Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both local and international options. The location is perfect—close to the city center yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

I especially appreciated the comfortable, large bed and the variety of pillows provided. The location was excellent, offering great value for money. The soundproofing in the room was poor. There was also an intermittent sewer smell in the bathroom, though running the exhaust fan helped to clear it. Lastly, the internet wasn't always stable, so keep that in mind if you plan to work remotely from the apartment

Номера — свежие после реновации, всё новое, стильное, с изысканным дизайнерским интерьером, где продумана каждая деталь: от ковровых дорожек в холле, утопленных в мрамор пола, что не создает препятствий для ходьбы и перемещения багажа и освещения до мягчайшего текстиля. В каждом номере есть небольшой балкон с красивой мебелью. А клининговая служба — это просто феи, не иначе! Убирались незаметно, волшебным образом оставляя идеальную чистоту и порядок. Даже после насыщенного дня возвращаться в номер было настоящим удовольствием — как домой, только лучше! Отдельное восхищение — работе администратора Рузанны. Нас встретили с искренней улыбкой, все оформили быстро и без лишней суеты, помогли с багажом, рассказали о городе, дали рекомендации по ресторанам — и всё это с таким участием, как будто мы были не просто гостями, а дорогими друзьями. Отель создал ощущение уюта, комфорта и заботы на каждом шагу. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать всем знакомым! В этом отеле нет недостатков.

- Techie (5/5): There could be better accomodation for the price this hittel offers. - The space was decent for 4 people. It was very cold inside the bathroom! If u spilled water on the floor, specially when u used the bath tub, it will flood as there was no drainage. The breakfast was just sad.

I had to change rooms to sleep at midnight so it was very annoying to experience such on Day 1 how can you not check the room before customer comes in and they couldn't do maintanece at same day

- Oksana (10/5): Впечатления выше ожидаемого - Отель сам по себе очень красивый, расположение прекрасное - очень много достопримечательностей и парков в шаговой доступности. Персонал заслуживает отдельной благодарности: девушка на ресепшен, Рузанна, была очень приветлива. Помогла мне продлить проживание в отеле, не смотря на то, что у меня возникли проблемы с банковской картой. Также она заселила меня раньше 14-00, потому что мой номер был уже подготовлен. Также на этаже работала клининг-леди Анна, тоже очень приятная и приветливая. Сам номер оказался больше, чем я ожидала. В номере есть все необходимое и дополнительные подушки в шкафу. Отдельно мне понравился балкон в номере, очень уютно было на нем пить кофе по утрам и смотреть на просыпающийся город. И хоть окна номера выходили на проспект - ночью совсем никакого шума, мешающего спать, не было. В душевой очень странно и непонятно включается горячая вода, мне пришлось звать персонал отеля, потому что сама я не разобралась. Из водостока периодически был неприятный запах. Один из двух стульев в моем номере был сломан, но так как я жила одна - мне хватило одного целого стула.

- Manit (8/5): - Just stayed for a few hours but staff at the front desk were really nice and the room with balcony was perfect. Very elegant and stylish decoration of the whole building and it’s very close to Cascade Complex. It’s located on a busy street so lot of traffic noise during the afternoon but it seemed quiet at night.

- Arash (8/5): Clean and comfortable - The location is amazing. Basically close to everything we needed. Clean and modern interior. The reception staff very polite and helpful. We had a very bad experience with the cleaning stuff. The bathtub was not working properly which splashed the water everywhere and when we ask for help the cleaning lady was literally shouting at the top of her voice and most probably cursing in her language. This experience made us really uncomfortable to ask for any help

I also put the tag to make my room however when we came back in evening room was not cleaned. Receptionist said that they can’t do anything because there are no cleaners available. We managed to stay with uncleaned washroom. Behaviour of people in the hotel is poor except one guy who was in the bar near reception. Overall a poor experience. When cleaner came next morning her behaviour was also not good. Which was not a surprise to me because Armenians don’t know how to behave with the tourists guest in the country.

- (val) (9/5): An excellent stay - Very good location, many restaurants are within walking distance and the area is also pleasant in the evenings. Very well-kept hotel. They also provide ironing facilities and are very helpful with taxis and other needs. Very healthy breakfast, with tasty fruit and choice that changes a little from day to day. I had a problem with the mattress but it was changed immediately, so the staff members were super-efficient.

- Zoebear (10/5): Superb location, good sized and comfortable rooms, pleasant staff - a good choice for families - The location is excellent, just a short walk to Cascade Complex, amazing cafes and restaurants. Also all the main Yerevan sights are within walkable distance, which suited us well. Their staff are ever so friendly and helpful. The room was just as advertised; clean and spacious, just ideal for our family of four. The bathroom was larger than expected. Everything worked fine and the beds were super comfy, so we all slept really well. I love that they provided bathrobes! Occasionally there was some smell from the bathroom pipes, as some other guests have indicated, but it was only on the first day and did not affect our overall comfort. I would stay here again so don't let it put you off.

The room is very clean but the towels need replacement. * love the jacuzzi Negative: × Website says they have A/C, but they only have heater. It's already spring in Yerevan, so it's warm inside the room. we have to open the windows, but you can hear all the noise outside. × Breakfast is limited. There was not even anyone attending to guests, so there are a lot already empty but no refill. × customer service in reception is OK though need improvement.

It's in a perfectly central location and was well-worth the price. The balcony was a great feature too, because it snowed one night. The heating was fantastic and I even got too warm on some nights and had to lower it. I am really grateful I found this place and I'll definitely return the next time I'm in Yerevan. Also, the hotel was quiet and didn't smell like cigarette smoke. The only small issue was that there was a smell in the bathroom coming (I believe) from the pipes. There's not really anything that can be done about this so I didn't mind. Also, the water leaked from the shower onto the floor, but I only ever had to put a towel over it and it was cleaned every day to perfection.

We liked everything. This is one of the best 4 star hotels we have stayed in.
