- Lucy (8/5): A nice stay, let down by the smell of the drainage system. - Fairly modern decor. The beds were very comfortable. The room has a decent amount of space. The staff were helpful too. The drains smelt exceptionally bad which let down our stay. We notified the hotel and their only solution was to give us some air freshener to resolve this. However, the issue goes beyond some air freshener.
- De (10/5): Exceptional - The staff, environment and the neatness of the facilities and bedings
- Jagmohan (8/5): Very good - My Client was traveling and he had a nice experience as he was traveling with his family his wife and his son. - Phoomsavarth (1/5): Bad experience - The hotel looking good from outside but the room was not good at all, after i open the door the smell stink like the trash bin all over the room from the toilet. Impossible to sleep like that, the staff came to spray but it doesn’t help the smell Don’t recommend, I will never go back again
- Chloe (4/5): Disappointing - The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size. The bedroom and bathroom were very smelly. The balcony door didn’t shut. Air con didn’t really work

- Sébastien (8/5): Pleasant stay. - Second stay in the hotel.
This time we had booked a superior room.
Unlike the room we had occupied during our first stay, this one was clean and new. Still that unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain.
As almost everywhere in Asia, the shower cabin without a curtain which when used floods the bathroom.
- Sébastien (4/5): Unpleasant stay. - As we were not satisfied with our room, a nice lady, speaking French, offered to change it.
(We refused because we had already unpacked our things.) The cleaning was not done properly, dirt under the beds and behind the furniture.
A terrible smell emanated from the bathroom drains, the stench filles the whole room.
The door to the balcony did not close properly.
Only 2 large towels and a small mat in the bathroom, no small towels.
The shower gel and shampoo provided seemed to be the same low-end liquid soap.
The shower curtain was missing, the bathroom was flooded after each use.
The small fridge in the room did not produce any cold.
A container was used to collect the water emitted by the air conditioning, this container was dirty, filled up very quickly and flooded the balcony.
Most of the staff did not speak English (which is incomprehensible given that the establishment only receives tourists), communication was laborious.
Unpleasant stay.
- Thelma (9/5): Excellent hotel - do not be scared by not many reviews. Its a newer hotel that is making its way up -
- Mohammed (7/5): KSA - The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and the staff is the highlight. the wifi is good . There was a man whose name I don't know, but he was a kind and helpful man and helped me a lot with flight reservations. There is no soundproofing, the neighbors next to the hotel stay up late at night laughing a lot.. they seem drunk. I went out of my room window and waved my hand at them to reduce the noise and shouting a little. But to no avail. In the morning I asked the reception to change my room and they gave me a room and I slept well. Other than that nothing happened
- Daniel (9/5): The best value for money in Vientiane - The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very professional. it's actually a value for money.
- Craig (6/5): Disappointed - A few helpful staff Constant door slamming including from cleaners
- Erik (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very nice and helpfull with everything.
