The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The location is breathtaking, with the beach on one side and beautiful mountains on the other. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet every morning. My children also enjoyed the journey very much. It’s a perfect place for families, and we hope to visit again soon!

- ＭIKI (4/5): 新しい、古いの落差ありすぎで微妙残念。 - ホテル自体の建物は古く、部屋以外はリフォームされていて綺麗だった。スパは飲み物などサービスは充実していてコンセプトもはっきりしていて新しく清潔。スパではしっかりくつろげてサウナのロウリュウ、露天風呂からの景色も綺麗で最高でした。眺望は満点。 スパについて、良い点もありますが、コンセプトを重視しすぎてシャワーの数が2個しかなく不便。待ち時間あり、浴室以外のスペースが狭い。 ホテルの部屋はリフォームされておらず何十年も経過した室内で塗装等がはがれていて年代を感じた。ただ、室内等は清潔でした。又、ディナーは特に美味しいわけではなく現地の特産で特別感もなくお腹をただ満たすだけのディナー。期待はしない方が良い。

- Sae (9/5): リラックスできて優雅な一時でした - 朝食が美味しかった。部屋や廊下が静かでゆっくり眠れた。 露天風呂の場所に気が付かず、内風呂にしか入れなかった。後から露天風呂があることがわかったので、もう少し分かりやすくしておいて欲しかった(涙)

- Angelita (3/5): - Hubby is 73 years old and with my children and I am a cancer survivor. They booked us in a SMOKING FLOOR. We kindly asked the older front desk female staff that she may have made a mistake so pls transfer us to a NO SMOKING room. Noone smokes in the family. Fell on deaf ears, when the elevator door opens the strong smell and whift of smoke is what greets you. So I'm very particular about that. The air conditioning was dysfunctional from day 1to day 3, no one did anything . The carpet floor was never vacuumed or cleaned, took photos of the shredded plastic and paper underneath the bed from day to day3 up until check-out. Bedding have stains on the topsheet. I am a nurse and a professor ,would have understood old sheets for as long as it's cleaned but stained?

- CHIKA (9/5): のんびりできます - 客室内のお掃除等素晴らしいと思いましたら、チェックアウトで部屋を出る際に、お掃除してくださるご婦人に会えたので、とても綺麗でしたとお伝え出来ました。 部屋も割とゆったりしていて、隣や廊下のモノ音も聞こえづらく、窓も広いので景色を満喫して気持ちよく過ごせました。 スパからの眺めが最高で開放感もあり、よかったです。 スパ休憩エリアの窓が汚くて、景色が勿体無いのとこのホテルらしく無い様に感じました。スパの脱衣フロアが水分の吸収も発散もできなくすぐにべちゃべちゃになり見た目も不潔感が強く、らしくな感じでした。スパは洗い場が３つ、２つ。ロッカーは20個程、女性にこの洗い場割合はキツイかな？気になる方は部屋のシャワーで洗ってからサウナや浴槽利用が良いです。 あとスパ利用中に激しいアラレが割と長く続いたのですが、露天のルーフが開けっぱなしで、天気見て開け閉め敏感にご対応していただけたらさすが〜ってなりました。
