• Valeria (10/5): Great stay, would stay again! - The hotel was really clean, room was very spacious! Very convenient location too. The staff even tho did not speak much English always tried their best and were helpful. The bathroom is more like a shower room so we had to dry the floor after showering but apart from that small thing everything was great!

• Isla (8/5): - great amenities and quite a spacious room for south korea! the only thing was that it is a little far from the newer part of jeju as it is located in old jeju but it was a walkable distance, about 20 minutes to the city centre. if you don’t mind a bit of a walk, this is a perfect and affordable place to stay!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The bed was very comfortable. The food options were good too - bread, rolls, cereal and soup. Would prefer a cooked breakfast but the breakfast was edible. The kitchen lady was very kind and attentive. The lady behind the desk went above and beyond in giving me an excellent restaurant recommendation. I was a solo traveller using public transport and the location was great. Will be returning to the hotel.

• Jessica (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean room. Spacious room. Medium firm mattress. Bus stops just outside, about 15-20min walk to dongmum market. Some restaurants and 7/11 near the hotel. Only downside is the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work, it turns off by itself and you can't adjust the temp or fan speed. And the walls are thin, so you can hear other geusts.

• ah reum (10/5): 제주 하버호텔 - 크지 않지만 알찬 숙소였습니다~ 호텔 이불이 사각사각하니 좋았어요. 일회용품은 다 구비되어있지 않고 프론트에 문의하니 주시더라구요~ 오히려 남용되지 않는 느낌이라 더 괜찮았습니다. 조식은 딱 아침 느낌으로 빵과 샐러드, 시리얼, 커피, 음료가 나왔는데 계란프라이도 해주셔서 엄청 든든하게 먹었어요^^ 아이와 어머니도 만족해 해서 담에 기회되면 또 방문하고 싶어요!
