Breakfast was amazing ! Coffee cart in the morning .
- Angela (9/5): A no-frills, country hotel with a great bistro and friendly staff - We were looking for a "country experience" with warmth and hospitality and got it. Although Peel Inn Hotel is a no-frills kind of place we weren't disappointed. We received a few calls ahead of the booking to confirm our room requirements which was appreciated. Check-in was super easy, the bistro served up really tasty food and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Can't fault the service at any stage of our stay. Staying on a Saturday night meant the place was packed with locals. Noise easily travelled upstairs to the rooms, but it seemed to quieten down by 11pm.
- Donna (9/5): Couldn’t recommend this establishment enough! We will certainly be returning. - Totally enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately it was only 1 night but the accommodation and service was exceptional. Nothing

- Stuart (8/5): Very pleasant apart from the above. The breakfast was great - Convenient location, clean, great food, friendly people. I woke up during the night to use the bathroom and found a random local guy wondering around upstairs in the accommodation area. When I confronted him he said he was just drinking on the upstairs veranda. I was not happy with him being there in the early hours of the morning.

It’s an old world pub with basic facilities- bed/table/AC/TV and a table. Great bed, very clean, good AC. Walls are paper thin, heard the guy snoring in the next room.

- Anthony (8/5): Great Pub destination for a bed and quality feed in a beautiful country town - Great Country pub, with awesome Beer Garden. Loved the country atmosphere and rubbing shoulders with the locals in the bar. The food coming out of the kitchen was top notch. My wife and I both ordered steaks and they were great quality cuts and cooked perfectly. The accompanying salad fresh and very tasty. Breakfast was included and we just expected cereal and coffee, but we had the choice of a full continental breakfast or a cooked breakfast of poached eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes which we opted for and thoroughly enjoyed. Staff at the pub very helpful and cordial We only have to take marks off for the smelly floor waste in the bathroom next to the laundry. It urgently needs attention!
- Steve (6/5): Pleasant -
- Pauline (7/5): Good -
- Leonie (10/5): - Great property _ true to era.
Good detail and well presented. Great blend of old and new.
Young vibrant bar staff.
Gorgeous vine canopied outside area romantically lit with fairy lights.
Big verandahs, seating well placed and not overcrowded.
Free breakfast, cooked by the publican and served outside on the verandah for us - what a delightful and unexpected conclusion to a very comfortable stay
- BRICE (8/5): - Excellent Location
Friendly proprietor
- Claire (9/5): Really enjoyed and look forward to returning. - Lovely old pub and friendly and accommodating management. Was clean and everything we needed was provided. Good atmosphere, had an enjoyable dinner, comfy sleep and overall a great stay. It’s an old rural building so some elements of the accom are a bit clunky but to be expected and definitely form part of its charm so absolutely no complaints.
- Vickie (10/5): Great place to stay with friendly staff, atmosphere was awesome - friendly staff no issues
- Vivien (6/5): The TV had no signal but we dont watch a lot of TV so it was ok. the Breakfast was excellent! - Staff were great! TV had not signal.
- Mackenzie (8/5): We'll be back - Beautiful little town, great pub with huge balcony to watch a thunderstorm roll in. The restaurant at the Peel In was amazing with great food, including freshly caught trout. All staff were Only two shared bathrooms and one had a pungent smell. Mattress/pillows need replacing.

- Sharon (8/5): Great pub - Great quaint pub with lots of character. Had the room with the ensuite bathroom. Food was good, service was good. Met the owner and another gentleman in the morning who served us a cooked breakfast which was awesome. Didn't take into account we had booked on a fri night where it would be a bit rowdy. took a while to get some sleep due to the people next door.
- Deon (10/5): Highly recommended a visit I’ll definitely be returning - The staff are absolutely fantastic The old charm and the balcony
- Alan (10/5): Great stay in the lovely Nundle village pub. - Great old style country pub with very well presented facilities. Great food. Staff were welcoming and helpful, even on a Sunday afternoon arrival. Great family feeling with local local families enjoying a quiet Sunday evening.

- Margaret (10/5): - We loved the friendliness and local knowledge by staying at the hotel. We could sit and talk to all the locals who were only to happy and welcoming to share tales and history of the town. Robert (the owner and publican) and Graeme put on a delicious huge breakfast and served us with a smile and good humor. Nundle is a wonderful place to visit for its history and small village friendliness and staying at the hotel you feel part of that history. Our group of 8 loved it and will definately recommend it to our friends.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Unique property

- Stephen (9/5): Great location and an iconic venue, we will be back - Lovely location, great food and the breakfst was excellent
- Kerry (8/5): Had a nice time and would do it again, probably in an inside room if available. - Great old style pub, room was clean and tidy. Enjoyed the bar area, and dinner was very good. Shared bathroom shower area there was a leaking tap, so naturally very wet, footsteps late at night and early morning on the balcony was awakening.
- Debbie (8/5): Very good -
- Ann-maree (7/5): Good -
- John (8/5): Great Vibe - Great little hotel with a great old world vibe. Food was good and the staff friendly. Room was clean and did the job for an overnight stay on a motorbike trip.
- Donna (8/5): Great stay in unique location - fabulous dinner and room was comfortable but in need of maintenance. - The restaurant for dinner was excellent. Staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linen. Location was sensational. Lovely beer garden but we chose to sit and have a quiet drink on the upstairs verandah looking out over Nundle. The hotel was in need of some maintenance. Access was by steep staircase. It didn’t bother us but there is no off street parking.
- Katie (7/5): Nundle is a very unique place and its locals are extremely friendly. So glad we finally got to stay, had fabulous unexpe - We have been to Nundle many times but never been able to stay at the pub, due to workers. It’s a beautiful old pub with several different areas to enjoy a drink and food is great. Have always loved the experience when visiting. Rooms a tad small with nowhere really to hang or put luggage. The room was a bit stuffy and air con didn’t seem to work and no ceiling fans so we had to sleep with the shutter blinds slightly open to allow air through the window. Realise however that this is an old but very well kept pub with character of its own therefore making my small annoyances part of the pub stay experience
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Glenn (7/5): Good -
- Sandra (9/5): Got a great nights sleep.beds very comfortable. Food was very good and very friendly people . - Great breakfast who could ask for more than homemade marmalade on hot toast . Nothing
- Nikki (7/5): Great Old Pub - Staff were all just lovely. Interesting history. Beer garden was great Beautiful old pub! As you would expect for a pub of its age, creaky floorboards. Beds not the most comfy. Water pressure/temperature was hard to regulate in shower
- Sandra (10/5): Perfect spot to spend a weekend away! Great food, location and a really comfortable stay! - Ahh Nundle - what a beautiful spot! Loved our stay here! Visited the Wool Mill (brilliant) and local stores! Peel Inn is kind of perfect for Nundle! The rooms are small but comfortable and the shared bathrooms were really clean - great hot showers, lots of towels. There were many spots to sit and have a drink or just take in the surroundings. Really lovely vibe. The restaurant is excellent and breakfast the next day was top notch!!! A cooked full breakfast! Amazing value! Nothing
- Peter (7/5): Good - Great atmosphere, helpful staff and good food. Especially enjoyed sitting on balcony at the back in late afternoon sun Room was very cold despite air conditioning, probably due to wooden construction. Maybe I wasn't using the air conditioning properly.
- Pursche (8/5): Very good - Arrived late and the legends kept the kitchen open for us. Then served cold beer for hours. Five stars.
- Jenece (10/5): Love it!! - Stay there every year and it’s always great. Service and food are fantastic and beds are comfortable and clean. Nothing
- Glen (10/5): - Great service, awesome old building, a great meal and the beer was good as well.
- Jeff (8/5): Very good - Interesting building. Rooms were nice. Shared bathroom is suboptimal. The food at the bistro was exceptional. Pissed idiots rampaging to the rooms waking everyone up at 2am.
- Robert (7/5): Great food friendly staff small but comfortable room 👍 - Great old pub that has been renovated tastefully Everything was good no complaints
- Ed (10/5): Enjoyed the stay and will recommend - The breakfast was excellent ! Bit noisy but to be expected
- Francesca (10/5): such a great place to spend a night - Bed was comfortable & the room was clean & cosy -pub is awesome . The steak for dinner was sensational and breakfast was fabulous . great town too !
- Juliette (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at the Peel Inn. A beautiful historic pub and hotel with a charming restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious and the wine list is excellent - I especially enjoyed the slow cooked beef cheek, with a glass of Otago Pinot Noir. Our room with ensuite was very comfortable and clean, and we had a very good night’s sleep. We would definitely stay here again.
