• Catherine (7/5): Great rooms but service needs some attention - Fantastic location Beautifully appointed room Breakfast was included with our room however you must allow time as service was slow (only one person working) 25 mins to get a coffee and as food is prepared to order it did take some time to receive food (over 40 mins to get a bowl of yoghurt and a plate of scrambled eggs. There were only 3 tables occupied in the room. Also our suite had a corner jacuzzi bath. When it was full i jumped in and switched the jets on only for black mould to come shooting out of the jets and completely cover me. It was not a pleasant experience. I informed reception but nothing was done during my 4 night stay.

• Pamela (10/5): Excellent hotel in the ideal area! We loved everything about this hotel and you must go to the rooftop to enjoy the vie - I liked everything about the property! I would definitely come back. The hotel is located in Navona Square in front of church. The rooftop view is majestic! The room was bigger than I was expecting. Comfy bed, extremely modern. The only negative was the church renovations. Besides that, nothing else.

• Thomas (10/5): A truly memorable stay in a truly incredible property. - This is probably the best property and experience I have ever had. The location is absolutely phenomenal. Our suite overlooked Piazza Navona and the four rivers fountain. Despite the activity in the Piazza, our room on the second floor was very quiet. The building is the former home of a Spanish noble family, ca 1440. An incredibly memorable experience. Absolutely nothing.

Very convenient accommodations all around. There is a roof top bar with magnificent views of Piazza Navona and Bernini’s fountain . There is no access by car to the hotel, so dragging suitcases through piazza Navona is inevitable .

Some things didn’t work like the lights in the shower but not enough to distract from the overall stay. Might have been nice if the roof bar was open for longer.

• Andrew (9/5): An enjoyable stay in a wonderful property - It is a lovely boutique hotel in a fabulous location. The staff are fantastic, courteous and helpful. Our room “Fantasia” was well furnished and very comfortable. We ate breakfast, daily, in the 5th floor dining area and really enjoyed the various dishes we tried. The WiFi in our room was patchy and unreliable. We felt it could benefit from a strategically placed booster.

This room was unbelievable — the view from the room was simply breathtaking and I think one of the most rarest in Rome , balcony was directly viewing the middle of piazza navona ,, pictures honestly don't do it justice. The room was spotless, beautiful decor, and so comfortable . Waking up to that view each morning with my espresso in hand was the highlight . Amazing staff very attentive , warm friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated their daily evening complementary sweets and extra help with me at checkout to be settled in my taxi very nice farewell . Highly recommend this hotel worth every penny! Will definitely visit again and refer to anyone visiting Rome. absolutely nothing perfect stay

Spacious, well equipped bathroom, and personal touches in the room. The room was too warm for winter, and even when adjusted, it kept resetting throuought the night.

• Bonnie (10/5): An idyllic location - DEFINITE recommend! - Our location was FANTASTIC! We had not been to Rome before and I took the advice of a travel blogger on this hotel. It did not disappoint. The room was beautiful (each one a little different) and the view TREMENDOUS! Right in the middle of the Square. The location was idyllic, and we were truly walking distance from most things. LOTS of restaurants and shopping right around the square and just felt magical where we stayed. We also enjoyed a beautiful breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city. I would highly recommend.

After our busy days touring Rome, it was so relaxing and peaceful to enjoy a cocktail and the romantic view of The Four Rivers Fountain on the rooftop. Perfect location for visiting The Eternal City.

• Christina (6/5): - Die kleine Dachterrasse der "Präidentensuite" war sehr nett, konnten unser Frühstück dort einnehmen. Restliche Dachterrasse sehr schön mit Blick auf Piazza Navona Lage der Unterkunft perfekt zum Sightseeing. Das Zimmer mit Dachschräge und kleinsten Dachfenstern entspricht nicht meiner Vorstellung einer "Präsidentensuite". Da hilft auch ein Whirlpool im offen Bad wenig. Die Perlatoren der Wasserhähne sollten entkalkt werden, es kam nur wenig Wasser. Es gab u.a. keine Ersatztoilettenpapierrolle. Mußte jedes mal erneut angefragt werden. Der Spender des Duschgels funktionierte nicht. Mußte von uns erst zerlegt und gangbar gemacht werden. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers entspricht in meinen Augen nicht dem Preis. Ledigich die Lage der Unterkunft kann den hohen Preis rechtfertigen.

It was amazing from the minute we stepped into Navona Piazza area where it is located, they received us with Prosecco, they put our bags in the room, the hotel looks immaculate, so quite and so pristine. I loved that they would come every night and leave some amazing dessert in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
