- Nicole (6/5): - Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen tolle Lage – aber insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und bemüht – daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Auch die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wirklich wunderschön und verleiht dem Club seinen besonderen Charme. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass hier viele Kinder willkommen sind – wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird diese nicht immer finden und sollte sich nicht beschweren, oder sich ein adults only Hotel suchen!! Als Robinson-Reisende war ich dieses Mal jedoch insgesamt enttäuscht. Die Zusatzleistungen entsprechen längst nicht mehr dem Standard, den man von Robinson erwarten würde. Es gibt mittlerweile zahlreiche Alternativen, Angebot und Qualität deutlich überzeugender sind. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert und das Konzept überdacht werden.
- Sophie (6/5): - Wir sind als Familie mit einem 1 Jährigen Kind gereist. Zuerst das Positive: - Die Anlage ist traumhaft gelegen an der Bucht mit direktem Strandzugang und einem tollen Hausriff. - Das Personal ist so unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. - Gutes Essen mit guter Qualität. - Sehr gute Sauberkeit. - Gewohntes Robinson Sportprogramm. Kursangebot im Vergleich zu anderes Clubs jedoch reduziert. Negativ: - Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. - die Preise für alkoholische Getränke sind wirklich unverschämt. Z.B kostet ein Aperol Spritz umgerechnet 17€. - man muss mittlerweile fast für alles extra zahlen. Sei es Padeltennis oder der uralte Billardtische im Barbereich - für uns allerdings das Negativste war das übrige Publikum. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach nur Pech. Aber so etwas kinderunfreundliches habe ich noch nie bei Robinson erlebt. Wir wurden mehrfach blöd angemacht, weil unser Baby sich teilweise wie ein Baby verhalten hat (gequengelt, vor Freude gejuchzt, geweint). Man hat sich richtig unerwünscht gefühlt. Zudem sind mehrfach Leute beim Essen in einen reingelaufen oder haben einen angerempelt. So als wäre jeder etwas Besseres. Vor allem 50+. Robinson ist für uns eigentlich als Familienclub bekannt. Es gibt so viele Adults only Hotels mittlerweile, dass wir dieses Unverständnis gegenüber Babies/Kindern nicht nachvollziehen können. Insgesamt passt unserer Meinung nach das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht.

Das Essen war sehr gut, aber mehrere Personen beklagten in diesem Urlaub Magen Darm Beschwerden. Es war noch keine Feriensaison, daher war es für Kleinkinder nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Der Robbyclub hat nur einmalig während der Zeit stattgefunden. Die Hotelgäste waren eher Kinder unfreundlich.

Great events and activities organized throughout the week to keep everyone entertained. Also good selection of food and wine. Location was also superb. They’ve got their own private beach that’s got the beautiful water and coral reefs and if you want to dive is also walkable.
- Franz (8/5): - Die Anlage und der Stand sind nach wie vor wunderschön. Es ist ein toller Robinson-Club mit angenehmen Gästen in dem man eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Anlage in einem gepflegten Zustand. Leider hörte die Sauberkeit jedoch im Restaurant auf, was nach unserer Erfahrung nicht "Robinson-like" ist und uns massiv gestört und verärgert hat. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind verreist und mussten jeden Tag feststellen, dass die Babystühle durch die vorhandenen Vögel in den Restaurants mit Vogelkot verdreckt sind und vom Personal nicht gereinigt werden. Auch die "normalen" Stühle im Beachrestaurant und im Hauptrestaurant sind von den Vögeln oftmals verschmutzt. Wenn man hier nicht aufpasst hat man sich schnell die Kleidung verschmutzt, was uns leider mehrfach passiert ist. Des Weiteren haben die Vögel teilweise freien Zugang zum Essen und kosten ebenfalls von den leckeren Speisen. So wird regelmäßig das Gebäck am Frühstück angeknabbert oder von dem leckeren und nicht abgedeckten Müsli probiert. Dies ist in meinen Augen nicht sehr appetitlich und sollte dringend abgestellt werden.

Klingt banal, ist es aber nicht, wenn sich als Familie zum Reden gegenüber sitzen möchte und nicht zwangsläufig mit anderen Menschen reden möchte.

Starting from The reception where Kareem (supervisor) and Abdallah were just great in welcoming us and so friendly. They took great care of us. It felt like coming home. What I love the most about this club is the culinary aspect and especially the friendliness of the people. Aladin, waheed and salah are incredible in the restaurant. Beim Frühstück sind die Schlangen beim Kafffee zu lsng - ein Selfservice Cappu- Vollautomat wäre da sinnvoll. Das Essrn hat gute Qualitöt ist aber zu sehr durchgegart.Natürlich hohe Kunst bei 1000 Gästen aber dass es noch besser geht zeigt Nobilis Service an der Strandbar enorm gut und die Sauberkeit des Sandes stark. Eine Wasserzapfstation die durchgehend auf hat wäre eine Verbesserung. Es geht zwar auch mit der von 1230-1700 aber 24/7 wäre aus meiner Sicht eine Verbesserung. Starke Sportkurse bei Axel und co - Acquafit im 28 grad pool ebenso. Schön wären kurze strechting mobilty kurse zim cool down . 17301800 wie Im Nobilis optimal umgesetzt. Die Parties abends in der Bar waren ganz nett aber das Stimmungslevel rben auch nur nett. Fas gesamte Raumkonzept dort könnte man durch bessere Partybeleuchtung / Lichteffente Umplatzierung der Boxen und nettere Deko/Optik verbessern. Insgesamt Kritik auf hohem Niveau.Das Level hier muss man erstmal erreichen.

- TMausH (10/5): Excellent family resort! - Enjoyed an excellent 6 day stay there over Christmas with the family. We booked this package via our travel agent. Welcome is standard Robinson with a lovely drink and some admin to sort. Rooms were neat and clean and all faced towards the bay (partial bay view) from the balcony. We were in Block B which was close to the main building whereas Block C and D were a bit further away. The hotel was in a marina area with security on the perimeter. It bordered 3 other hotels all of whom share the marina which makes for a evening walk on the broadwalk. The beach area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers thatched roof umbrellas. There is also a swing in the shallow water which makes for lovely photos. Food at the property is interesting with the local chefs putting in alot of effort to make delicious meals for the guests. You have plenty of options to choose from and I have yet to every have them run out of anything. Breakfast is delightful with lots of pastries and cooked items on offer. No pork as expected but nice alternatives in the beef bacon and chicken sausages. Service on the property was charming and friendly. You really get to know the staff over the days as everyone greets you and smiles in keeping with the club feel. Our rooms were well maintained, and anything you need - they take care of for you - you just have to ask. Those who come to Robinson Clubs know what to expect in terms of schedules, dress codes and booking of activities - all in a handy app which we have used in all our Robinson Club visit. Visiting in Dec was a bit chilly with a high of only 21 degrees and a low of 10 yet we still swam, and watched the sunset, and still enjoyed dressing up for dinner and watching the shows by the pool and in the theatre. Bring a jacket / shawl for the breezy nights. There are some vendors in the bazaar area where you can get your hair done, purchase souvenirs and get photographs. Even a store which sells replica goods which it seems many guests enjoy! The tours they had on offer were also good. We did a desert tour to El Gouda with a dinner in the desert which was really lovely - the operator they partnered with (Gazelle Crossing) is excellent. The Cairo pyramids tour was also good although a very long day (with a dinner plate sent to your room given you miss the evening meal). Kids also did a snorkel trip in the bay with the hotel (goes out every day) which was simple and easy which they thoroughly enjoyed. This was a good resort for us as we enjoyed the ‘for all’ concept which meant guests of all ages and enough activities and friends for my teens. It is a German focused resort hence the skew is German, but me as an English speaker had no issues at all. We look to be back in the spring when the weather is a bit warmer and we can take up kite surfing! Things to know - the club runs it own timezone, 1 hr ahead of Cairo time, took a day of missing activities and tee times to figure this out - book massages early where possible - meals can be communal (tables of 8 are normal) so be friendly, guests all know this and are friendly - drinks are not included other than at meals - pool is GLORIOUSLY heated during the cooler season - walking to the marina takes about 10-15 minutes and is a safe and easy walk

Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Neben einem vielseitigen Sportangebot & Wellnessangebot sind die Musicals & generell das Engagement des Entertainment Teams hervorzuheben. Wir haben sehr nette Bekanntschaften geschlossen und wären sehr gern länger geblieben. Daher kommen wir definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Robinson Team vor Ort.

Beach, Clean, stunning views, and almost enough sun beds, Note most beds normally have towels on them by 08:00 then sit empty for most of the day. Sundowner bar is the place to be in the late afternoon, cold beers, good music …. Entertainment: Very good indeed … Diving: Local sites are overdived, They are still good, but don’t expect to see anything other than small fish ( local reef had 13 dive boats on a 500m long reef on 9 November) Overall, it’s ver very good, but it’s also pretty expensive …

We relaxed by the pool and had drinks in the bar enjoying live music and entertainment in the evening. All staff have been very friendly and accommodating.Special shout out to Alaa & Shaad in the restaurant who was so warm and attentive and to the bar staff.The weather was perfect.Food variety excellent and well presented. Definitely value for money and we would certainly come back.we have loved our lovely relaxing holiday.

- Moritz (10/5): - Das Hotel ist allem in allem gut. Die wassersportmöglichkeiten des Hotels (inklusive) sind top für windsurfen und Katamaran segeln. Das Wassersportpersonal ist super insbesondere Salah als Surflehrer. Es gibt verschiedene Boards und Segel in verschiedenen Ausführungen und Größen und in einem guten Zustand. Viele vom ägyptischen Personal sind richtig freundlich und fit, vor allem Aladin im Hauptrestaurant. Manche Köche, die Showkochen, könnten auch freundlicher sein. Da gibt es große Unterschiede. Das Essen ist vielfältig und sehr lecker. Es gibt auch eine gute vegetarische und vegane Auswahl. Manches auch Gluten frei. Die Getränke gegen Gebühr z. B. Cocktails sind bestenfalls okay, vor allem bezüglich der Preisleistung. Der Strand ist sehr schön und das Personal dort auch sehr fit. Wir haben einen Ausflug über robinsonaden gemacht, welcher nicht billig war. Der Ausflug mit Mahmoud war jedoch richtig super und top organisiert. Wir haben wären unseres Aufenthalts Feedback an das Hotel gegeben und es wurde direkt auf das Feedback eingegangen. Wirklich toll.

The beach is beautiful and quiet .. the food is top quality .. the room is super clean .. the location of the resort and its layout and landscape are wonderful .. there are so many different activities to enjoy day and night .. the restaurants are spotless .. - Tamara (4/5): We will not return!!! - We (a family of 4) will not be going back and so we share here our overall experience: Positives: Outstanding Egyptian staff (waiters, house cleaning, doctors, all very good). A beautiful beach. Management dedication to evening variety. Negatives: "All inclusive" is misleading for those used to all-inclusive: drinks are NOT included and beware of their cost (adds another 20% to bill). Hobbycats are included but the wind is so strong staff do not allow them to be used (what is the point? good advertising? a few lasers could be used). Diving is not included either and the instructors are far from the best. Swimming pool far too small and permanently overcrowded for a resort of this standing. All the buildings are shabby; Windows don’t close properly. Moving furniture every morning - very noisy, so forget about quiet lie in! Food: abundant but low quality: sadly overcooked (hard) meat and fish. Couscous and lentils were undercooked. The wine served with meals is low quality, which encourages guests to buy better quality wines. Check-in: Lengthy check-in with no explanation. No orientation whatsoever on arrival Language: Everything is in German with zero translations (ever) and zero effort to be inclusive. For a family used to travelling internationally, this was quite an experience in exclusion! We will not return.

- Martin (10/5): Toller Club mit super Wassersportcenter - Toller Club - Essen, Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, Sport- und Unterhaltungsangebot vom Feinsten. Wassersport-Center ist ne Wucht. Super schöner Strand mit klasse Ausblick für den Sundowner. Man merkt, dass hier ganz viel Herzblut drinsteckt, fühlt sich immer an wie zu Freunden zurückzukommen. Wenn es voll ist (in aktuellen Corona-Zeiten März 2021 nicht zu erwarten), jedoch wenig Abstand zu anderen Gästen, Restaurant und Strand eher knapp dimensioniert. Und zu Corona: Positiv: Masken werden konsequent getragen, auch für Gäste im Restaurantbereich Pflicht. Mitarbeiter des Hotels dürfen nur nach 4-tägiger Quarantäne im Hotel arbeiten. Wäre eigentlich ein Musterhotel und ganz klar zu empfehlen. Umso unverständlicher, dass man Abends die Bar öffnet und sich da alle Gäste ohne Maske stundenlang unterhalten können, tanzen können, ... - das trübt den tollen Eindruck gravierend, das macht die sonstigen Massnahmen zur Farce. Das kenne ich aus anderen Clubs nicht, dort wurde mir bisher lediglich auf dem Clubplan gezeigt, wo sich mein Zimmer befindet. Der Club wird professionell von Olli geführt, er ist unaufdringlich jederzeit präsent, vom Essen und der Sauberkeit war ich angenehm überrascht. Die Veranstaltungen lassen keine Wünsche offen und die Anlage ist herrlich gepflegt. Ich kann den Club unbedingt empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Strand. - Ein faszinierendes Korallenriff ist vorgelagert und in der Nähe der Bucht liegt eines der schönsten Unterwasserreviere der Welt. Komplettes, umfangreiches Angebot an Sport, WellFit, gehobenem Entertainment und einer exzellenten Küche.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Partywoche (Deep Red) im Club mit vielen Partyangeboten. Leider viel dafür der Galaabend aus. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Club mit vielen Möglichkeiten und sehr gutem Essen.
- Andre (10/5): - Tolles Resort, unglaubliches Sport- und Aktivitäten Programm sowie himmlische Buffet. Für uns verdient das Hotel 5 Sterne. Sehr grosse Anlage und 95% der Gäste sind aus Deutschland. Sehr viele Stammkunden die immer wieder kommen was für diesen Club spricht. Wir lieben eigentlich immer neue Orte zu entdecken speichern uns aber diese Adresse im Hinterkopf.
