• Shima (9/5): It was very good. - Cleanliness, easy instruction, balcony, kitchen facilities Too much communication emails and messages. It was scamming with the same information every day with both email and text message. There was no grocery store close by within 5 min walk.
• Venla (6/5): Tulimme torstaina iltapäivällä asunnolle. Olimme kolme yötä, josta - Asunto oli hyvällä sijainnilla. Majoituspaikassa ei ollut tarpeeksi liinavaatteita. Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet oli laitettu valmiiksi vain kahdelle, vaikka huone oli varattu neljälle hengelle. Paistinpannu huoneistossa oli niin huonossa kunnossa, että sitä ei voinut käyttää. Keittiön eikä vessan altaat vetäneet hyvin saati ollenkaan. Tiskikoneeseen ei ollut ohjekirjaa ainakaan helposti löydettävissä. Huoneistossa oli niin kuuma, että nukkuminen oli lähes mahdotonta. Tupakka haisi sisälle huoneistoon koko ajan. Huoneisto haisi homeelta, vaikka tuuletimme sitä koko käynnin ajan.
• Niina (4/5): - Sijainti oli hyvä, siitä pääsi näppärästi liikkumaan muualle. Asunnon varustetaso oli ok. Asunnon toinen sänky oli pettymys. Olin ilmoittanut, että meitä matkustaa yhden aikuisen lisäksi kolme teiniä (15- ja 13-vuotiaat). Toinen sänky oli kivikova vuodesohva (leveys noin 120 cm), jossa ei ollut petauspatjaa tai minkäänlaista pehmikettä. Soitin asiakaspalveluun, ja meille toimitettiin petauspatja, mutta se oli leveydeltään ainoastaan 90 cm. Tässä oli sitten kahden henkilön nukuttava. Lisäksi peitoista puuttui yksi, eli tuohon kovaan vuodesohvaan ei ollut edes peittoja kuin yhdelle. Oli kuitenkin kesän kuumimmat päivät, joten peittoja ei tarvinnut. Tuosta yhdestä peitosta koitettiin sitten taiteilla jonkinlainen petauspatja kovaa sänkyä pehmittämään. Pärjättiin, mutta oli tähän astisen elämäni huonoimmat yöt. Olisi myös hyvä hankkia näihin pieniin asuntoihin jonkinlaisia tuulettimia, jotta kuumana aikana saisi vähän jotain tuulenvirettä aikaan. Nyt näillä helteillä asunnossa on varmasti kolmisenkymmentä astetta päivin öin. Olisi myös hyvä mainita, että asunnon läheisyydessä ei ole yhtään autopaikkoja kadunvarsilla. Onneksi yhtlöstä löytyy muutama vieraspaikka.

• Katja (8/5): Erinomaisella hinta-laatusuhteella kiva asunto hyvällä paikalla. - Hyvällä paikalla kompakti studioasunto. Kiva sisustus ja tilava huone. Tv:n kaukosäädin ei toiminut - paristot hapettuneet. Ei saatu katsottua hdmi-piuhalla elokuvaa. Samalla televisiota tutkiessa tv-tason takaa paljastui likaa ja pölyä. Myös wc-pönttö ja suihkutila vähän likaiset.

• Yrjänä (8/5): Siisti asunto, pieniä puutteita. - Siisti, toimiva tila, hyvä varustus pieniä poikkeuksia lukuunottamatta. Television kaapelijohto viallinen, joten laite ei toiminut. Silityslauta löytyi mutta ei silitysrautaa, jota olisi tarvittu.
• Linnea (7/5): Perheloma Espoossa - Tilava asunto perheelle. Erillinen makuuhuone liukuovella ja olohuoneessa kerrossänky verhojen takana. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava perusruoanlaittoon (+tiskikone) ja kylpyhuoneessa oli pesukone kuivaustelineineen. Koodi ovessa oli kätevä, tosin ulko-oveen käytettiin samaa koodia ja sitä sai sitten näpytellä varoen. Rauhallinen sijainti, pihalla naapuritalon yhteinen leikkipaikka. Lyhyt matka Ainoaan ja Tapiolan metroon! Suihkunurkkaus oli täynnä hometta ja yhteydenotostani huolimatta asiaan ei reagoitu edes olemalla minuun yhteyksissä. Asiakaspalvelu siis heikkoa, jos on jotakin erityistä, mutta automaattiviestejä tulee pilvin pimein. Pysäköintipaikkaa sai aina metsästää, kun lähellä oli vain muutama.

• Filip (9/5): - A nicely furnished spacious apartment with all necessary equipment. Only a part of the windows were covered by curtains, half of them were missing. The team was not very reactive to messages, even during the working hours.

• EK (2/5): Great Location, But Cleanliness and Service Issues - Excellent location with good access to services and transport. Modern and functional apartment. But this is not a serviced apartment, just a regular flat. Appartment had cockroaches. Not at all common in Finland. Never in my 35 yrs in Finland have we had cockroaches. Unfortunately mo proper response from customer service despite multiple messages—only a delayed reply shifting blame to the guest for not calling a paid emergency number, rather than addressing the problem. Beds were uncomfortable and not doubles; twin beds kept sliding apart. No weekly cleaning or linen change, even during a two-week stay. This is not a serviced apartment, just a regular flat with no support.

• Tobias (3/5): Gut gelegen aber vieles ist kaputt und alles sehr dreckig. - Die Unterkunft ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Tapiola entfernt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen war diese nicht wirklich sauber. In vielen Ecken war es dreckig (Wollmäuse im Schlafzimmer) und klebrige Stellen auf den Böden (Sonnemcremereste der Vormieter?), Staub überall, die Fenster waren trüb, in der Küche waren viele Fettspritzer an den Wänden, der Backofen sah sehr unappetitlich aus und an den Zahnpastaresten auf dem Boden im Badezimmer konnte man gut erkennen dass das Apartment nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt wurde. Wir haben uns über den Zustand beschwert und am nächsten Tag sollte alles noch einmal gereinigt werden. Das passierte tatsächlich, aber nur sehr oberflächlich. Auch einen Tag drauf wurde ein neuer Versuch gestartet und viele Stellen ausgelassen. Wir haben dann das nötigste selbst geputzt. Zudem war das Apartment schon sehr rubtergerockt, hier wurde schon lange nicht mehr investiert. Wer also eine gut gelegene Unterkunft sucht und gerne putzt ist hier genau richtig.

• Yury (8/5): Everything was good, but check the location when travelling with a car - That's a very nice location. Nearby is a park and no major roads, so it's quite quiet. There's also a metro station about 10 minutes away. It's difficult with car parking without knowing the area. We spent 30 euros to park the car for a night. The bunk bed needs a second light. Some chairs were a bit flimsy and unstable.

• Sedat (7/5): Good. - I reserved and pay for four people but it is hard to stay that kind of room. There are six room every floor and too noisy at night.
• Eiko (3/5): Good location, terrible condition - Close to the Ainoa shopping mall and bus station access to Helsinki city center Weekly cleaning was expensive but they barely cleaned the room. Dusts were full under the carpet but seems it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The cleaner walks in with outdoor shoes for cleaning. The cleaner only used spray to mop the floor and didn’t properly wipe down. Finally the cleaner didn’t show up unless we made complained that we’ve paid for the service. In addition when we arrived some of the lights didn’t work and it looked like the place hasn’t been maintained in general.
• Elena (7/5): Good - The flat is fully furnished and with washing machine (no drier but with staff to hang cloths). The flat is in a very nice position, nearby AINOA, a shopping center. Compared to other flats where I have been it is relatively clean, though "being clean" is a totally different thing. It was difficult to find the place (there are different buildings). I would suggest to send a map to clients before their arrival

• Arpit (8/5): Very good - Apartment was clean and I got help when needed. Thank you Bed was a bit smaller, you could give a wider bed. And the washing machine starter kit will ve very well appreciated. The electric clothes iron is leaking water. Other than this, everything was good.

We weren't spending a lot of time there but it did have facilities for those who would The curtains didn't pull all the way across the window which was pretty poor given our stay was around midsummer and it was light enough as it was. • DannyandJordanR (10/5): - From the Airport to Espoo (Elosamante 2) Now that Uber is back in action in Finland - use it! The drivers are super friendly and excited to tel you about how amazing Helsinki is, which it is!!!!! Uber does not show 2A, 2B or 2C) It only shows 2..so make sure to tell your driver which building you are in, we were in 2A. Travel time from Vantaa is about 35 minutes The Apartment Complex We were able to quickly get customer service on the phone and they emailed us the door code within 3 minutes. Nice to only have a code to enter your apartment The Room/Flat Very tidy for the 2 single bed room we had, the two beds were pushed together to make a queen which was nice for us. All the toiletry, silverware, paper towels, basic body wash dispenser on bathroom wall and cleaning supplies are already there so no need to go buy any. The TV is small but who cares, you should not be spending too much time in your flat except to sleep, shower and go outside! The windows all open up to bring in fresh air which was great, the floors can be heated which is really nice. The Washer Was a challenge. The instructions for using it not online or understandable on the single laminated paper they leave in the room. So we washed our towels and hung them by the window. Problem solved. Location Close to the new giant megamall they are building in Tapiola Park, it is a 5 minute walk. Shopping, grocery and cafe are located there. Overall We will stay here again, we loved it!

Oikeasti kansainvälisessä keskitason huoneistossa on tarjolla tee, kahvi, sokeri ja maito. Myös yksi annos pyykinpesuainetta. Muutoin huoneisto suht siisti. Koska espoon Tapiolassa on täysmyllerrys eikä kauppaan ole helppo pasta, olisi kiva jos olisi eväsautomaatti tai vastaava vaikka rapussa sisääntuloaulassa

• HSIN-CHEN (8/5): - 整體來說很好, 地點也算方便, 有少數設備有點問題, 像是抽油煙機等, 但對我們並不是特別困擾, 倒是附近正有大型工程, 所以google map的路線並不適用, 明明距離地鐵站很近, 但第一天我們拖著大行李在附近繞了2小時才抵達, 如果飯店可以預先讓房客知道週邊的狀況及建議的路線就更好了

• Dong Ho (8/5): 편안한 스튜디오식 아파트 - 사전에 출입을 위한 키번호를 알려줬어야 했는데, 그러지 않아서 당황했음. 아파트엔 리셉션이나 관리인이 없어서 모든 사항을 전화나 메일로 문의해야 하니 사전에 알고 가면 좋을듯.
• Ariel (10/5): Great value wonderful design in quiet spot - The apartment is wonderfully designed, clean, and nicely furnished. Very good value, compared to other alternatives I found near the university. The building is in a very quiet neighborhood, but only 3 mins from bus, 5 mins from a mall, and 10 mins from the metro (via the mall). No coffee shops in the immediate vicinity, though. The only thing I found peculiar is that ine cannot lock the apartment door from the inside (there is only the code lock from the outside). So if someone sonehow discovers your code, they can enter the building and your apartment. This could form a security issue, and I hope the managers would fix that.
• Shai (4/5): - The apartment is large, clean, well equipped ( a frying pan would have been nice and the absence of bath soap/shampoo just looks cheap, but otherwise great), and close to a shopping mall and metro and bus stations. Staff, when you get them, were friendly and helpful. But we had two serious issues: first, there is no reception. So when we got there, with phones that hardly work in a foreign country, and the wrong code for the entrance supplied by the place we were stuck outside. not what you want in the rain, after a long flight, lost baggage etc. AND there was no answer at the 24/7 number (we asked people on the street to make a call for us). So we spent a long, uncomfortable and anxious time just waiting to get in. Second - we reserved a place for 3 through expedia, but the room was for 2 - and this, we were told, cannot be changed. So our daughter slept in the living room throughout our stay. This wasn't terrible - they got us a folding bed, but it is not what we paid for and is simply wrong.

• Teppo (8/5): Kattohuoneiston lämmössä - Uunihella ja pesukoneet löytyivät muiden peruskodinkoneiden ohessa. Sauna jäi kokeilematta. Majoitustila on yksi jakamaton tila, joten vauvan kanssa piti valvoa ja nukkua samantahtisesti. Kesällä huone oli tuskaisen kuuma päivät ja yöt läpeensä, onneksi tehokas ja hiljainen lämpöpumppu puuskutti katonrajassa. Vanhasta villaisesta olohuoneen matosta pitkä miinus, allerginen ystävämme joutui lähtemään kyläilemästä käytännössä heti tultuaan.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Ok to stay, some considerations - Everything you need, except parking. Some parking options though not far. Bed linens were not good for hot weather, causing discomfort. Weather had been around 27-30 degrees C that week. Take cleaning requirements into consideration, 250 EUR additional bill might be expecting you.

• John (10/5): Wonderful apartment - We really liked this apartment. It's in a nice location near a mall, bus stop and metro station. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very handy, and there is a washing machine for laundry. Our apartment on the top floor got a little hot, but that's probably due more to the unusually warm weather.
• Paula (10/5): Nice place close to everything - We chose this location because it was close to family and friends we wanted to visit and staying in a regular hotel can be costly. We were unfamiliar how the door code works but were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to figure out. The code was sent to us as they promised and getting in was easy. The studio apartment was perfect for our needs, it had a full kitchen with a microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, dishes, a fridge and cleaning supplies. There was a kitchen table with chairs, a sitting area with chairs, table and tv. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great, it had a nice shower, a heated towel rack and there was even a washing machine which came in handy. It was nice to be able to make some of our meals instead of having to always eat out. All and all, it was a nice place, great location with short walk to the metro and shopping mall. Walking and bike paths everywhere. Customer service was A+. I will choose this place from now on and will recommend to everyone I know. Loved it!

Contactados por e-mail disseram que só seriam fornecidas no dia da entrada, de acordo com as regras na nova organização. Forma fornecidas nessa data, mas não funcionaram, não abriam a porta do prédio. Conseguimos por telefone desbloquear a situação, mas foi muito desagradável. Fora isso, o apartamento (18, edif 2A) era bom. Tinha sido renovado recentemente.

Takes about 10 minutes to get to centre of Helsinki using the metro. Buses nearby too. Easy to book and quick response to booking. Would recommend and will use again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Poor customer service - I was assigned a room for which I received a SMS from SATO but the door code didn't work so I called the Forenom customer care who gave me a different room but door code again didn't work. It was very difficult to connect to customer care number as I needed to call couple of times because of this issue , once it took me 35 mins to get connected. I was finally told that there was some problem with door code and they activated or fixed the problem and I should be able to access my room. So I tried again and open the door and saw that there was a old lady already staying in that room. She was shocked that I could access the room and I felt the same that it should not happen that other guests are disturbed or their privacy is compromised. So I called forenom again and explained this and a new room was assigned, the whole process took around 90 mins from the time I made the first call. The new management should take care of such issues, this never happened when it was under SATO.
• Reima (10/5): Mukava, rauhallinen, tyylikäs - Erittäin tyylikäs ja siisti asunto. Autolla saapuessa hyvä huomioida, että pysäköinti alueella haastavaa, parkkipaikat käytännössä n. 0,5 km päässä. Julkisille helppo tulla länsimetrolla ja bussilla, asemat suhteellisen lähellä. Asunnon varustelu erittäin hyvä.
• Syed Jauhar (10/5): Home away from home - One of the best service apartments I stayed in. Very clean. Always have everything I need. Very well maintained. Been staying there for more than 6 months every week. Never had any issues what so ever

• Magnus (6/5): Simple, basic and well equipped. - It was ok. The apartment was very cheap, so in all it was price worthy. The entire access is automised, you get a code for the door and that's it. Very smooth and efficient. The apartment was well equipped (I didn't need allt the utensils and stuff, but there was a dishwasher, washing machine and all). The bad thing was that the bathroom was not really clean and smelled weed and cigarette smoke. The shhets were clean and the singl bed ok, but the pillow and cover were old and clumpy. You get what you pay for, I guess.

• Mia (10/5): - These appartments are great, easily accessible and the digital self check in/check out service is great particularly when you arrive late or need toleave early.
• Robert (10/5): Perfect Hotel outside the city.. - Perfectly located next to bus lines. So you can get to the city in maybe 15 minutes. So easy...also you can bus to the airport. Grocery store and mall is located 3 or 4 minutes by foot. Rooms are perfect. Always stay here when I am in Helsinki. Will stay again.
