Kong was very helpful and provided excellent support during our stay. The GM was also very kind and helpful. I really appreciate their hospitality and assistance. I experienced some issues with the payment process. The initial payment was made through Booking.com, but the property did not receive the funds. As a result, I had to ask a friend in China to make a deposit and guarantee the booking. I paid the hotel upon check-in and later received a refund from Booking.com. I would suggest offering a direct payment option to avoid last-minute cancellations or payment-related issues.

LOVING FREEDOM (7/5): - The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s conveniently located directly across from the mall, and the metro is just yards away, making it very easy to get around and explore the area. We never attended breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. One of the biggest issues was the constant noise—doors slamming, loud conversations, and even yelling late into the night, making it very difficult to get proper rest. Housekeeping was also very disappointing. During our stay, the room was not properly cleaned. The only things done were emptying the trash and changing the towels. The shower and toilet area were never cleaned, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the condition of the room itself needs serious attention. The carpet was heavily stained, and the curtains were old and torn, giving the room a worn and neglected feel. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or comfort. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

They provided a free shuttle bus to the Canton Fair, and even surprised us with free snacks (chips, brownies, chocolates, fruits, water, etc.) when we returned after a long day. The hotel was very clean and calm. The staff were very welcoming and helpful—especially Ms. Shiyan, who is a senior school student working there for experience. She was really kind and supportive. I was very happy with the stay and would definitely give them a 10/10 rating.

The room was very big and very clean, they cleaned every morning, the cleaning staff they were very good. i say a big thank you to Aina who works at the reception she was very nice, helpful wonderful person and she was always there when I needed help. I lost my luggage at the airport in Guangzhou. I told her that I need help, from there she started calling everywhere until finally I got my luggage. She ordered a taxi to the airport because I didn't have alipay. i say it was Top class service. i have traveled around the world but I have never seen a person like Aina who is nice helpful, kind and professional. i hope the manager reads my feedback you are lucky to have Aina in the staff and all other staff were the same wonderful people 👍👍👍😁 and next time I come to China I will stay in Paco hotel. The hotel was near Soyuan Metro Station you can go everywhere in the city. And there is malls, restaurants nearby.

Laurent (9/5): Excellent - If you don't need to be in the city centre, the location is ideal, with a shopping mall and metro station right next to the hotel, as well as plenty of local restaurants, and a very good bus service to Canton Fair. The staff are very welcoming and helpful (they compensate for the lack of English with the translator). The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Excellent value for money! Nothing to report, just a suggestion: A drinks and coffee machine at reception would be a plus.

Also washbasin was near the bed so water remains on floor outside the bathroom and toilet that was risky during walking in that area.

Turki (1/5): Very disappointing experience – not worth the price - Nothing I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The balcony door couldn’t be closed properly the entire time, and although I asked to change the room, nothing was done. The air conditioning was extremely poor—it kept blowing hot air, and even though they claimed to fix it every day, it never improved. On the last night, they told me to just sleep without a blanket. The hallways were also hot with no air conditioning, and the entire place was full of mosquitoes, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not up to standard at all. Housekeeping didn’t seem to be doing their job properly, and the breakfast was extremely limited and of poor quality. The lobby was also hot and uninviting. For the price I paid, this hotel was definitely not worth it. It’s located far from everything, making it very inconvenient. Inside the room, I could hear the sound of water drainage very clearly, and the bathroom and shower were open to the room with no proper separation, which made it feel very awkward. What frustrated me the most was that they charged my card a full week before arrival, even though the booking clearly stated that payment would be made at the property and that the reservation was guaranteed. They even told me that if I didn’t allow the payment, they couldn’t guarantee my booking, which completely goes against the terms listed on Booking.com. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be coming back.

Turki (1/5): Very bad hotel ! - Very bad hotel Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing: • The balcony couldn’t be closed properly, which made me spend two nights in an unsafe environment with allot of mosquito bite . • Air conditioning is very hot They changed my room, but the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Every day they said it was fixed, and eventually, they told me to sleep without a blanket! • The hallways were hot and not air-conditioned. • The hotel was full of mosquitoes. • Housekeeping is not the best . • Breakfast was extremely poor and very limited. • The lobby wasn’t air-conditioned and have mosquito . • The price was way too high for the level of service and location. • The location is very far from everything. • You can clearly hear the sound of sewage water inside the room. • The bathroom and shower are open to the room, offering no privacy. • They charged my card a week before arrival even though my reservation was marked as guaranteed without prepayment on Booking.com. They threatened to cancel if the amount wasn’t withdrawn, which contradicts the stated booking terms.

The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Jan (10/5): Outstanding - This is a very nice Hotel, there is nothing to complain about, we stayed for 13 days and had breakfast every morning we enjoyed every moment. The Hotel staff including the cleaners were always helpful and friendly! Just across the road is Wanda plaza where we ate every night mostly behind the plaza where more of the locals eat, we had so much fun. Once again this is a great Hotel and they will be seeing us again! Outside the dining area it needs some attention removing the weeds and so forth but the food was great and had a different selection every morning.
Rehab (7/5): Good - The staff are very friendly and helpful they are the most positive point especially sunny who was taking care of the group during canton fair and a nice person I don't know his name I think he is a manager not in front desk The room carpets need to be more clean and the breakfast menu need to be modified

Manthan (8/5): Good - It’s a good place to stay, very lively location, a very big mall just opposite, like a 2 min walk, hotel seemed to me well maintained. You can also see good green mountains at the backside. Mall is really good for eateries and shopping. All supermarkets and convenience stores are at walkable distance of 3-5 mins. Also, they used to provide evening refreshments which was really cool. Exhibition shuttle was complimentary and always on time. They also provided free water both ways, and snacks while coming back in the evening. Breakfast was really ok, barely anything vegetarian. Also, no staff knew basic English. But, staff was helpful otherwise. The 2 females at reception, one was an intern from that, both tired to fool me by asking for extra money for the cab booking, but I wouldn’t call it cheating.

Mario (10/5): Excellent choice for the location. - Good location, near shopping mall, and especially, beside a metro station. Good installations and breakfast, nice people. Sink faucet needs repair, it was difficult to open and to close. The view of the city was partially covered by hotel light fixture installations on the balcony.

Piniel (10/5): Super excellent staff - The staff was super friendly, they looked after us like family. Checked in on the 13th October till 18th October 2024. The entire place was very clean and convenient with a shopping mall just across the road. I wld give this place 10 out of 10 The toilet in the foyer could do with a little air freshener to keep it smelling nice

Special mention about Johanna who went out of her way to help us to explore places and also make our stay a joyful one. Would have liked to have a gym and pool facility along with a saloon for personal grooming.

Saroj (10/5): Exceptional hotel with exceptional staffs - My wife and I wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staffs of Paco Hotel Suyuan for their exceptional assistance in keeping my wife's wallet, which she accidentally left in the room's safe deposit box. Upon reaching Bangkok, my wife found out that her wallet was missing, with no idea where it might have been misplaced. Today, Ms.Johanna reached out to us, informing us that she had secured the wallet for us. This act of kindness truly exemplifies your commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you so much for the house keeping staff who found my wife's wallet and also big thanks to the receptionist, Ms. Johanna for provided us exemplary service! We love this hotel very much and we look forward to returning for another stay in the future.
