- Enrique (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - Limpieza, servicio al cliente Todo me gustó
- John (10/5): Excellent staff and facility - Very clean and well maintained property Hot tub was recently removed
- Doug (8/5): - location was good for my purposes. I did NOT appreciate having to pay for overnight parking in Ft Stockton Texas!!!! Come on!
Not as good as other Fairfields I have atayed in. Average.
- Perales (9/5): -
- Laura (8/5): -
- Terry (10/5): Awesome stay - Nice size room with a couch!
- Katharina (10/5): -
- Suzanne (8/5): Good location. Pleasant staff. Fee for parking. - Easy freeway access. Property was clean. Great pillows. A parking fee at this property is absolutely ridiculous. There is nothing but flat empty land for a hundred miles in every direction.
- Jerry (10/5): - All ok No dislikes
- david (10/5): -
- janice (7/5): - Yup....way too much noise from the hwy.
Perhaps a room innthe back instead of facing the parking lot....
Next time.
- Yvette (9/5): -
- vernon (8/5): - Great location. Close to gas stations and restaurants. Pillows too soft. Coffee was lukewarm, coffee creamers consisted of milk only.
- Steven (9/5): My go to stay in Ft. Stockton - Great staff ?
- Marc & Rose (8/5): Good facility. Bad customer service. - Clean When my husband and I arrived we were not greeted, and the lady at the register seemed unwelcoming. She didn’t even go over anything about the facility and asked me to place my credit card in the machine without telling me what the charge was for. No explanation about anything. The worst customer service I’ve experienced. When I checked out the next day, another lady at the register was helpful, pleasant and communicated well. I suppose the First Lady had a bad day, but at least TRY to communicate something!
- Shubhra (8/5): Would stay again if passing through. - The room size and space, cleanliness and general order. Breakfast was really bad. Couldn’t get worse.
Paid for parking… weird given there is so much of empty land all around. Kinda not fair.
- Corina (10/5): - Clean, comfortable, but best of all, quiet. They charge $3.00 a night for parking.
- Nien (8/5): -
- Monica (10/5): - Our experience here was awesome. The beds were comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean. The rooms were HUGE,
it was surprising to walk in to all the space. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The total opposite of a hotel we visited earlier in our trip. We arrived late and there was even a McDonalds in the parking lot so we could grab a bite. I really could not suggest one single thing that would have made our stay better.
- HEIDE (7/5): - Location is great and convenient access to I-10. Hotel and rooms were clean Breakfast was very sparse. Did not have flavored cream like the Hilton properties provide.
Also staff upon checking in could not properly explain the additional fee for parking or explain the $25.00 for credit hold
- Greg (10/5): - It was a great place to stay! No complaints!
- Robert (8/5): -
- Teresa Yaneth (10/5): - Todo excelente
- Ashley (8/5): -
- Gary (10/5): -
- Paul (10/5): - Regrettingly, was not much to it like other hotels. How Not much choice at all.
- Juliet (10/5): Great hotel! Perfect layover on our road trip! - The room was large and comfortable! The staff were extremely friendly, especially the woman serving breakfast in the morning. Nothing
- Kevin (8/5): Good place to stay driving through - Clean and comfortable Didn’t have a negative

- rodney (7/5): TV did not work in the room when we called to report it the lady at front desk said she was by herself would look at it - Good location Short staffed . TV did not work in the room when we called to report it the lady at front desk said she was by herself would look at it when she had time. It was already 10 pm after we got back from the downstairs bar and didn’t want to wait all night for her to have time to come up to look at it. Asked for a discount at checkout and was told there was nothing they could do.
- K. (9/5): -
- Timothy (9/5): Had a nice stay - Clean room and comfortable bed No complaints

- Joy (10/5): Great place to stay for a short when doing long drive. - Good property near to freeway None
- stevens276 (10/5): Great Stop On I 10 in West Texas - Great place to stop between San Antonio and El Paso. Right on I10 . Clean and comfy. Friendly staff. Nice free breakfast 🥞 Appreciate the Noon checkout time. Marissa at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Lots of dining options nearby.
- Man Chung Gilbert (7/5): Overall not a bad stay - The front desk lady tried her best to help me locate my booking as I think the system couldn’t find my last name. Afterwards she wanted me to pay full price for the room again but I told her I was charged 2 weeks ago until her manager stepped in to help. I don’t know if I should avoid booking.com or this hotel as I never had such issue when I book with Expedia As mentioned above
- johnsP1475OP (10/5): Great place to rest up during a road trip - Pleasant stop, everything we needed as we traveled cross-country. Beds were comfortable, hotel was well lit, nice and welcoming staff, food was good, everything was up-to-date, and the premises felt well maintained. This helped us rest up for the next part of our journey. Highly recommend.

- stevenrF5715HW (6/5): Absurd “Parking” Charges - Otherwise a very good Marriott property, the $3 per day parking fees are an insult. This hotel is located next to the interstate in a mostly barren area of west Texas, and it shares a huge parking area with other hotels and businesses. The parking fees are a ridiculous form of extortion. And as a Marriott lifetime platinum, I’m calling their corporate over this piracy. It’s not the fee, it’s about what’s right.
- marijke (7/5): I like Fairfield Inns very much for the most part. They have the most comfortable beds and pillows and that means a lot - I informed both the evening and morning staff of a terrible odor in the bathroom and no one offered to remedy or compensate me for it. I only wish there were a gluten free option breakfast item or two
- Campbell (7/5): The bed was too hard - Overall everything was great. The bed was too stiff and hard for my liking. I did sleep but it was not restful sleep
- Allen (10/5): This Fairfield exceeded my expectations and was nice than some I've stayed in in larger cities. - Fort Stockton is in a rather remote location so I was very pleasantly surprised how nice the accommodations. Very clean and appeared to have just been updated or perhaps the hotel was new. Either way, the check in went quickly and smoothly and the room exceeded my expectations.
- Sven (8/5): Preis-Leistung stimmt, Personal top - Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
- Wendy (9/5): Once I got there, it was great. - Everything. The entire place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I will definitely book Fairfield Inn again. My GPS couldn’t find the place because there wasn’t a sufficient address. I-10 service road in Ft. Stockton, TX didn’t work, so I had to call. The staff didn’t know, so they told me the exit ramp number and said it was right behind the only McDonalds in town. I reserved the room through Booking.com so perhaps it would help if they had a more detailed address.

- Yoshimi (9/5): -
- Delayne (10/5): - Large room and great kitchen. Beautiful area to walk in.
- Lou (9/5): -
- Melanie (1/5): Bed bugs - This was my second time staying there. I initially liked that stay until I came home with bed bugs. I end up with bed bugs after staying. Breakfast eggs are runny and had tasted old.
- Tijen (8/5): Good - The hotel is slightly outside the main town of Fort Stockton. The rooms are spacious and comfortable Breakfast was included but there wasn’t not much variety-
- Stephanie (9/5): This was my favorite stay in any hotel at any time! It would have gotten 10 stars if it weren’t for some bogus charges. - I ended up with a large volume of work during my stay. I enjoyed everything about my comfortable room, the desk , and the fitness room, where I got in some exercise.
The breakfast bar was very nice. I especially liked the generous options of nuts that could be added to yogurt, plus wonderful chocolate drops. On the last night, the charges for my stay were changed, with a $90 increase. I asked the wonderful girl at the front desk about it—she was there on day 1 and 2 of my 5-night stay, as well.
She said I owed no additional charges and none should have been added. I told her I would report the complaint to my crefit union. I did, and I was even reimbursed for the additional $20 I was charged on two nights (each) as well as the bogus $90.
- Dorothy (7/5): Was okay.nothing special or outstanding will not stay there again - Clean, easy to locate. They charge extra to park on their property. The charge is per vehicle. The breakfast was mediocre-sausage was tasteless.
- Campbell (10/5): - Room was nice Nothing not to like
- Tyler (5/5): - Good location. Floors were dirty, the shower leaked water all over the floor. On our last night the AC unit stoped working. Called the front desk and they told me that maintenance left already and they were fully booked. The operator said “let me check something” and hung up. Never heard back.
- Joan (8/5): - Nice room, good location for travels
- Lucia (10/5): - We had a nice stay, hotel was very clean.
- Loren (8/5): - Couldn’t find anyone to check us in right away. Made multiple trips to the car retrieving luggage before anyone ever showed up at the front desk.
- Tessa (10/5): - Room updated and clean , staff was kind. The only complaint is the parking fee .
- richard (8/5): - Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly
- Loren (10/5): - Great breakfast staff
- Benjamin (10/5): - Fairly new hotel. Very nice and clean.
- Colleen (10/5): - Great stop on the road and wonderful friendly staff.
- E P (9/5): -

- abraham (10/5): - Amazing experience staff was very kind, and helpful!
- Amie (10/5): - It was a nice stay room was clean
- Kerry (8/5): - Hotel was in good condition but was not as clean as expected.
- Patricia (10/5): -
- Davis (3/5): Bait and switch pricing - Very nice room We booked on the app at 1 price, the lady at the front desk would not give us that price.
Saying that we did not qualify for the rate because we were not on government business, even though we presented our government I. D.
- Bernardo Medina (9/5): Great stay overall - very clean and comfy beds. I could not have an extra bed in the room
- Jeff (10/5): - Very nice and clean!
- Sangsoo (7/5): -
- Tanvir (8/5): - Good place to stay.
- Anne (9/5): Very lovely accommodations. - Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast Paying for parking
- Michelle (10/5): Nice stay. - Clean, quiet, good location.
- Devin (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (10/5): - Ft. Stockton is a way station town. You're driving through to somewhere else basically. There's not much to do for entertainment, shopping of dining overall so you're looking for a place to rest, shower and get ready to get back on the road. I stayed here for four days as my business was in Ft. Stockton. All that said, the Fairfield Inn was so clean, so welcoming, so comfortable. They have the breakfast which totally did Not suck but rather good compared to others I've stayed at. They have this cool little bar to hang out in and all the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There are restaurants close (mostly fast food but go see the folks at "Taco OJ". Fabulous food!! The staff sent me that way, Kudos!
Anyhow, I picked at random for the Fairfield and it was totally the right call. It was a good stay!
- David (8/5): - Well...i liked it ok..but..they tred to charge me a extra fee fot "parking". This is Ft Stockton Texas. How else can you get there by car...and they want an extra fee for "parking"?
- Alicia (10/5): - The property was newer. Nice welcoming lobby.
- Jodi (8/5): I would recommend the Fairfield by Marriott. - We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very spacious, I appreciate that furniture wasn't there just to take up space, we had room to move around and place our luggage, the closet was large and the bathroom was perfect for our family. I thought the breakfast could have been more enjoyable and have more options.
- Lee (10/5): - Clean and friendly, the beds are great.
- Marcelo (6/5): - Great property
- DENNIS (10/5): - 1 elevator was out.
- Michael (9/5): Very nice place to stay. Newer facility and well maintained. -
- Kristin (10/5): - Very comfortable. Quiet.
- Sara (10/5): - Great location
- Ian (10/5): - Quiet, easy check in and check out.
- danieltN120RS (8/5): Parking fees - It was clean but they charge a “parking fee”. Of around 3.00 which personally I don’t think is fair. They don’t divulge that until you check in, and if you cancel the reservation you lose the whole cost of the room sooo gotta pay it
Although I admire the attempt to make 100k extra of pure profit I think a better way is to be upfront and transparent
