• Edward (10/5): On the way to Kaeng Krachan - I stayed here on the way to and back from Kaeng Krachan National Park. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool and breakfast were both nice. It was a 30 minute walk to the beach and 20 to the night market. They also served beer for 60 baht, so very convenient for the pool and room.

I had to leave early and like to have a swim in the morning ,I was told it opens at 8. 8.15 and the pool guy is lazing about cleaning with his crap everywhere. • Gerald (10/5): - Where do I start, this property is gem . The moment I walked thru the front door I felt at home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was so refreshing, the water temperature was perfect. The pool was in the sun all day and the lounge beds were in the shade , but you could move them into the sun for the people who prefer them like that. I had my breakfast every morning, well priced with eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, fresh orange juice and slices of fresh pineapple and cantaloupe. The room was very large with an equal amount of space with a large shower with plenty of hot water. The balcony had 2 chairs and a nice little side table. Plus a great built in drying rack. This is a place I will be back to in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend stay in this little gem in Hua Hin.

• David (8/5): - Nice clean place, but the front desk had a “can’t do attitude” and it was weird that they have a kettle and coffee cups and spoons, but they don’t provide any tea bags or coffee, or sugar…. Just cups and a way to boil water..
• Kenneth (10/5): An inexpensive but not cheap hotel. - This is a really well designed hotel. Not something I think that often. The balconies are shady and comfortable. The shower doesn’t spray the whole bathroom. The hotel is set far back from the road (which gets tons of traffic) minimizing the noise & exhaust fumes. The pool is small but big enough. The employees are kind and friendly.

Rooms are nice, cleaners good and good sized balcony My only regret is that the pool is not bigger and that the sun beds are not in the sun - only 1 sunbed was in the sun and that was always taken. Also none of the balconies face the sun. For sun lovers like me that is a shame. If you don't care about the sun then I would not hesitate to recommend. Amazing place.

Also the breakfast area wasn’t the best. It’s a beach hotel and after the check out they don’t provide a bathroom for you to take a shower (witch is common to happen in other hotels, that are not in beach areas)

The location was so-so. I like to walk everywhere, so it worked well for me. I stayed longer than I had planned because it was so comfy.

Walkable to shopping and a good selection of restaurants. The pool area is a nice place to hang out and relax. I extended my stay a couple of times as it was so pleasant and comfortable here.

• Geoff (10/5): Good value. - Before I booked I read all the reviews and they were all true. This place is super clean and has excellent and friendly staff. It is positioned well in Hua Hin. Beach, shops, restaurants, bars, transport and malls etc are all close.There is even a hospital next door. All this for only about AU$36 per day (~800 baht). I would highly recommend this place.
