Whether you’re at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there’s a wide range of high-quality options — fresh, well-prepared, and constantly replenished. Top-class facilities This place is packed with things to do: * Sauna * Padel tennis courts * Tennis courts * Basketball courts * Beach volleyball It’s one of the most well-equipped resorts I’ve stayed at. Rooms are spacious and spotless Large, clean, and comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day in the sun. Beachfront access with private area The hotel backs directly onto the beach and has its own private section with cabanas. It feels exclusive without being pretentious. - Pamela (9/5): - Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Anlage und haben uns gleich von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmerwunsch ( 2 Zimmer nebeneinander) wurde erfüllt. Das Essen war sehr gut und ist auch für Vegetarier abwechslungsreich. Die Themenabende sind natürlich immer ein Highlight. Das Mittagessen im Strandrestaurant fanden wir immer besonders toll, da man einen grandiosen Ausblick auf das Meer hatte. Die Sportangebote haben wir täglich genutzt. Die Trainer machen einen tollen Job. Wir fanden den Kursraum zu klein und zu warm, sobald ein Kurs vollständig ausgebucht war. Gern könnten die Kurse auch nach draußen verlegt werden (das wurde leider nur für das Cycling 2 mal wöchentlich gemacht).

- StanleyLivingstone (10/5): A very nice and highly recommended hotel. - Excellent hotel with very good facilities, well appointed rooms, very nice food, truly outstanding staff, who couldn’t do enough for you and were truly charming. The bathroom was fine and had a lovely overhead shower. Some of the rooms were quite a long walk from the main building, but the hotel did provide a shuttle service for those who would rather not walk the long distances. Plenty of Arabic, French and German television channels in the room, but only CNN and BBC News in English. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!
- JerryBolton (10/5): Excellent all round, with a lot of need-to-know stuff. - We went there for golf, as did hundreds of others, so the fitness/sauna/other sports I couldn't comment on. We had a Junior Suite booked, but seems we were further upgraded with a 7 room residence (bedroom, lounge, bathroom-with toilet, separate toilet, hallway, luggage room and huge sea-facing balcony). It was far out, so about a ten minute walk to the reception/restaurant area - there are some manned buggies, but this meant going to breakfast, buggy back, who would wait for us to come back down with clubs to return. Yes, we could have phoned for a buggy (and waited for ?) in the first place, meaning leaving our clubs unattended, which loads seem to do. Breakfast - this is a German chain, so that's how the fare works - lots of cheese, hams, brown bread, etc, although very easy to find something one likes. Coffee machines - only 3 for the entire restaurant and they take an age to serve half a cup. There's a specialist coffee serving booth with an expected long queue. Start time, though, is 7.30am. Too late. With a typical tee off time at 10, it means the buggy shuttling (see above), coffee waiting, lunch prep (the hotel knows golfers will need food on the course, so they leave a stack of brown bags next to the bread area) can be a rush for the popular 8.30am courtesy bus. And here's the tip: you can get your own taxi and, if in a group of 4 or more, I'd recommend it. The courtesy buses to all courses are run by each course and ARE NOT the responsibility of the hotel. Think about Plan B. 2nd day we played Tazegzout , which is 50 minutes away, so 8.30 bus for 1010 tee time. Courtesy bus times are published but can be an hour apart Fortunately , we were first in the queue, as the bus turned up with only six spaces and a queue of 20. Next bus in an hour. Staff were pleasant and helpful everywhere (unlike the golf courses - generally gruff and shouty), so they can whisk up a large van taxi quickly as we found when going to the souk (D78 for 2 people, but D25 back in a red taxi - check the proliferous red taxi has a meter, or theyll make it up - been before). Dinner is at 7.30pm - again, a tad late imo. Lunch , which we had on a day off is at the far end of the resort and open until 2.30 - spectacular sea views. Clearing up an ambiguous instruction on drinks - all drinks are free, except if you want a branded one which is served from a separate counter, and expensive - JD and coke £11. Recommend

Der Club spart überall, was auf Dauer nicht geht. Schmutzige Stühle und teilweise in der Snackline unfreundliches Personal das den Tisch einfach um 16.45 abräumte, abgesehen davon wenn man vom Golfen kam erst darauf aufmerksam machen musste den Tisch zu säubern und neu einzudecken
- Karin (9/5): Top Beachvolleyball Felder! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! - Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Anlage ist wunderschön und unser Zimmer war geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab viel Stauraum und sogar eine separate Toilette – wirklich top. Es gibt gut ausgestattete Beachvolleyball Felder und Kay Matysik - ein ehemaliger Beachvolleyball-Profi - war temporär vor Ort. Beides ein besonderes Highlight. Das war für uns einer der Hauptgründe, weshalb wir uns für den Robinson entschieden haben. Etwas überrascht waren wir allerdings, dass die „Robins“, die das Beachvolleyball-Angebot sonst betreuten, scheinbar eher wenig Erfahrung in diesem Sport zu haben und eigene „Robinson-Regeln“ nutzten. Bei Tennis, Padel, Yoga oder Schwimmen wird – so vermuten wir – schließlich auch auf qualifizierte Trainer gesetzt. Außerdem wäre es hilfreich, wenn man Bälle direkt in der Nähe der Felder ausleihen könnte, beispielsweise an der Handtuch-Ausgabe, statt am anderen Ende der Anlage. Das gesamte Sportangebot war insgesamt sehr vielfältig, die Abendshows unterhaltsam und auch das Buffet bot eine gute Auswahl. Auch die inkludierten Getränke waren gut – lediglich ein „Baileys“ hat uns im All-in Angebot etwas gefehlt. Schön wäre es auch, wenn man Padel-Schläger ohne zusätzliche Gebühr ausleihen könnte. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge :) Kostenlose Ausleihe von Padel-Schlägern Durchgehend qualifiziertere Beachvolleyball-Betreuung mit entsprechender Expertise und Bälle-Ausleihe in der Nähe der Felder. Reduzierung der Musiklautstärke zu später Stunde draußen bzw. früherer Wechsel in den Innenbereich/Disco. Mehr Tische für zwei Personen zum Frühstück und Abendessen draußen. Kürzere Wartezeiten an der Espresso-Bar und einigen Essensstationen sowie häufigeres Auffüllen der Croissants. Größere Auswahl an raffiniert gemixten, nicht zu süßen alkoholfreien Cocktails. Auf Nachfrage haben wir tatsächlich einmal Mineralwasser mit einer Scheibe Zitrone im Weinglas bekommen 😂😂😂 Toll wäre auch ein (lokaler) Baileys inkludiert im Angebot. Modernisierung der Klimaanlage, idealerweise mit Fernbedienung Zusätzliche Idee: Es wäre großartig, wenn es Tanzkurse wie Salsa, Bachata, Tango oder einfach Discofox gäbe – gerne auch als Abendangebot nach dem Essen.

- samanthaSJ121 (10/5): Fantastic Holiday - Highly recommend. - We stayed here for a week’s all inclusive holiday between October and November. We had the most fantastic time, the facilities were clean and well maintained, the food was amazing and changed each time (Lunch and Dinner) and the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Each night there was different entertainment and whilst we were there we were able to see the Hotels production of Moulin Rouge. They also celebrated Halloween with a “ghost train” (one for children and one for adults) which was more like a scare fest but fantastic. They had sectioned off part of the Hotel and in groups you were guided around with staff members dressed up, jumping out at you like the London dungeon experience but way more interactive-which I loved. The food was fantastic, and on the themed days such as Moulin Rouge and Halloween this was carried through to the restaurant. There is a wellness spa which is complimentary for guests with a large sauna and swimming area. This is where a lot of classes were held (yoga, Pilates, mobility etc) and treatments are available at an additional cost. I had a massage and it was lovely (pricing similar to what to expect in the UK). The hotel also adopts stray cats, neuters them and they get to live out their best lives in the hotel. It was so nice to see them thriving and being so cared for. Majority of the visitors were German to this Hotel and when there are events the hosts speak in multiple languages, all food is labelled in multiple languages too. I attended classes and most instructors were German and at times I was the only English person on the class but they were happy and able to instruct the class in both English and German. No issues at all. I would highly recommend this Hotel, it was clean, well managed and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

- Marcus (8/5): - Der Robinson-Club liegt direkt am breiten Strand. Dort ist alles sehr sauber und auch sehr weitläufig. Der Club ist schon etwas größer, sodass man durchaus einige Wege zurücklegen muss. Unser Zimmer war in Ordnung und immer sauber, aber auch nicht mehr neu. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war super, mittags hat es uns nicht so gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sensationell freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Das Sportangebot war ebenfalls sehr sehr gut. Das Mittagessen im Strandrestaurant empfanden wir als unglücklich organisiert, es gab zu wenige Tische und die armen Kellner konnten gar nicht alles sauber halten und neu eindecken. Oft haben Gläser und Besteck gefehlt. Ebenso hat mich die Aufpreissituation der "guten" Alkoholika gestört. Nahezu jedes Getränk musste separat bezahlt werden, außer man nahm die Standardmischung.

- 825leilab (8/5): Beautiful and peaceful resort in magical Morocco - Emailed the hotel prior to arrival with our room requests and Elvan was prompt to reply and she kindly accommodated everything we asked for, we loved both our beautiful rooms that were conveniently allocated next door to each other which we appreciated. I did mention it was a holiday to celebrate my parents anniversary though but sadly this was never acknowledged. On arrival there was no real greeting or welcome but the reception staff were friendly enough. We weren't given much info as to how to get around so we were just wandering around a bit lost when we arrived. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and immaculate. The golf buggy staff are lovely but we chose to mostly walk. We were in the furthest block from the beach but we liked this as it was so peaceful. The rooms are spacious with a good size balcony. The view from our rooms was beautiful. We paid for limited sea view and we were very happy with our rooms and views. Bathrooms are nice, just a shower which was hot and powerful. There is a coffee machine in the room but you had to pay for coffee capsules so we took our own kettle and tea/coffee etc which for a 4 star hotel isn't what I would expect but we were prepared so no big deal for us. There was an iron/ironing board in the room which is useful. It is so easy to get bottled water around the hotel whenever you need it which is fab. Barista coffee is also easy to get whenever you fancy which as we are not big drinkers was great for us. The wifi was good and I took a fire stick so I could stream Netflix as it wasn't a smart tv. All in all I could not fault our rooms and they were very clean. There is a sauna/pool you can use for free as a guest and we enjoyed this a couple of times which was really nice. Spa treatments were expensive but they had an offer of 20% off which by the time we realised we were a bit late. It would have been nice if they could have mentioned this when they emailed the spa menu as then we would have booked some treatments for our arrival. The food was fantastic here and nicely presented with lots of variety so always something new to try. No a la carte restaurant option for all inclusive guests here which would have been nice as it is just one main buffet however they had a few rooms off the main area which all offered lovely dining areas. We personally prefer to dine al fresco when on holiday but this was a challenge. Dinner only runs from 7.30pm-9.30pm so people actually queue up for when the doors open to grab a table outside. This is not the relaxed holiday vibe for us. We were happy to eat later on after the rush but then the food was put away prompt at 9.30pm so then sometimes felt rushed to enjoy our dinner. There is a large part of the patio reserved for guests buying a bottle of wine which personally seemed unfair as not everyone drinks alcohol. I do feel there could be a better system even though we still enjoyed it. It was nice that they also had an adult only dining room. Breakfast was great also and you could get mimosas which was fab. Noureddine the restaurant manager was polite, friendly and helpful. Most of the staff we encountered were very lovely and friendly just the odd few that weren't. Entertainment was good. We stayed 6 nights and only really saw one show in the theatre which was the greatest showman theme. It was great and we loved it but sadly on our other nights no real shows as such. There was some things in the bar area but it was too busy to get a seat and enjoy them. It would have also been nice to have a Moroccan theme one evening as we never really heard any Moroccan music during our stay, Hawaiian night was very well organised but we missed having any North African entertainment during our stay. There are some nice areas to enjoy a drink alfresco but we just enjoyed an after dinner drink on our balcony most evenings which was so lovely as our balcony was great. The beach was lovely, though when we went in September it was too rough for swimming. But even late in the day we always got sun loungers and it was very relaxing as there is no loud music which was perfect for us. Lunch was a buffet restaurant by the beach with lots of seating. No real service at lunch time but we were happy just to sort ourselves out. The views out to sea were beautiful. This hotel is beautiful, the grounds, the rooms, the beach and we are very glad we chose this hotel. With a few improvements it would be perfect. I would recommend this hotel and would happily return. I could have enjoyed the room views forever they are just stunning. The balcony was not overlooked and the room was lovely and quiet. The cats around the hotel are adorable, we love animals so this was a big plus for us. We had a lovely cat who came to see us each day. This a big resort and even in September it was busy especially at mealtimes, thankfully the grounds and beach always felt much quieter and more relaxed. If you are looking for a quiet hotel with a friendly vibe Robinson has this, they even have their own theme song :-) Thank you to the staff who made us feel so welcome and took time to chat to us. I did feel this hotel lacked the personal touch with guests which was a shame but we still had a great time. This was our second visit to Morocco, our first to Agadir and a Robinson hotel and based on this experience I would be happy to book with this hotel brand again as the standard is high here.
- Volker (8/5): Nur ok, mehr nicht - Die Lage des Hotels am südlichen Strandende ohne Nachbarhotels sorgt für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt ohne Beschallung aus der Nachbarschaft. Wir haben selten in einem so gut schallisolierten Zimmer geschlafen, von den Nachbarn war nichts zu hören, auch die gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer sorgen für einen guten Schlaf. Zimmer wirkte wie frisch renoviert. Die Anlage ist sicherlich die richtige Wahl für Aktivurlauber. Der Service in den Restaurants hat uns sehr enttäuscht, insbesondere zum Abendessen. Da das Restaurant abends erst um 19.30 Uhr öffnet, befindet man sich als Urlauber in einer langen Schlange beim Einlass und dies geht weiter bei den einzelnen Buffets, wenn man überhaupt einen freien Tisch gefunden hat. Wir haben uns dann immer erst zur "2. Schicht" bei allen Mahlzeiten eingefunden mit dem Vorteil, dass man einen freien Tisch gefunden hat und es keine langen Schlangen am Büffet gab. Nachteil: die Tische wurden nicht zügig abgeräumt bzw. nur nach Aufforderung durch uns. Teilweise mussten wir uns Besteck und Servietten selbst besorgen. Die weißen Tischdecken wurden nicht bei neuen Gästen gewechselt, sprich man saß in der Regel an einem Tisch mit einer weißen Tischdecke mit den Hinterlassenschaften der vorherigen Gäste. Auch fehlten permanent Gläser für die Getränke. Das geht deutlich besser. Verbesserungswürdig ist auch die Getränkeauswahl an der sehr kleinen Beachbar, hier gibt es nur die üblichen Softdrinks, Wein, Bier und Sekt und nur noch die aufpreispflichtigen Cocktails. Für andere Getränke hätte man vom Strand den langen Weg zur Hauptbar zurücklegen müssen.

- Natascha (8/5): Traumhafte Lage, sehr viel anfallende Zusatzkosten. - Extrem gute Lage, eines der wenigen Hotels, die direkt am Strand liegen und an der Strandpromenade dazwischen, schön in den Dünen, Windschutz verschiebbar sind aufgebaut, das Gesamtkonzept hinsichtlich Windschutz, Zugang zum Meer ist hervorragend. Zusätzlich großes Sportangebot, sehr qualifiziert. Saunamöglichkeiten ab 15:00 Uhr, Essen: teilweise in der Schlange stehen, Tische weitgehend für acht Personen draußen. Es saßen dann zwei Leute an den Tischen draußen, kein Verteilungkonzept, somit war Schlange stehen für Essen draußen, da eben nur mit zwei Personen besetzt. Das Essenskonzept für draußen sollte deutlich überdacht werden. Deutlich mehr zweier Tische, Vierertische, eventuell sogar die Terrasse am Schwimmbad benutzen. Es gab einen extra Außenbereich, an dem man nur, wenn man Wein bestellt - kostenpflichtig - diesen benutzen darf. Bei einem so teuren Preis finde ich es eine Zweiklassengesellschaft, dass man nur zusätzlich ne Terrasse benutzen darf, wenn man zusätzlich Geld bezahlt. Außerdem fielen sehr viele Zusatzkosten an, die in anderen Clubs mit dieser Kategorie inbegriffen sind. Ein Aperol Spritz kostet extra, Mojito auch, die Auswahl der kostenfreien, alkoholischen Getränke war auf keinen Fall besser als in anderen all inclusive Clubs. Bei diesen hohen Preisen müsste sich der Club schon im Bereich essen und Getränke abheben. Auch im Sportbereich mussten Surfboards etc. alle gegen Entgelt ausgeliehen werden. Inzwischen gibt es auch sehr viele Clubs, bei denen solche Dinge integriert sind.

- Anna-Sophie (9/5): Sehr zu Empfehlen! - Paar, Anfang September 2025 in Agadir. Das Essen war fantastisch! Waren wirklich überrascht, da es unser erster Aufenthalt in einem Robinson Club war und wir nicht mit einer so guten Qualität für einen "Resort" gerechnet haben. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, beim Abendessen muss man sich schon mal einen Platz suchen, aber em Ende bekommt man immer einen und das Essen und der Service entschädigt dafür. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nix, aber für alle anderen, die für die Nebensaison buchen wollen. Anscheinend ist das Wetter im September in Agadir/ bzw. am Meer aufgrund des Ozeans häufig nebelig. Hatten stets 28 - 30 Grad, aber nie richtig blauen Himmel.

- 702vikkia (10/5): Wonderful - Excellent !!!!!!! We stayed here for a week and had the chilled holiday we wanted. Yes it is a German run hotel and yes 90% of the guest are German, but we are lucky enough to speak a little German. We had no issue with communion with staff or other guests. We never felt left out or side lined because we are English. But I can see why others would have problems, it is not ran for an English holiday and we liked that. We asked for a quite room, which was a good 10min walk from the main hotel, but there is a golf cart that will run you back and forth if you are not up for the walk. Room, it was a wonderful room, clean with sea view, bed was comfy, asked for more pillows and they were bought in under 5 mins. Large bathroom, excellent shower good pressure, good quality towel's and not tiny. Big wardrobes, great makeup/getting ready station. The bedroom staff did a great job, even after being on the beach for the morning, never a trace of sand left in our room. Lots of plug socks and all-in places you need them and usb sockets which you don't always get even in the UK. Food, Amazing food at every meal, hot and plenty of it. We tried new dishes every night, the fruit and cheeses excellent, I would just have liked figs on offer at dinner. We enjoyed the large tables and having other people join you for dinner, we met some real characters, made a few nights very interesting. There are also 2 seater tables if you don't want company. Drinks, cold beer, great choice of cocktails and a fabulous selection of brand alcohol which you payed a little extra for. Evening entertainment was some of the best we have had ever on holiday, The Greatest Show was spectacular, 80's/90's night was so fun. We also liked that it didn't start till 9:45pm you could chill and have a drink in the bar before dancing the night away. Our favourite was Hawaiian night, so much hard work by ALL the staff is put into the evening, a wonderful memory for years to come. The bar staff are 1st rate, my husband never had an empty glass, and as I don't drink they made me some wonderful milkshakes. I used the Spa and it was excellent, clean and well staffed. So peaceful, wish I was there writing this not in rainy England. Out door pool could do with a little heat, but again clean and well looked after. Beach, clean and well watched went down on my own when hubby played golf and felt totally safe. Golf centre, Hubby rented clubs for the stay and played a few rounds, staff very helpful and the price and courses were excellent. The Grounds of the hotel are superb, so well cared for and you could spend all day walking round them. Activities are endless, you will always find something to do, our only bug is that we were not allowed to play boules as a couple out side of the organised activity. We truly had a wonderful week, and will be back again may 2 weeks next year. The only downside was are arrival, 3am after TUI flights late and no shows on buses. The hotel had NO water, coffee, tea, juice or something to nibble eg pastries on offer, we could have had Wine though. Hope they improve this, as the bad start did not reflect the rest of the holiday and the excellent hotel and staff.
- magdag565 (10/5): Great week ! - Wonderful hotel – thank you, Robinson Agadir! We had an amazing week at your hotel! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a light meal in the middle of the night, which was a lovely touch. Check-in was quick, and the transfer to our room was smooth. We experienced a minor issue in our room, which was temporarily resolved, and with the help of the reception staff, we were moved to a new room the next day. The hotel has a relaxing, chill-out vibe. Our standard room in the Casablanca building was spotlessly clean and spacious. The hotel is quite large, so there’s a lot of walking involved, but we didn’t mind—it meant there was always something new to discover. The food was absolutely amazing! Buffet breakfasts offered a wide range of sweet and savoury options. Lunch at the beach restaurant was a bit more basic, but still featured multiple grills, salads, soups, and pizzas. The cherry on top was the beautiful beachside setting of the tables. Dinner was a whole different experience—the variety and quality were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the themed dishes, gourmet plate selections, and the state-of-the-art desserts. The beach was clean, though we felt a few more loungers would be helpful. The swimming pool area (with two and a half outdoor pools) had plenty of loungers and beds. For indoor swimming, there’s a pool located in the spa building. We also visited the spa for treatments—I had a divine full-body massage with argan oil (50 minutes of pure pleasure and relaxation), and my partner enjoyed a hammam session. We felt very welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Most of the guests were from Germany, and the staff primarily spoke German, but we had no issues communicating in English. It was a great stay!
- Sporty_man2 (6/5): spoilt by entertainment etc only being in German - It wasn’t so much a hotel more like a village with 7 accommodation blocks set in a dog’s leg line; must have been ½ mile from one end to the other. Rooms were large with plenty of storage space, loads of plug sockets with a few having USB sockets included. We had requested a ground floor room as there were no lifts and my wife has mobility issues. we had a sunbed on the lawn outside. The door to this area had a safety chain on. Soap, shower gel, dressing gowns and slippers were provided and the toilet rolls were far better the usual stuff you get. There was also a safe. The water in the sink took ages to empty and we reported this to reception and it was sorted out that day. The rooms were cleaned, towels changed and beds made daily. My wife reckons the sheets were changed every day as well. There was a television but the only English channels were BBC News and some other news channel There were loads of sunbeds available round the pool; no need to ‘claim’ them early on. The two pools were a nice depth, they were next to each other but at different levels, the lower one leading to a Jacuzzi. There was also a baby pool. On the surface everything seemed good but it was spoilt by quite a few things. Holiday makers were mainly Germans and announcements, entertainment instructions, DJ’s only spoken in German so English, French or other nationalities including native Arabs had no idea what was going on. Not that the entertainment was much more than modified Disco from what we saw; funnily enough mainly English tracks. It didn’t start until 9-45 so between dinner and then was a bit dead. The days itinerary was on a screen outside the restaurant but we had been there a few days before we noticed it; not everybody has a smartphone which I believe also showed the information on the app. Why couldn’t the information be incorporated onto the television system; other information was routed that way. Managed a game of French Boules on one of the two dedicated areas and also some table tennis. I’m past playing tennis, football and volleyball but the facilities are there. Golf is also available but that might be extra. Aquarobics and other exercise sessions seemed to be the main daytime entertainment. We spent one morning on the beach which was quite an expanse of sand which curved round to the town, again plenty of sunbeds As for the food it was well prepared and presented but not the type of food we enjoy. Breakfast was fine but dinner served up some funny looking concoctions. Usual managed to find one dish we could eat that wasn’t ‘spoilt’ by the relishes they tend to pile on. They put out a lovely cheese board but never any crackers. Fruit was plentiful so we had quite a lot of that. Lunch was not served in the main restaurant but at one near the beach, this was 1/3 mile walk from the pool which was a problem for my wife but she was too stubborn to take advantage of the shuttle service which was available. The equipment in the gym was fantastic only problem was insufficient A/C but taking off your shirt was not allowed. The staff were really lovely, always willing to help
- TABIRD (10/5): Holiday here for a superb experience - This is a large hotel complex situated right on the beach in Agadir. We are stying in a room in a block with a side sea view, this is a stunning view. The room is large with a very large balcony. It is very clean and serviced everyday. It has a fridge that is essential for all the water you will drink. The catering on the all inclusive is excellent with a wide choice, with many live cooking stations. The bars are welcoming with many areas to sit in or outdoors. As a coeliac I found it easy to meet my dietary needs with of course the usual restrictions that come with the disease wherever you go. The staff are superb at every level. Stop is to check the Robinson app before you pack. Many of the themed activities have dress codes. The entertainment is of a very high standard.i especially enjoyed the moulin rouge night. A couple of improvements, especially for the British tourist, would be tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, or the option to rent them. It would also nice to have loungers on the large balconies. I highly recommend holidaying here. I will plan to return next year.
- 727timb (4/5): A bit of sun - We booked this holiday via easyJet. Flight time is good Agadir airport staff like to check your passport a few times. We paid a bit extra for the taxi to the hotel which is good as it only takes 30 mins and you get to see the town. We got to the hotel around 11.30 in the morning so the flights there and back are good. You have to pay a daily tax while you stay there. Our room was on the second floor. Very nice and clean and good views. The lunch restaurant is quite a walk so be prepared to do this every day. It’s down by the beach. The hotel has an academy so there are lots of staff. The gardens and rooms are very well kept and these staff work very hard. Things to be aware of. Staff eat at the same time as paying guests so you need to get to all the restaurants on time or you have to share a table with other guests. The food is very nice. The restaurant at evening meal time is like being on the London Underground. Run to find a table the get rude other guests barging into you. The restaurant staff won’t bring you any water unless you ask. The tables aren’t cleaned very quickly so people can’t use them. The evening entertainment is ok. If you want to go to the barbecue then you have to pay and extra 30euros each With all the staff you see running around you would expect some service to your tables or when you are at the pool and beach. This doesn’t happen. They seem to take ages to clear away used glasses from the tables around the pool. There is a fridge in the room and you get one bottle of water when you arrive. Would be nice to have it topped up daily. You can have a kettle but have to hire the cups. We did see one member of staff feeling help him self to ice cream using a spoon putting it in his mouth and number of times and back in the ice cream. On the last day we were told by the manager to use the hand sanitizer as there is a bug going around. Mmmmm can’t think why when you see this. This in my opinion and others have written the same isn’t an English friendly hotel. Sorry to say we can’t recommend this hotel to our family and frienand won’t return. Remember to turn off you data roaming on your phone

- Jorge (6/5): Bonita, mas desagradável de modo geral. - O hotel era muito bonito, a piscina exterior era gigante e estava tudo muito bem cuidado, tanto os jardins como todas as outras zonas do hotel. A comida era de fraca qualidade. Na verdade das piores que já vi e comi em hotéis deste preço. Fui para o Robinson porque vou frequentemente para Cabo Verde para o Robinson, onde a comida é muito bem confeccionada, porém em Marrocos não teve nada a ver. Comida fraca, apenas 1 variedade de carne (quando havia) e apenas 1 variedade de peixe. Existe também muita falta de higiene, a fruta está na parte de fora do hotel, cheia de moscas, como o melão partido, sentes bem que estás em Marrocos. Os funcionários não querem saber. A mesma coisa com as pizzas, fazem 1 ou 2 pizzas de cada vez para uma fila enorme de pessoas, o que dá uma espera terrível na fila. Também existem carros para nos transportar dentro do hotel, porque a distância até ao local de almoço é bastante grande, porém apenas existe 1 ou 2 carros em circulação, pelo que é comum esperar 20 minutos (ou mais) sempre que nos queremos deslocar. Por vezes, nem sequer aparece (também aconteceu chamar e ele não aparecer sequer). Resumindo e concluindo, não recomendo.
- R8125EZvictord (10/5): The people who made our vacation unforgettable - Our vacation at Robinson Agadir was good overall, but it truly became an amazing experience thanks to two incredible people: Fabi, who is in charge of the shows, and Nouhaila concierge. They both went above and beyond to make our stay special. My wife and I spent great moments with them, we learned a lot, and they helped us discover more about the place. Without them, our vacation would have simply been "good," but with them it became "excellent." They created what in tourism is often called the "wow effect" - those extra touches that transform a trip into something unforgettable. While we did notice some weaknesses in the animation team - it sometimes felt more focused on sports than on creating fun and lively moments - Fabi and Nouhaila made the animation side so much better. Thanks to their energy, kindness, and professionalism, our vacation was not just enjoyable but truly memorable. We sincerely hope that more employees can follow their example, because people like them are the reason guests return. Robinson Agadir should be proud to have them on their team.
- Alexander (10/5): - Die Anlage liegt sehr schön und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und kompetent ! Das Essen ist hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich !! Das Surf and Turf Dinner war famos !! Die Motto Abende sind sehr gelungen und die Shows ebenso. Das Wellness und Spa Angebot ist sehr ausgeprägt und wird äußerst professionell durchgeführt ! Auf der Straße, vom Eingang hinunter zum Strand, haben die Autos der Gäste immer am Gehsteig geparkt ! Das war unangenehm ! Es ist schon sehr seltsam, daß Reisegepäck nur von 7-24 Uhr zu den Zimmern gebracht und abgeholt wird . Wenn man um 03.00 in der früh pro Person 30kg , ca 700m bergauf transportieren muss, ist das nicht besonders gästefreundlich !

You do have to take a taxi to others. Food was fantastic with excellent variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surf instructor deserves a special mention as he was fantastic with my 6 year old son. Coffee could do with upgrade. It’s really not good especially when everything else is so nice. Buy some nespresso machines !!! Possibly longer time for kids club. 2 hours does not give enough time to do anything.

Geräumige Zimmer sogar mit Blick aufs Meer ohne Extrakosten. Kleinigkeiten sind mir aufgefallen. Teilweise gibt es zu wenige Gläser oder Teller, so dass man bei den Mahlzeiten darauf warten muss. Gebühren für viele Sportarten oder Extraaktivitäten, zB Anmietung von Schlägern fürs Paddle Tennis etc. (Muss man sich davor informieren falls einem wichtig ist, dass das All inklusive ist).

- Sabine (10/5): - Wir waren das erste Mal im Robinson. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage war sehr ansprechend. Das Zimmer groß genug und schön. Das Personal mehr als zuvorkommend. Bei der Überraschung für den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes wurden verschiedene Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Es war alles hervorragend.

- Monika (10/5): Brilliant family holiday at Robinson Agadir - Robinson resorts never disappoint. We spent 10 days with our teen children in Agadir resort and had a great time. Food as always was delicious, gym facilities and classes were brilliant. The easy access to the beach made huge difference; we were jumping waves daily. There were lots of loungers and the pool was good too. The staff on reception, the bell boy, the cleaners, the main bar staff, the class teachers and the chefs were all amazing. Le Taj bar staff seemed always grumpy but maybe it was the weather. We took a couple of trips to Crocodile Zoo, Paradise Valley and camel ride and loved them all. All in all a great holiday. All was great.

Comme souvent les gens se ruent pour mettre leurs serviettes sur les transats à 7h du matin donc pas de place ni à la piscine ni à la plage pour se poser après cette heure là. Activités souvent complètes plus de 24h avant. Il faut donc prévoir son programme bien à l'avance...

- Sunshine25625714136 (10/5): Amazing hotel - Wow, what an amazing place to stay, there is everything you need at this hotel. It is very clean and friendly staff. The food was lovely. I am coeliac and need to maintain a strict diet. The head chef, Zahra advised me on what food I could eat and prepared a seperate desert for me every evening for me after dinner. The entertainment was very well planned and varied. I especially liked the fire entertainer Ayoub and Zakaria the acrobat for their amazing contribution to the entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be going back this year
