- Michael (8/5): Great beach, great people, horrible room. - The most incredible thing are the people! They are fantastic, accommodating, and helpful. Their English is somewhat limited, but otherwise the resort was fantastic The room. It was cheaply done, cheaply furnished, stains on the wall, stains on the ceiling bad floor, weird construction. It really didn’t match the rest of the resort, it was a real lacking experience.

- Justine (4/5): Joli mais que si on n'aime pas dormir et si on aime payer tout le temps et trop cher. - L'hôtel est joli et sa situation est très bien, les chambres sont bien et confortables même si quelques équipements vétustes et la piscine et la plage sont très agréables. Le personnel est sympathique, surtout au Spa et au Kid Club. Plus petit et moins "usine" que les hôtels voisins. Etre pris pour un pigeon et ne pas pouvoir dormir !!!! Une sensation tout le séjour d'être pris pour un pigeon qui est très désagréable, nous étions en pension complète et pourtant tout est en extra et à des prix exorbitants. ex : 5 € la bouteille d'eau... de 70 cl ! Faire payer les boissons extras ok mais pas l'eau surtout dans un pays où l'eau n'est pas potable. Ils profitent que l'on est pas la choix. Les prix des autres boissons sont dignes d'une terrasse en plein Paris. 5 à 10 fois les prix habituellement pratiquer au Maroc. L'autre gros point négatif est l'absence de considération pour le sommeil. Notre chambre était très proche du bar de plage et le samedi soir c'est une énorme discothèque avec tout Taghazout qui vient. On n'est pas prévenu... on attend... et cela finit à 2H du matin. En étant prévenu on se serait organisé mais là 4h à tourner dans son lit c'est long ! surtout avec des enfants. Une autre nuit le gardien à attacher son chien sur un arbre juste devant nos fenetres et est parti le laissant aboyer quasiment 1H. Il était 3H du matin... On a appelé la réception et quelqu'un est enfin venu 20min plus tard. Et jamais d'excuse ni de geste... Dans un hôtel de cette qualité et à ce prix tout ça est inadmissible. Nous étions bien mieux traités et dormions bien mieux dans les surfs camp plus modestes et bien moins chers ! Je ne recommanderai absolument pas.

Un vrai coin de paradis, un cadre magnifique, un personnel adorable et aux petits soins et encore plus avec mes enfants, un buffet varié et de qualité. Tout est fait pour faire de votre sejour un moment inoubliable. Nous reviendrons !!! Le seul point d’amélioration concerne les logements qui mériteraient un petit coup de neuf et un peu en dessous du reste du standing du resort

- Oumaima (4/5): Déçue - Séjour assez décevant malgré un personnel accueillant et gentil À notre arrivée, gros problème avec la clé de la chambre. Pendant près de 45 minutes, plusieurs membres du personnel sont venus vérifier le problème sans aucune solution concrète. Ensuite, on nous a demandé d’attendre encore le technicien puis un responsable qui devait “arriver dans 15 minutes”, sans réelle prise en charge. Nous avons refusé de continuer à attendre devant la chambre avec nos bagages et avons finalement dû nous déplacer nous mêmes à la réception pour réclamer et demander un changement de chambre. La chambre donnée ensuite n’avait plus la vue mer et présentait plusieurs problèmes techniques : carte qui fonctionne mal, robinets défectueux, eau froide aux toilettes, faible luminosité et rideaux de la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons aussi demandé le housekeeping sans aucun retour, et le spa ne répondait jamais aux appels ; même en nous déplaçant directement sur place, il n’y avait personne. Dommage surtout après avoir payé des frais de service supplémentaires à l’arrivée.

- Maria (7/5): Ansprechend, tolle Lage, aber Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Lage in der Natur und am Meer ist sehr schön. Die Anlage an und für sich war ebenfalls ansprechend mit dem schönen Pool, dem Spa, der Bar am Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok und reichhaltig. Generell waren alle Angestellten sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Yoga war richtig gut, sehr netter und fähiger Sportlehrer. Wunderbare Aussicht auf dem Roof-Deck übers Meer. Das Essen im italienischen Restaurant war sehr fein, gute Pizzas, sehr guter Service. Die Bungalows sind in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht einer 4-Sterne-Einrichtung. Auch waren sie nicht sehr sauber. Die Fenster sind schmutzig, und die vielen Vögel in der Umgebung lassen auf den Terrassen und dem Mobiliar ihre Spuren, niemand hat hier geputzt. Statt 3 riesigen TV-Geräten hätten wir einen etwas grösseren Kühlschrank oder nur schon 4 Tassen und 4 Gläser geschätzt, da wir zu viert waren. Der Laundry -Service war gut, jedoch wurden die Kleider nicht in 24 Stunden geliefert, wir mussten nachtelefonierend, damit sie gebracht wurden. Eine ordentliche Kaffee-Maschine am Frühstücksbuffet hat uns ebenfalls gefehlt.

- Adil (10/5): Magnifique resort au bord de l’océan, personnel extrêmement aimable et services d’impeccables ! - J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Radisson Blue Resort de Taghazout Bay, tout était impeccable, à la hauteur de ce que l’on attend d’un 5*. Ce qui m’a le plus marqué était l’extrême gentillesse et politesse du personnel!! et pourtant je suis marocain et j’ai l’habitude de la gentillesse des marocains, mais là c’est exceptionnel! Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Fatima et Zakaria, à la réception qui ont été formidables, extrêmement serviables et souriants, ce qui fait très plaisir. J’ai souhaité réserver une nuit supplémentaire et Fatima a fait tout son possible pour que cela soit possible, 1000 merci 🙏 Je tiens à remercier aussi Anouar, le bagagiste qui était fort sympathique. En bref, un personnel accueillant au possible qui rend votre séjour très agréable. Cet hôtel a les pieds dans l’eau avec accès direct à La Plage, ce qui est très pratique et tous les services étaient disponibles, notamment ping-pong, badminton, piscine billard, etc. mon fils de 14 ans était ravi et ne voulait plus partir ainsi que ma conjointe. Et enfin le petit déjeuner est sublime. Je retournerai sans hésitation dans cet établissement extraordinaire où j’ai passé trois jours merveilleux. Merci encore à toute l’équipe du Radisson Blu. Notre chambre était assez petite et n’avait pas de balcon, c’est dommage, mais nous avions une magnifique vue sur l’océan et la piscine.

- Heike (8/5): sehr schöne Anlage, sehr reichhaltiges Essen - Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit guter Strandlage und Erreichbarkeit von Taghazout. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben eine Marokko Rundreise gemacht und im Vergleich zu den anderen Unterkünften steht der hier aufgerufene Preis in keinem Vrehältnis zu den anderen. Meines Erachtens zu hoch. Der Pool ist nur von 10 Uhr bis 18 Uhr nutzbar, ich z.B. will früh immer vor dem Frühstück schwimmen, dies war hier nicht möglich.

- b05ac792c4a8736cb3699131272aa436 (6/5): beautiful hotel and location, terrible service - Rooms are fine - location of the hotel is amazing and the outside area is beautiful. I cannot fault any of this. It is closest hotel to town it also has a beautiful beach and beach bar (when this one is available as used for private events too) service is 1 star. We waited up to 3h for a lunch and when you mention something they put the blame on you. All inclusive is not really all inclusive - you don't even get free water!! Its 30 degrees and you cant get water yet have to wait 1h to get a bottle of water I've never experienced this in my life. The beach bar albeit stunning, had a wedding on first night and another party the second night - we have loud music until 230am. The area and hotel itself is beautiful - and so is the beach. Hotel gets away with A LOT because of its location. Don't get full board - get breakfast and eat out of the hotel and make sure you stock up on water in shops :)

We had a lovely time here, mainly due to the genuine and brilliant staff from the local area - a credit to themselves and to Morocco!! From the guys who taught us to surf (Elias and Moussa) to the lovely hosting staff (Yasmeen, Abdul Roumain, Mounair, the gentleman boxer, the beautiful lady on the door, the chefs, and e everyone else who work so hard to make our stay so nice!!) we were made to feel at home from the outset. Warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, and every day was a pleasure here. The sunsets over the Atlantic, and the genuine beauty of this lovely bay and its people and the plethora of wildlife will see us return in future. Thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms are on the basic side for 4 star. I’d say it’s more like a 3 star. But the grounds, the pool, the restaurant, beach bar and general vibe is really lovely and definitely 4 star!! The outside furniture and areas could do with a refresh.

The noise from the beach club until 2am. It was impossible to sleep due to the extremely loud music and the proximity of our room to the club. - Mira (7/5): Schöne Bungalows direkt am Meer - Sehr netter Empfang, freundliches Personal. Spezielle und schöne Bungalows, die sschön in die Natur passen. Gutes Buffet. Gute Lage. Gute Surf Möglichkeiten. Doppelstöckige Bungalow konnte man keine Fenster öffnen nur Klimaanlage oder Tür muss offen bleiben. Restaurant am Pool sehr kühl und zu moderne Aussendesign.
- Akanksha (7/5): Great location, good staff, questionable room conditions - I can’t put into words how disappointed I am with our stay. Let me get out of the way that the resort has a great location and the staff were without doubt warm and welcoming. That said we had ants in our bed, the room gave clinical and not Radisson resort vibes, the sink was leaking and flooded our room, there were dirty marks on the curtains, you have to bang the door hard to shut it, the shower wall had mold. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review and I’m genuinely shocked that I’m writing it for an international chain like Radisson especially when we spent a significant amount on the stay. Loads they didn’t even top up the coffee bar and the water in the rooms which would make sense if I were living in a cheap motel.

- Nubia (6/5): Zwar schön, aber kein 5 Sterne Resort. - Anlage ist wunderschön und ästhetisch, viel Natur und Privatsphäre sowie verschiedene möglichkeiten den Tag zu gestalten. Unterkunft zwar schön aber qualitativ schlecht, man bemerkte in unserem Bungalow sehr stark die abnutzung und die damit auch vorhandenen unsauberkeit, zudem stank das Badezimmer Extrem und es war voller ameisen. Die Abnutzung vom Mobiliar sowie die Unsauberkeit zudem an mehreren stellen Schimmel und auch der Geruch im Bad führten dazu, dass wir sowenig Zeit wie Möglich im Bungalow verbringen wollte, da wir uns sehr unwohl fühlten.
- Nubia (2/5): Preisleistung absolut nicht Ok, 280 Euro für 1 Nacht in solch verhältnissen für ein 5 Sterne Hotel - Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ästhetisch, Frühstücksauswahl war angemessen, internet funktioniert Top und auch Reception sehr freundlich, vorallem der Herr! Das Zimmer war Schmutzig und heruntergekommen, Fugen schmutzig und strenger geruch sowie verstopfte Abflüsse wodurch man nicht geduscht sondern gebadet hat, auch waren steckdosen und ecken der räumlichkeiten verschimmelt. Ubd die Tür schliesst nicht richtig

The room wasn’t great, we didn’t realise the windows would be so exposed we wouldn’t be able to open the blinds. So it felt expensive for what we were getting for that room.

La nourriture est excellente et l’expérience globale a été vraiment très agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé en face d’un spot de surf parfait pour progresser. Le cadre est absolument magnifique. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Jahmad, responsable de la piscine, pour son accueil exceptionnel et sa gentillesse. Il a toujours été aux petits soins et très attentionné tout au long du séjour. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et reviendrons Si vous souhaitez principalement rester à l’hôtel, il est préférable d’opter pour la demi-pension je pense

There are only two restaurants, and the best one was ‘privatized’ when we were there. The other restaurant is highly ordinary and only high prices to show for itself. The manager in a restaurant she looks a mess and she doesn’t know what she was doing. This is New Year’s Eve. Never again in this premises.

We did have one problem as the bedroom floor wasn’t very clean but they came immediately to clean it. There was lots of choice at breakfast. The dirty floor and the hot food at breakfast wasn’t very hot.

Fatima de l'accueil était vraiment sympathique et l'ensemble du personnel à l'écoute et très agréable. Le Spa, trop petit , et surtout trop cher pour ce qu'il propose. Quand je vais dans un établissement comme le votre j'imagine un super grand Spa, plusieurs saunas et jacuzzi. En comparaison les hôtels allemands autrichiens et français ont un spa plus luxueux et à un prix plus abordable, voyez par exemple l'hôtel Laschenskyhof Salzbourg

- Luana (2/5): - L’emplacement face a la mer ⚠️ Très déçus – rapport qualité/prix catastrophique ⚠️ Séjour de 5 nuits Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple, mais à l’arrivée, nous avons eu trois lits rafistolés, instables et mal assemblés. Dès le premier jour, nous avons été frappés par le manque total de propreté dans la chambre. L’humidité est omniprésente : les murs sont abîmés, cloqués, avec des traces de moisissure (voir photo). Une odeur désagréable flottait constamment dans la chambre. Rien n’était correctement entretenu, et on voyait clairement que rien n’avait été nettoyé en profondeur depuis longtemps. Et le pire : le prix ! Le tarif est exorbitant pour la qualité proposée, clairement pas à la hauteur. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également hors de prix, avec des plats franchement pas bons, fades et sans aucune fraîcheur. ➡️ Bref, nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement. Il ne mérite absolument pas ses notes actuelles. Une grosse déception pour un séjour que nous espérions agréable.

- Hakim (6/5): Erwartung nicht erfüllt - Freundliche personal Frühstück buffet Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, aber bei der Ankunft nicht den versprochenen Meerblick erhalten, was angesichts des Preises sehr enttäuschend ist. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr schwach und instabil, was heutzutage problematisch ist. Die Preise im Restaurant sowie für Getränke sind extrem hoch im Vergleich zur angebotenen Qualität. Außerdem war die Minibar leer und es gab nicht einmal zwei Wasserflaschen bei der Ankunft, was man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten sollte. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht, und der Aufenthalt entsprach nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung geweckt wurden.

The location was excellent--right on the beach and the corniche, which runs for miles, with access to surfing, horseback riding and camel riding as well as swimming in their pool or the ocean.
