• Laura (10/5): Lovely stay, would return - Check in man was absolutely wonderful, he spoke great English and was very friendly. He allowed us to check in early which we were very thankful for! Also showed us where to go on the map. Hotel was lovely, just what we wanted. Clean, tidy and spacious. 2min walk to the beach. Quick 10min taxi to airport. Pool was unhabitable but i imagine that's because it's not open yet as not in season.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location if you want to be near the clubs - The outdoor area and the location are great. The room size is also great but it’s not a “luxury” apartment. Basic but comfortable. Each room has a terrace and the pool area is very relaxing. Coffee and service from the staff was very good. The free parking was an extra added bonus! This was a key contributor to our decision to stay here.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - La struttura è abbastanza bella, la posizione buona e tranquilla, le pulizie deludenti, il bagno non viene pulito perché nei giorni che siamo stati trovavamo sempre il capelli in terra e polvere, le lenzuola non vengono mai cambiate neanche se le sporcate, la doccia non all altezza, perché si bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno, non c è un kit Nell angolo cottura per pulire il lavandino o i piatti e la tovaglia non viene cambiata se si sporca, non mi sembra un 4 stelle, potete migliorare perché la struttura è nuova

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment is nice and clean. But the british boss from the restaurant and bar downstairs is very rude with his staffs and with the guests. So I didnt like to go to that restaurant downstairs. I wished the atmosphere in the restaurant and the boss were nicer, so I could eat and drink there whenever I wanted. I think the british boss should learn a lot from his wonderful spanish staff how to be friendly, and how to manage people who are on vacation and the true meaning of hospitality.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Exceeded Expectations - A lovely stay. Friendly staff, clean modern rooms. The room was BETTER than the photos. Completely exceeded my expectations, aside from spotty Wifi in the room. Wifi was fine outside of the room and by the pool. However, take note that although there is technically a pool on site, it belongs to the restaurant next door. The only food you can have remotely near the pool is food you buy from the restaurant. But even so, there is no food allowed in the actual pool area where people sit, sunbathe and actually enjoy the pool.

• Sean (8/5): Could be so much better with a little effort - I have mixed feelings. Weather was awful so dampened the mood, but the property itself is lovely. The apartments are spotless and towels changed every day if needed. Spacious bright rooms with great facilities. However, it seems the staff didn't seem to care too much on being attentive to their guests or have some pride in the grounds/pool area. For 3 days a chair was in the pool from the wind, the Cabanas were a mess, nothing tied back - staff didn't seem to care. No service out to the pool on the good days where I would have happily spent money on drinks and food - no one came. I know it is early days in the season, but clients have booked into your hotel - wake up people and be glad of the business and do your utmost to make sure your guests are enjoying their stay.
• MAYUMI (10/5): ゆったりとリラックスして過ごせます。 - ビーチから少し歩きますが、落ちついてリゾート気分を楽しめます。プールを眺められるバルコニーは快適で､キッチン付きの室内も清潔でゆったりしてます。エスプレッソマシンのカプセルとチョコレートが置いてあるので､白いクロスのかかったテーブルでおいしくていただきました。レセプションの女性もてきぱきした対応で気持ちよく、とてもフレンドリーでした。周辺はシーズンオフのせいもあり、少しさびれたような感じでしたが、施設が予想以上に快適だったので、気になりませんでした。
• Seungmin (4/5): 신혼 여행차 방문했던 이비사 섬의 숙소 - 신혼 여행차 방문했는데 하룻밤을 잔 후 외출을 하고 저녁에 돌아와 보니 청소가 전혀 되어있질 않아서 너무 당황스러웠으며 아침 식사(뷔페) 도 선결제를 하고 갔지만 자체의 식당이 아닌 방에서 제공되는 식사를 먹는 시스템이여서 굉장히 황당하고 불쾌했다. 더욱이 슬리퍼가 없어서 한국 사람인 우리 부부는 객실 바닥도 매우 불편했다. 그나마 좋았던 건 바깥 풍경...

• Joyce (10/5): Comfy and pleasant stay - Thank you Maria for the warm welcome at reception and friendly hospitality from Andrew at the Restaurant & bar. Pleasant music at the swimming pool. Comfy room, very clean, well equipped kitchenette in the room, large bed, large size room. Free parking is unique so close to Ibiza city Centre, so nice and convenient to nearby beaches and airport. This was my fifth trip to Ibiza and all in all a very good place to stay, especially for short trips as it is so convenient and nearby.
• Ed (10/5): Best hotel for beach, restaurant and club access - The hotel is in a great location with easy access to many bars, restaurants, ATM, and convenience stores within 1-2 blocks of the hotel. Restaurant onsite with a breakfast buffet but you can also walk 5-10 minutes and have plenty of food options. 10 min walk to Ushuaïa and Hï, some of the top clubs in Ibiza. Since the minimum taxi fare is about 4-5 €, you can walk to/from the clubs or restaurants. Beach is 5-10 min walk from the hotel if you don’t want to use the onsite pool and jacuzzi. The room was very clean and quiet. Walk 1-2 blocks to the convenience store for snacks and drinks then store them in the refrigerator inside the room. There is free Internet and it was fairly fast. There is daily housekeeping so pick up the red tag from the front desk and hang on the door if you want to sleep in. The Concierge offers maps of the island and also has 2 rental car companies onsite if you want to rent a car to explore the island. To save money from taxis, you can walk 2 blocks and take the local bus #14. It is only 7 stops away from the Old Town/Dalt Villa and it is only 4 € round trip per person. Finally, checkout is 12 noon but you can request late checkout until 1 pm without fee. They hold your baggage and if you need to take a shower, use the outside bathroom and they provide towels for you. It’s only 3 miles from the airport so you can reach the airport in 20-30 min. Great mix of price, location and comfort!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great stay! - We had a great stay, location was great with everything in Playa d’En Bossa within a short walk. Being slightly off the beaten track meant generally a little quieter, although being peak season in Ibiza you still need to accept some noise. Black out curtains were great and the temperature in the room was always lovely and cool. Also great to have a fridge and some cooking facilities, plenty of supermarkets nearby where goods were well priced. Pool area at the hotel was lovely, with good bar and restaurant.
• sergio (6/5): Bom - Apart hotel em uma quadra tranquila de Praia Dem Bossa. A piscina e o pequeno restaurante são gostosos e os apartamentos amplos com cozinha e sacada. Um bom banheiro com banheira. Pelo valor da diária teriam que melhorar o serviço de limpeza dos quartos, e sobretudo a qualidade dos travesseiros e colchões .

• Dave Michael (10/5): Perfect verblijf! - Perfect verblijf! Perfecte ligging: net een straat achter het strand en stapgedeelte (dus goede ligging, en net buiten het feestgeluid). Mooie ruime kamers, iedere dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt, balkons zijn prettig, personeel vriendelijk en het zwembad is ook prima. Gratis parkeerplekken zijn ook fijn. Enige nadeel is dat je geen eten of drinken mag nuttigen rond het zwembad, gezien er beneden een restaurant is.

• Alex (10/5): Great Winter Stay - This is the second time I have stayed here in the winter. The rooms are large and the bathroom is a good size. Cleanliness is really good and service is excellent. Breakfast was at a delightful cafe close to the apartments and the breakfasts were substantial and tasty,magazines the staff here were excellent. I would definitely recommend Bon Sol Prestige.

A améliorer: on est restés 6 nuits et on aurait apprécié qu'ils ne se contentent pas de changer les serviettes et faire le lit mais également changer les draps du lits. Ils devraient également fournir du produit vaisselle pour nettoyer la vaisselle mise à disposition. Sinon, accueil très sympa, femmes de ménages sympathiques et qui passent l'après-midi. Piscine agréable. Un seul regret, ne pas avoir gouté le restaurant qui parait-il est très bon.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great place to dtay - The hotel staff are very friendly & extremely helpful. The room is large and has all the facilities you need to cater for your holiday. A very comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. The only downside (which no one tells you at any point) is that the hotel pool and restaurant are sublet to someone else. This means even though you are paying for a self catering room you are not allowed to take any of your food or drink (not even a bottle of water!) with you to the pool!
• Philip (6/5): Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht - Die Reception ist recht freundlich und unkompliziert. Doch fehlte es an Professionalität beim Personal, sie war zu wenig zuvorkommend und auch nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig und einfach eingerichtet. Die Zimmersauberkeit war enttäuschend, der Boden war überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für die Leute, die sich jede Nacht ins Nachtleben stürzen wollen. Das heisst vor 1 Uhr ins Bett ist praktisch unmöglich, da viele Hotelgäste noch am Vorfeiern sind.
• Rebecca (8/5): Good! - First off...El Limonero in the main floor is not to be missed. Amazing food and staff. Ruth is truly a lovely lady and made our time amazing. We stayed at another Ibiza hotel for 2 nights then moved here as it was less expensive. It's a great location and a short walk to the beach. It can be a bit loud because the other Bon Sol Squash apartment across the street has a beach club. Not too big of a deal but you can hear it at night. The Room: nice and big with a kitchenette. No big complaints. Nice patio too. The issue we had with the bathroom was the shower head (see photo). Made showering a nightmare. If we were there for longer we would have said something. We would definitely stay here again... only big issue we had was that you can't have your own food or drink at the pool (not even a water bottle) as Limonero restaurant has serving rights here. It is strictly upheld as well. When you're at Limonero for dinner and breakfast daily (as you should) I feel like they could give you a break for a bottle of water at the pool.
• Zoe (10/5): Fantastic apartment & restaurant El Limonero - Our second stay and again the whole experience was superb, the restaurant downstairs El Limonero played a huge part in us choosing the bon sol prestige, the food just keeps getting better and is amazing for the price, both the room and restaurant are immaculately kept and all the staff are lovely.
