• JERCA (7/5): Not worth the money spent. - The breakfast was not as good as expected, the coffee was awful, there was almost no Greek pastries and local specialties in spite of many good bakeries around. The beach was very close, but windy. Stalis has become overcrowded, it lost its caracter. The room was spacious, clean. The beds were lined with plastc, very unpleasant. There was no coffee machine, no glasses. At night it was quite noisy.

So ein herzlich geführtes Familienhotel findet man heutzutage nur noch sehr selten. Alles ist mit so viel Liebe und Wärme gestaltet, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die Gastfreundschaft ist auf höchstem Niveau – hier könnten sich viele Hotelbetreiber eine Scheibe abschneiden. Alles stimmt: vom Service über die Atmosphäre bis hin zur ehrlichen Herzlichkeit. Ein Ort, an den man immer wieder gerne zurückkehrt. 💛 alles wunderbar
• Annkristin (7/5): Es war ein schöner Urlaub, wir würden dieses Hotel aber nicht nochmal wählen. - Liebevolle familiäre Anlage mit sehr guter Stimmung. Die Liegen am Strand waren viel zu eng und viel zu teuer. Fanden wir sehr schade. Man kann vor Liegen und Schirmen keinen Strand sehen. Der Kaffee schmeckte leider gar nicht. Wenn man nicht mit lauter Klimaanlage schlafen mag, mit Tür auf bis morgens mega Lärm. Wir sind immer zu einem anderen Strand gelaufen.

Wir waren schon am ca.11 Uhr da,da unsere Zimmer schon bereit war könten wir es schon benutzen, grosse plus Punkt. Lage direkt am Meer. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick. Zum essen haben wir immer etwas anderes ausprobiert,war alles sehr fein. Mann kann sich auf Deutsch sehr gut verständigen.

• Catharina (8/5): Fantastisch en voor herhaling vatbaar - Mooie ligging, geweldig mooie grote kamers. De familiekamer heeft 2 aparte kamers en is gescheiden door een deur. Erg fijn, je bent zo toch bij elkaar maar je hebt toch privacy. Met 2 balkons. Aan 2 zijden van het gebouw dus altijd een schaduwplekje te vinden. Ook de 2 persoonskamer is groot en fijn. Om de 2 dagen worden de handdoeken verschoont, ook regelmatig verschoning beddengoed. Heerlijk om in de ochtend met uitzicht op de zee buiten te kunnen ontbijten. Naast het gebouw is een parkeerplaats dus als je een auto huurt kun je dichtbij de auto kwijt. Een paar kleine minpuntjes, niet onoverkomelijk: Weinig stopcontacten, niet handig in de tegenwoordige tijd waar je toch het nodige moet opladen. Doucheruimte 2 persoonskamer klein en water loopt badkamer in. De matrasbeschermers zijn van een soort plastic en daardoor erg warm.

Would recommend - Perfect location, close enough to other cities without staying somewhere loud, beautiful view right on the beach with a wonderful staff. The bathroom was very small and the didn’t provide beach towels so we had to buy some when we got there

The sea view from our balcony, sunsets and sunrises were beautiful. Room was spotless, cleaned and beds made every day. Air-con worked a treat. Location of this hotel is Ideal for all the excellent restaurants in the area. Would we return? Yes, in a heartbeat!

• Berry (9/5): Ik kom er, ondanks de minpunten, echt heel graag terug, voor de fijn mensen en het restaurant - Ontbijt was qua keuze wat sumier, maar wat er stond was perfect, en als je iets wilde hoefde je het maar te vragen en het was er. De niveau van service van deze mensen is ongekend hoog. De bazin voreg ons zelf of wij gratis de kamer wilde houden de rest vd dag ivm onze late vlucht, taxi bellen, zaken regelen echt meer dan prima. 1 minpunt vind ik het balkon ( straatzijde ) Wij hadden een drie persoon kmaer, maar paste amper op het balkon. Eenmaal daar aangekomen was er geen communicatie mogelijk ivm de ontzettende takke herrie die de buitenunit van de airco maakt. Echt rammelen alsof ie 20 jaar niet is onderhouden, daarbij blaast ie de warme lucht ook nog eens over het ieniemienie balkon heen. Dat wil zeggen als het 35 graden is, maakt de airco het wel 50 graden. Dat is enerzijds echt niet te doen, anderzijds heeft het een enorm voordeel. Je drijf natte zwemkleding, zegmaar uit het bad op het het was rek is met 1,5 uur kurkdroog. En om echt heel eerlijk te zijn is de kamer en vooral de douch gemaakt voor kleine Griekjes. Het bed was met zn harde houten rand ook ietwat aan de korte kant en het was erg smal. Hangt er natuurlijk vanaf wat je gewend bent, maar 1,40 bedje is echt smal. Maar ik zou het bed en de douche niet willen ruilen als dat ten koste gaat van de service, want die overtreft alles.

• Daniella (9/5): Een geweldig hotel op een top locatie. - Een knus, fijn familie hotel op een geweldige locatie. Wij hebben 2 weken genoten. We hadden een kamer met zeezicht wat erg prettig was. Een simpel ontbijt, maar alles wat je nodig hebt. ‘s Avonds hebben we ook een aantal keer gegeten in het hotel en dat was fantastisch. In de buurt vele restaurants waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Stalida is een wat rustiger plaatsje wat wij heel fijn vonden. Je zit zo in Malia waar heel veel vertier is. Het was een super vakantie, mede door de familie die het runt. Wat werken zij hard en wat doen ze het goed. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. Het enige minpuntje vonden wij de kleine badkamer, met een douche zonder scherm of douchegordijn.

Od bazénu a pláže, která je krok od hotelu, krásné a čisté pokoje, výborná rozmanitá a každý den jiná snídaně. Je to nejlepší rodinný hotel, co si můžete přát. Maria a její jahodový milk shake, jsou nejlepší ve vesmíru. Tuhle rodinu, co se o vás s láskou stará, bych klidně vyměnila za tu svojí :-)

• Anita (10/5): A place where you feel welcome and accepted. A warm-hearted, family-run hotel. - We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay. The bathroom is a bit small, but still functional and very clean.

Stranden var tæt pakket med solsenge, side om side, helt ned til vandkanten. Hotellet havde en lille græsplæne ved poolen, med i alt 16 solsenge, som dog hurtigt blev optaget.

Das Frühstück ist gut und die Lage mit Strand perfekt, Tavernen und Geschäfte alles in der Nähe. Die Lichtverhältnisse im Bad sind zu dunkel, außerdem gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten bzw. nur ein kleines Glastablar über dem Waschbecken.

Die Freundlichkeit , sowie die Herzlichkeit der Betrieber und Mitarbeiter wird uns immer positiv in Erinnerung bleiben. Der kurze Weg in das bunte Treiben der Innenstadt ist auch zu erwähnen. Rena und Yanis haben sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert ! Neuerdings wurden Massagen angeboten. Nochmal vielen Dank an Archer ! Der Strandabschnitt ist etwas beengt , hat uns nicht weiter gestört , da wir lieber unsere Zeit am Pool verbracht haben.

• Lisak (10/5): Amazing! Sad to leave! Will definitely return ❤️ - What an amazing place. This hotel is just beautiful!! In a spot with amazing views. Fell in love with the place straight away. The rooms are modern clean and spacious with everything you need-fridge hairdryer. Lovely and clean pool area as well as eating areas. Maliotakis is in a good location close to the heart of Stalis and near a good selection of bars and restaurants. But what really makes this place special is the staff that run the place. Family run and they are all so lovely! They can not do enough for you, anything you need they will help you with. They put their heart and soul into the place and it shines through such a lovely family. Will definitely return ❤️ Nothing!
• Benedek (10/5): Family friendly beachfront hotel, beautiful and clean seaside, friendly owners, lively surroundings - This is a touristic part of Crete, with a very clean beach and many similar hotels. It is practical to reach all the touristic targets that are near Heraklion. 25 minutes from the airport by car, but you do not hear the planes. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are in the neighborhood. The hotel rooms are of solid quality, practical and clean. View on the sea is beautiful. The hotel is on the sandy beach, you do not need to walk, very practcla for a family with small children. Private pool and baby pool are also available. We were a family of five, the last guests at the end of the season (end of October), and the owners did their best to provide us full service. They gave us a different breakfast every morning, and we did not have to feel that they were staying only for us. Owners are also very friendly and helpful. There was nothing wrong in the hotel or in a neighbourhood, but you shoud know that this part of the island is highly touristic, and some neighbouring settlements might be extremely busy during the season.

Location is at the ocean, the only plus of this place. Badly cleaned. Too tiny room for this money. Beds too small, plastic on the matras. Shower terrible constructed, with water streaming all over the floor. Beds at the pool broken. Waiter at poolbar forgetting our paid delivery. Croissants at breakfast undercooked inside and burned outside.

• Janet (10/5): - Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Malliotakis Beach hotel. I chose this family friendly hotel as it is adjacent to the lovely beach in Stalis and also within easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants and shops in the resort. This was important as my husband has a slight mobility problem. We were able to check in a little earlier than expected. Our room was comfortable, clean and well serviced. Although there was an issue with the shower / wet room, this was resolved to our satisfaction very quickly, but this does require attention. Breakfast on the terrace by the beach was a relaxing start to the day. There was a good selection: continental, cereals, cakes and plenty of fruit, but the hot food didn’t quite hit the mark for English tastes. Although there was a good bar menu, we wandered outside the hotel for our evening meal, but always had a nightcap or three in good company at the hotel bar. The Raki also flowed! All the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The Malliotakis is a family run hotel and guests are made to feel part of this family. We will be recommending it to friends and family hope to return ourselves another year.

Ingen pool håndklæder ! Ingen koge kedel på værelset til kaffe og te. Bortset fra det havde vi en dejlig ferie og personalet var søde og rare ! Hårdt arbejderne personale som gør sit bedste.

Szívesen mennék újra. - Barátságos személyzet, remek elhelyezkedés, tisztaság (napi takarítás, ágynemű és törölközőcsere 2 naponta). Nem óriási hiányosság, de néhány üvegpohárnak örültünk volna a szobában (pl. gyógyszer bevételhez, frissítő víz/üdítőital elfogyasztásához, ha már hűtő van a szobában).

• Franck (6/5): Si le petit déjeuner est important, ce n’est pas le bon hôtel pour un français. Mais la propreté et l’accueil sauvent. - Le personnel est agréable et sympathique. L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans la ville est ok. L’ensemble est propre. Douche pénible (évacuation de l’eau difficile), il faut racler avec son pied pour ne pas mettre de l’eau dans toute la salle de douche / toilettes. Les petits déjeuners sont axes pour les allemands et hollandais. Jus d’orange en poudre, pas possible de griller son pain, pas de viennoiseries, … Pas de chaîne française mais au moins 30 chaînes hollandaises / allemandes.
• Stefan (8/5): wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt- es wird von einem Familienunternehmen geführt und hebt sich deshalb sehr schön von groß - Hotel liegt direkt am Strand Frühstück wird draußen im Beach Restaurant serviert mit direktem Blick aufs Meer-sehr sehr schön Das Hotel hat nur 2 Stockwerke und wirkt nicht wuchtig und ist im dezenten Baustil, fügt sich gut ein in die Landschaft Hôtel verfügt über einen Pool mit kostenfreien Liegen Das Essen ist sehr sehr gut !

• Fiona (10/5): Fantastic hotel in a beautiful place! - We loved this hotel! Everything about it made for a fantastic holiday. The owners could not have been more lovely- they were friendly and welcoming and created a happy, relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent- right on the beach and always sun loungers available at the pool. There are loads of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms are a good size with blackout curtains and good air con. We would definitely stay here again! Coming home!

• Dana (10/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen. - Die Unterkunft bietet Entspannungsmöglichleiten anm Pool oder am Strand, wo das Hotel direkt anliegt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen und die Hotelchefin sind alle sehr gastfreundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend.
• Mrs (10/5): Marvellous Malliotakis - Fantastically run by a friendly family who make your experience even greater. Not only is there a pool with comfy beds but it’s perfectly located beside the beach. They serve a variety of excellent foods that suit every taste. We will be coming again! Lots of love to all of the family, we will miss you! From the Coatesworths. Nothing. It was perfect.

Also, the location is fantastic if you’re looking for some nice atmosphere with bars and restaurants.
• Harald Muller (10/5): - Hotellet drives av en kjempekoselig liten familie. Vi ble fort godt kjent med hvert familiemedlem og deres personlighet på et genuint nivå, noe som skiller seg stort fra andre steder hvor man gjerne får en hyggelig, men mer overfladisk service. Beliggenheten er sentral, men 8 minutter utenfor de mest travle strøkene slik at man kan få "the best of both worlds"

• Ana (10/5): - Osoblje predivno, hotel je veoma uredan i na dobroj lokaciji. Boravile smo 7 dana i nemamo ni jednu zamerku. Rado bismo došle ponovo! 😊
