• Robert (9/5): Super Guesthouse für einen Aufenthalt in Rom, beim nächsten Mal kommen wir wieder. - Schöne stylische Zimmer. Schön sauber und gepflegt. Der Gasgeber war super nett, hatte mehrere gut Tips für uns von Lokalen und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Dostęp do czajnika, lodówki i ekspresu do kawy. Śniadania w klimatycznym barze na parterze. Podobała mi się atmosfera w lokalu. Lokalizacja dobrze skomunikowana - metro i autobusy. Dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Mimo ze przyjechaliśmy ok. 20.00 pani na nas czekała. (Trzeba tylko wcześniej dać znać o późniejszym przyjeździe i dopłaca się dodatkowo, ale jest o tym informacja). W pokoju było trochę duszno mimo otwartego okna. Początkowo można było włączyć klimatyzację, ale później była wyłączona.

• Tomasz (9/5): Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś przyjedziemy do Rzymu to znów skorzystamy z tego obiektu - Śniadanie było takie jakiego się spodziewaliśmy po poprzednim pobycie 8 lat temu. Nie jest to bufet śniadaniowy tylko jajecznica lub jajka sadzone (2 szt.) trochę rukoli lub innej sałaty, dwa kawałki pomidora, croissant, ciepły napój i sok. Obsługa w bistro, które realizuje tę usługę na parterze tego samego budynku jest bardzo miła i życzliwa. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, a podczas 10 dni naszego pobytu dwukrotnie została zmieniona pościel. Dziękujemy za spełnienie naszej prośby o przydzielenie tego samego pokoju co przed ośmiu laty! Ekspres do kawy w kuchni na pierwszym piętrze. Ma już swoje lata i czasami zmieli i wyrzuci do pojemnika dwie porcje suchej kawy zanim za trzecim razem przygotuje kawę. Sposobem na niego jest wcześniej naciśnięcie przycisku gorącej wody (chyba jest jakiś problem właśnie z przepływem wody w urządzeniu) No i wyłączona możliwość przygotowania kaw mlecznych.

• Irene (9/5): Un lugar confortable, limpio y bien situado - Me pareció un alojamiento fantástico, el baño estaba completamente reformado, la ducha era muy espaciosa y con un buen chorro de agua. La cama era cómoda. En el exterior de la habitación había una zona común donde había una cafetera, maquina de agua, cocina y también habían mapas de la ciudad. La línea de metro estaba muy cerca, y el barrio era un bonito barrio, muy cerca del Vaticano y con muchas calles repletas de restaurantes, volvería a este establecimiento sin duda.

Quartiere molto tranquillo a due passi dalla basilica di San Pietro. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e presenza di una macchinetta del caffè/te e erogatore dell’acqua nella sala comune. Colazione al bar sotto casa buonissima, con bevanda calda, spremuta, cornetto (o pancake) e uova con bacon tutto compreso! Anzi, ne approfitto per fare una nota positiva alla signora che gestisce il bar che quando ha saputo che ero incinta è stata gentilissima e mi ha sostituito le uova con un tramezzino.

• Chris Pinakas (9/5): Well located, close to public means of transportation, very clean, quite a good choice! - The apartment is located in the 6th floor of a building 1 street behind the Vatican walls. Although it's not in Rome city centre, it's position is quite convenient in order to perform the Vatican visit and is extremely well connected with bus, Metro (Cipro station on orange line which is the major city line) and train station. Since Fiumicino airport is quite outside the city, a convenient way to reach the apartment and skip taxi (55€) is to take the regional train (8€) from Fiumicino towards Valle Aurelia train station, which is located ~ 500m from the apartment (few minutes walk of 2 bus stops). Also, in just 50meters from the apartment there is bus end station and bus stops. The bus station is located outside Cipro metro station. So, moving to/from the city center is very easy and will save you significant walking strenghts that you will definitely need for touring Rome and all it's sightseeing. Also, just accross the street there is a super market, tabacchi place, a farmacy and in general in very close distance there were all possible shops you may need. The check in process was quite fast and simple and the manager very friendly and helpful. Outside the apartnment there is an open kitchen where you can have your coffer, water or to prepare something to eat. The apartment itself although is not big, it didn't lack any space for 2 person and 2 luggages. There is a big and new wardrobe, which is very convenient. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, towels were changed every 1-2 days . The bed also was very comfortable . With regards to breakfast during the check in we were given some cards for each day of our stay, which you can use for having breakfast in small coffee shop left to the entrance. The breakfast included a coffe of our preference, orange juice, scramped eggs and a croisant or pancake. There was not big variety, but it was of good quality, fastly served and in overall a good option. Although located in the 6th floor, it seemed to be a bit of noise especially during morning hourse, but nothing so unbearable. We only had a trouble to open the air condition unit, although didn't need if after all.

• ELENI (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ συμπαθητική και κοντά στο κέντρο και σε πολλά ενδιαφέροντα σημεία. Μπορούσες με το μετρό να μετακινηθείς άνετα αλλά και να περπατήσεις, εάν σου αρέσει το περπάτημα. Το πρωϊνό ήταν μέτριο. Σ ένα μικρό καφέ δίπλα από το κτίριο του δωματίου. Μπορούσες να πάρεις αλμυρό (αυγά) και από γλυκό κρουασάν ή pancake, αλλά όταν ζητήσαμε large capuccino μας είπαν ότι δε περιλαμβάνεται! Παρ ότι πήραμε μόνο από ένα κρουασάν ο καθένας μας! Επίσης όταν ζητήσαμε από ένα κρουασάν κ ένα pancake μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούμε! Επίσης τα κρουασάν θα μπορούσαν να είναι λίγο πιο φρέσκα. Το πρωϊνό σίγουρα θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο πλούσιο! Το δωμάτιο χωρίς κάτι το ιδιαίτερο που να κάνει τη διαφορά ήταν συμπαθητικό! Αλλαζαν τις πετσέτες στις 5 ημέρες συνεχώς, δεν τις χρησιμοποιήσαμε φυσικά ολες! Ελπίζω να τις βρήκαν ! Μας επέτρεψαν φυσικά να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας σε ένα χώρο για λίγες ώρες μέχρι τη πτήση μας και μας έδωσαν πρόσβαση να μπούμε να τις πάρουμε. Αψογη συνεννόηση καθώς και κατά την άφιξή μας. Les travaux au dessus de la chambre, le burineur, les coups de marteaux et les machines à 7h au matin pendant 3 jours sur 4 jours. Avec un bébé de 2 ans. L’établissement a une obligation de qualité et de tranquillité minimal. Je dépose donc une réclamation. À 800€ les 5 nuits, je réclames un dédommagement.

• Tamara (9/5): Sehr nett - Sehr sauberes und komfortables Zimmer. Auch der geteilte Aufenthaltsraum/Küche war immer super sauber und ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch. Das Frühstück im Café darunter war immer super nett. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war zwar einfach aber sehr gut. Auch konnten wir etwas früher einchecken, was mit Kleinkind um die Mittagszeit super war! Der Herr der uns das Zimmer zeigte war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat alles sehr genau erklärt. Zudem konnten wir am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bei der „Rezeption“ lassen. Man kann sich das so vorstellen: es ist ein Wohnhaus wo der Inhaber anscheinend mehrere Wohnung gekauft hat und diese als Apartment/Zimmer vermietet. Die Lage ist Top, nur 5 Minuten zur metro und/oder zum Busbahnhof - wo ein Bus direkt in die Innenstadt fahrt. Und zum vatikanischen museum geht man nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Man hört die Straße im Zimmer - was wenn man es gewohnt ist nicht schlimm ist und von 23 Uhr bis ca 7 Uhr ist wenig Verkehr.

The coffee machine in the kitchen did not work, but it was maybe my fault. Some appliances in the bathroom were damaged but no issue with that, everything worked.

• Annamaria (7/5): Bene - Si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro, ben servita da bar e autobus, zona tranquilla, letto comodo Avevamo la stanza con il balcone che dava sull’Interno ed era abbastanza silenziosa Il bagno è piccolo ma abbastanza funzionale. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca non ha mensole o appoggi quindi bisogna entrare e uscire dal bagno per ogni cosa.

Aj booking to tak ponúkal. Posteľ nie veľmi pohodlna a chýbalo nám posteľné prádlo, ale to je v Taliansku asi normálne. Pre nás nie, dosť nie hygienické. Okrem toho bolo všetko v poriadku.

• NOEL (8/5): - La habitación muy completa , limpio y moderno , es un piso con 3 habitaciones, por suerte al tener 3 reservas era el piso integro para nosotros. El desayuno que incluye en el bar de abajo muy bueno. Cerca del Vaticano Bastante calor en el piso. Para visitar coliseo...monumentos iconicos 40 a 50 minutos andando.

You wont regret - Great stay all around, very good breakfast, nice staff, housekeeping, very clean and comfortable, water dispenser in common area, tea, coffee excellent bonus. You wont regret. • Marly Vinas (9/5): Excelente ubicación excelente precio excelente atención - Exelente Atención from Cristina de host siempre fue muy atenta y nos ayudó con toda la planificación en nuestra estadía en Roma , estuvo muy acertada en los lugares que nos recomendó con mapa e instrucciones , el Apt es de Dos habitaciones me quedé con mi hna en una pero están bastante separadas las habitaciones , muy independiente todo , limpio renovado muy cómodo en un buen barrio , está muy cerca al Vaticano prácticamente en la parte de atrás , caminado te llevas como unos 10 min hay que subir escaleras si quieres llegar más rápido , y tambien hay muchos restaurantes que se Comen a muy buen precio , Cristina les recomendara , y tiendas para comprar (vía ottaviano) a buenos precios Alrededor muchos lugares que puedes comprar los tours en persona a último minuto , pero recomiendo hacerlo en advance con tiempo y online , sale mucho más económico ! El olor a cloaca o alcantarillas en general creo q es todo Europa 😁

• ROSANA DE CÁSSIA (8/5): - A atenção que tivemos para que houvesse uma pessoa para nos receber . O café da manhã foi servido em um Café Gourme que fica ao lado do prédio. O atendimento e tudo que foi servido foram excelentes. Superou as nossas expectativas. O elevador estava em manutenção, mas como a acomodação fica no primeiro andar não foi tão difícil.

• Nadine (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage! - Die Lage zur Vatikanstadt war absolut super! Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Die Matratze ist unglaublich bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht alle Fragen umgehend zu beantworten. Die Wände sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Eine getrennte Decke wäre von Vorteil.

• Ceļotāja (8/5): Lieliska viesnīca, kuru jārezervē "bez brokastīm". - Šī gada laikā viesnīcā apmetos otro reizi. Tāpat kā iepriekš viss bija atbilstoši un viss tāpat kā iepriekš bija labā līmenī. Diemžēl problēmas bija ar brokastu laikiem, bet par to tālāk. Katrā ziņā manā iepriekšējā apmeklējuma laikā –pavasarī tādu problēmu nebija. Nepieņemami,ka noteiktajā brokastu sākuma laikā,tās nav pieejamas. Ja ieradāmies pusstundu vēlāk, problēmu nebija. Personālam būtu jāņem vērā, ka ierašanās uz noteikto brokastu sākumu laiku, nav viesu kaprīzes. Bijām iegādājušies biļetes uz ievērojamākajiem tūrisma objektiem tieši agrajās rīta stundās, tāpēc arī pabrokastot iespējami agrāk bija tik svarīgi. Vēlos piezīmēt arī , ka viesnīcas cena sezonas laikā tomēr ir nesamērīgi augsta.

Simone przemyła osób, pomocna w każdym calu. Ściany wymagają odświeżenia, śniadania monotonne ale fajnie że w tej cenie są dostępne.
