of valuable items to not contaminate our place. Result the property refused to compensate and not even an apology. Room in the first floor right in front of the stairs Wasn’t clean at all. They might be cleaning but the bedbugs were still around!!!!!

• Bethany (10/5): - Great location. Some parts of the property were a little run down/needed upgrades. Like knives and a cup that was broken. Also there were too many emails from the bigger company managing the property Direct Booker.

• Ivan (10/5): . - Everything about it is great: location, comfort, good bathroom, good facilities, convenient self check-in. People who complain about having to climb stairs with inconvenient wheeled suitcases should research Dubrovnik before going there. Price is steep, although it’s in line with the rest of Dubrovnik, which is incredibly expensive and overpriced.

• Sarah (10/5): - Had an excellent stay. Vedran even gave us recommendation where to go to watch the fireworks for the first night of their summer festival, which was perfect. One thing anyone does need to be aware of is that you need to be fit enough to climb lots of steps - not just to this apartment but to the whole of Dubrovnik old town if you want to experience it all.
