- Fernandez palma (10/5): Excelente lugar para descansar. - La comodidad de las camas del hotel es inigualable, tiene una terraza para salir a comer o cenar sin llenar de olor el cuarto. Cuenta con frigobar que si enfria en el cuarto lo cual ayuda demasiado. Nos hicieron resguardo de maletas a medio dia lo que le da un super plus. Tiene una minitienda en planta baja y te ayudan a pedir uber o transporte al aeropuerto. nada

Not what is typical for American dining but excellent for breakfast in Mexico. Many options, attentive staff, and lots of coffee. On previous stays I had experienced a restaurant and bar that no longer operate. The area around the hotel does not provide a lot of options for dining.

- Gadek (8/5): Once I found how to get to the hotel at night the rest was quite rutine. - Good size room, hot water, very nice breakfast. There is a difficult access to the hotel at night because there is not well lit sinage how to exit from the main street to the side street where there is hotel entrance. In the first take I missed it and had to go back and around to finaly figure out how to enter the hotel lobby.

- Paulina (6/5): - El personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza fue muy amable en todo momento. La caldera no funcionaba y por lo tanto no había jacuzzi y el agua de la alberca estaba helada. Tienen una máquina de hielos que es un gran alivio para el calor. La ubicación está muy bien por el precio. Durante mi estadía, la CFE suspendió el servicio por reparación y por lo tanto falló también el servicio del agua, el personal fue muy amable e intentó ayudar en todo momento, sin embargo la CFE no reanudó a la hora acordada el servicio y fue para mí un día perdido ya que no había ni luz ni agua para bañarse):

- Maria (2/5): - Elevator didn’t work and my mom has hard time on stairs and we got sen to 4th floor with no other option it was our only resource because it was late after a long day of flight and it had a bad smell on both rooms and there was insect that they kill on the walls as decoration had AC but didn’t work so it was super hot to be able to sleep good and there was a dirty sock by the bed from last costumer and much more nasty details that I will totally not recommend this hotel!
