- Brittany (1/5): - It was a very clean, comfortable, family oriented hotel The fact that my floor was full of parents partying, being obnoxiously loud in the rooms and yelling in the hallways, letting the doors slam shut all throughout the night. Front desk was notified twice, told the parents who reported them and then the parents proceeded to talk extremely loud outside my door, purposely keeping my young (4 and 2 year old) awake. This lasted till 3:30am. The parents were aware of my young children as I confronted them at 1am outside my door. Hotel has done nor did absolutely nothing about it. The solution was to move the hockey families from partying in one room to party in another room further down the hallway. Absolutely disgusting behaviors from both the adult parents and hotel staff!

- KDMom3783 (8/5): Enjoyed the breakfast, pool was warm. :) - Breakfast was good. Lots of options and although it was quite busy a couple of the days we were there, things were re-stocked as needed. The pool temperature was pleasantly warm. The pool area was very busy on the days that were there and so it made it very loud. We were hoping to swim more than we did, but not really the hotel's fault, just a function of when we visited I guess. The location of the hotel is a bit out-of-the way as it's on the north end of Regina.

Sad to have confirmation of the pool and hottub being in working condition and operational only to arrive and find the hot tub drained. No warning and no one told us at check in. Hotel was specifically selected for a work trip to accommodate our children. Beds are small, pool towels are extremely small. Housekeeping should refrain from vacuuming at 7 am.

I could see someone had punched the closest door which was poorly repaired. The bed, maybe the pillows or linen had a odour like BO. After they changed the linens I still needed to use linen spray so hid the smell. Time to change the pillows. They do offer a $55 add on to get new pillows!!

I also appreciated the convenient location, ample parking, and the fresh, well-organized breakfast area. Overall, a great experience—clean, comfortable, and supported by an excellent team. I would definitely stay here again.

I would book this location again. We only stayed one night. The parking lot was a little tight. The disabled parking stalls were not wide enough.
