Vorallem wenn dann der Zimmerservice nich - Schöner Vierkanthof total in der Natur Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geputzt! Es kann nicht sein, dass man das speziell verlangen müsste! Ein Hotelzimmer muss jeden Tag geputzt werden!!!

Getränkeschränke zur freien Bedienung, angenehme Sitzgelegenheiten im Innenhof - wichtig für den Kaffee am Morgen, das Bier nach der Tour oder das Genießen des Lieferdienstes, der hier auch hinliefert. Zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet und für Radreisende die Möglichkeit die Räder im Schuppen einzustellen - insgesamt eine top Leistung! Keine Punkte
• Mark (8/5): We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad - Ontbijt was goed, ook het gevraagde glutenvrije ontbijt was prima verzorgd! Mooie omgeving met prima wandelvoorzieningen. In de kitchenette was een deel van het bestek niet schoon. Waarschijnlijk hebben de vorige gasten wat bestek niet afgewassen.

• Hope (10/5): - I absolutely loved my stay at Landhaus Goddertzhof. It was convenient to Aachen for CHIO, and I enjoyed my single bed room, clean bathroom, and the kindness of the owners. I am a hot sleeper, used to sleeping in air conditioned spaces, but with the window open I was more than comfortable and also able to see the stars. it was perfect.

• Hope (10/5): - I am thoroughly enjoying my stay at Landhaus Goddertzhof. I arrived late, but the owners made me feel welcome and gave me a way to get my key late in the evening. The room was warm when I walked in, but the window opens and lets in the cool air; I was more than comfortable and I am used to sleeping in A/C. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure, excellent! Great stay. I will be back.

• Ruyts (4/5): Disappointing - Doors can fall in lock. Forgot my key in the room. Couldn’t reach anyone at 22h pm to open room. Was forced to drive back home to Belgium 130km in the middle of the night completely unresponsible exhausted came home. Next day had to drive back to collect my belongings. Called the hosts and rang door bell multiple times but got ignored. Completely shocked cancelled my staying. Extra painful was I booked to visit girlfriend that struggles with PTSD and is in treatment it triggered memories. It was my fault with door key but turned in my worst experience. Will in future book TIN INN in Erkelenz.

Excellent place to get away from it all and have a focused meeting with colleagues. Great service. No A/C which means the rooms are hot and stuffy. Wry comfy bed and pillow.

• Martinschott (10/5): Clearly recommended, again any time! - A quiet place out in a green area, very relaxing. Room size was limited but OK, all very clean. A very friendly team, breakfast with a good choice, each evening (Mon - Thu) a warm meal plus salad and dessert at a very fair price, as the room price is more than fair (especially as room prices in and near Düsseldorf are mostly crazy and over the top during DRUPA exhibition). Clearly recommended! There was nothing I didn't like.

Das haben wir als sehr positiv aufgenommen. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Reichhaltiges Frühstück wurde geboten. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten.

• Nikola (10/5): 10/10 would book again. - I liked everything. The staff was kind and professional, and they spoke a little bit of English; I spoke a little bit of German, and we met halfway. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the food was excellent. The Internet is also great. The only thing you need to remember is that it is located 20 minutes by bus from Erklenz and that there are no buses on weekends. But that is a minor inconvenience. All in all, an excellent stay. And the horses are also lovely to pet. Everything was excellent.

• Erika (6/5): Great place on the right days of the week. - Have stayed here before during the week. The room then was excellent. This time we were a very late booking and were lucky to get a room. It was small. Previously the evening meal and bar were great. No facilities this visit except a good breakfast on Sunday morning. The situation is fabulous. The courtyard is lovely. Staff are very nice. Would stay again but only on nights when more facilities are available. The place closes down at the week end about mid afternoon, so there are no staff or facilities for an evening meal or bar on a Saturday or Sunday. Breakfast was available on the Sunday morning and it was very good. The fee for breakfast does not include tea or coffee. We were charged extra for these, which we found unusual as normally tea, coffee and fruit juice are all included in the breakfast price. The hotel was fully booked , it was sunny and they have a fabulous courtyard. Can't understand why they would not provide bar staff, and an evening meal, instead they provide a list of restaurants nearby. We arrived at 3.00pm and the bar shut just after we arrived this was a busy Summer Saturday afternoon! There was a coffee room in the block we stayed in but lots of guests and too few disposable cups. To be fair they do state the days when they do not offer food/ bar facilities. You just have to remember that!

• Erika (8/5): very good - Breakfast buffet was a good selection of food. Evening meal Mon to Thursday , no choice of meal, just one option, on our stay it was, a serving dish of noodles, another with cooked peppers, another of chicken in white sauce. Self serve. Simple food but excellent, however quite mean with the amount of chicken in the white sauce and customers were trawling the serving spoon through vast amounts of sauce to try and find pieces of chicken. They do provide a list of local restaurants to eat at and the address and phone number of a pizza delivery outlet. At the end of the corridor to the rooms was a small communal room where tea and coffee and a small fridge containing cold alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks could be found. Coffee and tea free. Insufficient paper cups available. Bedroom was large, all very clean, with a good size, well thought out shower room also very clean. Parking was easy and lots of it on site at no cost. On this visit everything was great apart from glitch with evening meal portion of chicken.
