• Harrison (8/5): First time stay in Biei winter - Short walk from Biei station, maybe 5 minutes? Large common room with tea/coffee-making facilities. Shower cubicles are relatively larger than most. Kind and friendly staff are always there to help. Single rooms are pretty small, but that’s common in Japan. Staff speak limited English, but that’s okay!

• Polina (3/5): Не рекомендую, ужасное отношение к гостям - Ничего Здесь вам не рады, после около 100 отелей/ хостелов/гестхаузов по всей Японии впервые встречаю таких жадных и не радушных хозяев. Планировка здания сделала для максимальной прибыли в ущерб комфорту и нуждам гостей. Очень поздний заезд и очень ранний выезд, не из-за того, что он не успевают убраться, а просто им не нравится когда гости пользуются их территорией, вот такой парадокс. Слышимость 100 процентов, будете слышать соседей, как кто-то сморкается и харкает, когда чистит зубы, как в душе идет вода, как ходят в туалет. В зоне кухни нет посуды и приборов, только чашки. Душем нельзя пользоваться с 9 утра до 17ч, даже если вы остаетесь на несколько дней, просто они его намывают как фанатики утром и хотят чтобы он просто был чистый весь день до вечера, а то что вам нужно сходить в душ, смотри пунк 1, это для комфорта хозяев, а не гостей сделано. Они даже в 8 утра могут уже коврики из душа вынуть, хотя должны после 9. Фен сломанный, ручка не держит его в открытом положении, внутри все спирали сгоревшие и в слое пыли, при включении искры внутри, небезопасный, но они такие жадные, что не купят новый. Номер маленький 2 на 2 метра, с общими удобствами стоит очень дорого, про этом вам не дают полотенце, его нужно арендовать за 100 йен, серьезно? С такими ценами вы еще и за полотенце берете? Кондиционер старый издает звуки и булькает. Подушка не удобная. В номер заходят во время вашего отсутствия, о чем не предупреждают, мне было не приятно, когда поняла, что заходили и видели мои личные вещи. В общем, хотелось сразу оттуда съехать, было не приятно находится. Совет для хозяев, берите сразу 500 йен за полотенце, так быстрее заработаете, а туалет можно сделать по расписанию как душ, и вообще пускать гостей только на ночь, это был сарказм

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice place, close to the train/bus station. Staff is very friendly; their English is a little bit limited but good enough to make it work. You can rent bikes for a little cheaper than the rental places around the train station. They're not especially nice bikes, but they'll get the job done -- I managed to ride to Shikisai no Oka and Shirogane Blue Pond with it (about 40km round trip). Rooms are basic but comfortable. Overall, good value for the money.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - 我比较懒，很少点评，但这一次真的是不吐不快。这家酒店位置一般，距离火车站步行大约6-8分钟。在这样的小镇属于很远，周围没有什么店铺或超市，大部分都在步行距离10-15分钟。说是家庭旅店，其实更像青年旅舍。一层楼所有房间共用两间淋浴和一个厕所，一个两人位的梳洗台和一个人餐厅（全楼共用），洗澡时间有限定，10点后不保证有热水。双人间的床非常窄，只有1.2m左右，被套是上面带个洞的那种，感觉很不干净。我们带着孩子，一定要我们加付两晚的儿童费用共约5000日元，但是没有加床，也没有提供任何额外的服务（我们的预定不含餐，早餐额外收费700一个人），最多就是多了一个孩子洗澡的水费。如果要用毛巾、牙刷、牙膏等洗漱用品全部都要额外收费，一件一次100日元。房间清扫也很马虎，被子都不铺，只是倒了垃圾。除此之外，居住期间我们没有感受到任何服务。一晚750RMB加上后来追加的大约900RMB一晚，这算是我在hotels上最糟糕最让人失望不满的一次预定。劝大家一定要谨慎选择。 Very small room and bed (1.2m). 2 shared bathrooms and 1 toilet for the whole floor. Request extra fee for our kid but provide no extra service. In total ~150USD per night for 2 adults and 1 kid without breakfast. Almost no room service during the stay except rubbish empty. Towel, teeth brush, and anything you may get for free from other hotels will charge at least 100JPY per time. This is the worst experience I've ever had on hotels.com. I will suggest you to take serious consideration before you make the reservation.
• CHENG-HSIUNG (4/5): 服務態度差，飲用水少，廁所少，不方便 - 不太好
• Tsan Wai Kevin (4/5): Very bad service attitude of Owner, worst in Japan - There is only one toilet shared by visitors within the whole building (~8-10 rooms?). The worst of all is the service attitude of whom I believe is the owner lady. During the first night of my two nights' stay, I asked for hot water to soak the fresh Corn which I bought from the market and surprisingly the answer was 'NO'. To avoid any chance of miscommunication and ask her again, trying to explain to her that what I asked for is Hot Water and her answer was an affirmative NO. Honestly I was shocked by her response and unfortunately I can confirm that this is not miscommunication, but truly due to her service attitude. For comparison I would to share a similar case with another pension in Biei which I stayed one week earlier. I asked for the same and the staff (another pension) not only give me hot water, but took the corn, boiled and packed very nicely before handed back to me.

• MINKYUNG (6/5): 저렴한 가격에 맞는 숙소 - 더블룸이었는데 침대가 너무 좁아 불편했고, 샤워실 2개, 화장실 1개가 있었는데 남녀 공용이라 불편했고 샤워할 때까지 기다리는 시간이 많습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 청결했고 관리상태는 좋았던 것 같습니다. 비에이역에서 가깝습니다 (도보 10분 내외).

Both hot and cold water are provided. - Unfortunately, street lamp is not sufficient. It is not good to walk in the street at night.

• 김뭉뭉 (4/5): 비추 - 걍 방하나에 침대하나 덩그러니있어요. 욕실 화장실 다 공용이고 수건도 비치안되서 100엔주고 빌려야해요. 젤 나쁜건 9시 체크아웃. 피곤해 뒤지겠는데 9시넘으면 주인아줌마 와서 깨워가지고 쫓아보냄. 왠만하면 돈좀더주고 좋은데가세요. 비에이는 자전거나 하이킹처럼 체력이 돼야 돌아볼수있는데 아침잠 많은 나같은 사람은 하루종일 피곤합니다.

• HYUNA (8/5): 다 좋은데 샤워실이 아쉬운 곳 - 조금 일찍 도착해서 짐을 맡기러 들렀는데 방이 비어있다고 일찍 체크인을 해주셔서 감사했습니다 조식을 신청하지는 않았지만 음식을 준비하시는 내내 냄새가 무척 좋았습니다 4박5일의 북해도 여행을 하는 동안 각각 다른 게스트하우스에서 머물렀는데 4곳 중 2곳에서 수건을 제공해주지 않았는데요, 그 중 하나가 이 곳입니다 한 장당 100엔에 대여 가능합니다 렌트를 하지 않고 대중교통을 이용해서 여행다녔는데 비에이역에서 멀지 않다는 점은 큰 장점이었구요 샤워시설이 많지 않고 샤워실 잠금장치가 허술하다는 점은 큰 단점이었습니다 주인분들은 친절하셨습니다

• HH (6/5): 민박 (게스트하우스)에요 - 민슈쿠가 민박이라는 뜻이더군요(몰라서...ㅠㅠ) 일본이 워낙 좁게 사는 데라 쾌적하다곤 할 수 없는데..게다가 계단만 있는 2층에 방이 있어서...일본사람들이 어떻게 사는 지 궁금하심 괜찮지만 숙박의 편함을 찾기엔 좀 힘든 구조에요 욕실을 돌아가면서 써야하거든요 조식은 일반 가정집 음식에 깔끔하긴 한데 양은 정해진 정도, 찾아가시려면 역 앞 인포메이션을 무조건 이용하세요 그래야 헤매지 않아요 참고하세요
• Verified traveler (8/5): 性价比很高。 - 整体来讲还不错了。性价比高，老板娘人不错，还带了几个边走边玩的学生，好像是澳洲，韩国，中国学生。可以的。 住的小木屋，在主屋旁边，哈哈哈，很好玩。睡觉休息够了，也算干净。 当然公用卫浴，有点紧张。太高要求就算了。哈哈哈 在车站背面，离景点近。建议在车站附近租自行车玩。很方便。

• Fa (6/5): 经济型住宿，不友好 - 家庭式旅店，要穿过美瑛站的铁路才能走到，10-15分钟走路。旅店两位日本女主人并不友好，初到的第一天上午，因为还没有到checkin时间，行李只好放在大门口。而且大厅也不让人进去坐着休息，只好在门口的楼梯地上坐着休息。没见过这么待人的旅舍。房间隔音差，走道上有人说话也听得见。第二天买了哈密瓜回来，想问旅店借刀切开，也是各种不肯借。最后各种沟通，才答应给一把西餐刀。不推荐这家旅店。
• Somwang (6/5): It is like a homestay more than a hotel - Cozy place in the countryside. It is quite expensive for the small room with shared restroom and bathrooms.
• Jeri (8/5): Affordable Quality Stopover in a Hokkaido Roadtrip - The hotel is clean and comfortable, with bare minimum amenities. The surrounding area of Biei is farmland where shops close early, so don't expect to do much when you're there. The staff knows English and Chinese, so communication for us was easy. The common use area provides for fridge storage. The rooms are dorm-sized but well-lit and the sheets looked pretty clean. You will need to bring your own toiletries and towel.

• SOK THENG (8/5): Pleasant stay - Pleasant stay. Quiet and comfortable. Except that there's no private bathroom which served abit of inconvenience.
