- Naser (3/5): Only good for kids (water parks). Not luxury, not a resort, poor services, keep your expectations very low - Kids water parks Very disappointing experience. No towels available at the pool/water activity area, kids gaming area completely overloaded with only one employee handling everything and not enough coins for the games. Breakfast was a disaster and poorly managed. No one would even seat you at a table, guests were fighting over available tables (survival mood), and dirty tables were left uncleared. There was no proper service at all — not even a simple cup of coffee or water was brought to the table, and I had to leave the breakfast area multiple times just to get coffee myself and the family. Food variety was also extremely limited with only one type of egg available. Checkout was also frustrating due to major delays in bringing the luggage. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had for the value I have paid. Poor organization, poor service, poor crowd management and definitely not worth repeating.

- Fahad Alharbi (9/5): تجربة ممتازة حازت على رضاي - المنتجع جداً رائع، الموقع والخدمة والتعامل والفعاليات يصلح للأطفال وبقوة انبسط ولدي مره الافطار بوفيه مفتوح لذيذ ومتنوع فيه مطعمين هندي ولبناني اتوقع وفيه كوفي صغير عند الاستقبال قهوتهم والمعجنات لا بأس فيها لما سوينا تسجيل خروج اعطوا ولدي سناكات يتونس فيهم بالخط الاسعار مرتفعة سعر المنتجع وسعر المنتجات اللي تباع جوا المنتج

- Maha (4/5): - الموقع حلو الفعاليات الي يسوونها للأطفال حلوه الغرفة نفسها حلوة المسابح مرهه ماعجبتني لونها اخضر والشاطئ مسود غريب مو ازرق وجيت وقت ويكند وكانت زحمة زحمة المسابح والكراسي ويسمحون للزوار بالدخول يعني مفروض يكتفون فقط بالسكان بالويكند لأن المسابح ماتستوعب العدد هذا والصدق مايستاهل هذا السعر ابداً خذيت غرفة وصالة بالمفطور شخصين يومين ب2000

- Majed (4/5): اقل من المتوقع والمبلغ مرتفع جدا مقابل النظافة - تعامل الموظفين وتنوع الفعاليات النظافة كانت اقل من المتوقع لدرجة انه تم التعرض لقرصة حشرة وتسبب ذلك بمغادرتي مما ادى إلى التهاب مكان القرص ايضاً الإفطار كان يوجد حشرات في صنف الفواكه ؟؟؟؟ ايضاً سابقا كان هنالك مسبقات للأطفال لأكن لم اجد أي مسابقات

- Nisreen (8/5): إقامه ممتعه - المكان جميل وعائلي للأطفال خاصة أكثر من 4 مسابح وألعاب مائيه وإطعام الطيور والأرانب ومنطقة فيها دي جي ومطاعم تخدم المنتجع يوجد شخصيات كرتونيه ومهرجين للأطفال امبسطوا مرره وعند الخروج هديه عصيرات وكوكيز حجزنا كان فيلا العاده ناخذ سويتس من 3 غرف وهالمره غيرنا ڤيلا فيها مسبح خاص صغير جداً اقرب للجاكوزي والڤيلا قديم طرازها نوعاً ما ما أكرر التجربه للڤيلا

- Nouh (9/5): Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun - The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. There were many fun activities for both kids and adults, which made the trip enjoyable for the whole family. I really liked having both an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool. The children especially loved the magic shows and the chance to hold and interact with different animals. Also, the game room for children was a great idea.

Beach area was awesome. There were peacocks roaming freely in the property which was really a nice feather on the cap.
