- Georgie125 (10/5): 10 out of 10 -- Fantastisch! - Wirklich alles! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich dennoch die phantastische Beleuchtung, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch im Restaurant. Sehr gemütliches indirektes Licht, wie man es sonst fast nirgendwo antrifft. Auch bei der Einrichtung hat jemand sehr guten Geschmack bewiesen -- die Liebe zum Detail ist überall sichtbar! Die Lage ist optimal -- genau im Zentrum von Lech und dennoch etwas erhöht mit guter Sicht auf das Dorf und die Skipiste. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet, inklusive sehr aufmerksamem und nettem Service. Nichts!

- Steven (9/5): Außergewöhnliche - Sehr warmes, gemütliches Ambiente. Alles sauber und sehr gepflegt, gehobene Ausstattung. Das Personal war durchweg äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, herausragend gut. Zimmer modern ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir waren im Anbau untergebracht, in dem die Zimmer sehr mit schönen Terrassen mit herrlichem Rundumblick in die Bergwelt ausgestattet sind. Wenn es überhaupt einen klitzekleinen Punktabzug geben kann, dann den dass im Zimmer kein Wasser bereitstand, was in der Hotelkategorie Standard sein sollte. Aber das ändert nichts daran, dass das Hotel einfach nur zu empfehlen ist.

I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the thoughtful amenities, including spacious spa area, gym and restaurants, provided, which added to the comfort of my stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The location is also perfect – conveniently close to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

- Nicky (10/5): Exceptional - AMAZING. LOCATION: PERFECT It's always a fight to book the rooms, there are long waiting lists. In high season, íf you get your preferred room, it can only be booked from Saturday till Saturday. The hotel does everything to protect that. They are not flexible at all. With Christmas you're obliged to book two weeks, =one week or a few days for example is not possible. They put you on a waiting list till the last moment, till they find a client for two weeks for example and then they say they are fully booked. Instead of they book your 1 week and get someone else that wants to book the other week.. that's very annoying.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Erste Lage, gute Basis, aber wechselhaft - Die Lage ist in Lech kaum zu übertreffen, das Hotel bietet eine gute Basis für einen erstklassigen Aufenthalt. In den Details ging es leider häufig daneben. Unsere Bewertung hätte auch leicht vier Sterne sein können, aber schlussendlich hat es dann doch genervt, das verschiedenes nicht funktionierte und der Service recht wechselhaft war. Wir werden sehen, was sich mit etwas Abstand bei uns verhaftet und dann entscheiden, ob wir es nochmals probieren.

The owner (who was every day there) and the staff members were super helpful and very friendly. Even though we arrived very late at the hotel , ( 23:00pm ) and the hotel’s restaurant was already closed they arranged for us some dinner to have at the bar upon arrival. Every night at the hotel was something on . From a live band to a pianist the night after. Every afternoon , they had the fireplace on and you could enjoy a nice warm tea from the wonderful herbal tea selection with a piece of fresh baked cake. Excellent breakfast , with fresh fruits, lots of vegan options , fresh bread and delicious croissants, eggs etc . The room was super clean with bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer , coffee machine , mini fridge . The bar place , next to the lobby area was a big surprise. They served very good quality of spirits and very well made cocktails. Excellent location ! Exactly in the middle of the village . Very close to both ski lifts, to shops and restaurants.

The staff in all areas of the Hotel were friendly and Reception staff were very helpful suggesting various local activities. The Hotel exudes warmth and comfort. A very small detail, for us the pillows were too soft!

- Emma-Willcox (10/5): - The location is second to NONE in Lech. The food was so good that I never want to see food again. Just incredible. The spa is beautiful with everything you can imagine from fluffy towels, to drinks, nibbles, amazing showers and a variety of steam/sauna/infra light cubicles etc as well as the standard facials etc. The staff are a joy. Can't say fairer than that!

- Minas (10/5): Eine top Adresse in Lech! Hier stimmt alles. - Dieses Hotel ist Juwel. Es bietet nicht einfach Luxus, sondern stillvollen Geschmack, top Service und beispiellose Gemütlichkeit. Man fühlt isch herzlich willkommen. Es ist nicht riesig und nicht klein. Kurz und gut: Es ist perfekt! Ein Bijoux in Lech. Ein kleiner Mangel, den ich erwähnen möchte: Es bietet keine Privacy im Balkon zu den benachbarten Zimmern. Ein Mangel, der eigentlich leicht zu beheben wäre.

- HIROSHI (10/5): 快適なリゾート！ - 「何もしない」を目的にゆったりと過ごしました。 2食付きプランなので出掛けることなく現地料理も戴けます。スパ、サウナ設備も整っており、リゾートライフをストレス無く満喫出来ます。 レストランだけの利用も多く、料理に力を入れているようです。
- Markus (10/5): Schön - Sehr schön und komfortabel. Super Wellness Bereich, leider ohne Pool. Frühstück und Dinner sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Personal sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert, aber nicht aufdringlich. Zu meinem Besuch waren viel ältere Briten als Gast, dies scheint wohl eher die Zielgruppe des Hotels zu sein.

- Leif (10/5): Ett underbart hotell i en naturskön by! - Ett fantastiskt fint hotell i otroligt vackra och rogivande omgivningar. Fräscht rum med fin terrass med utsikt mot golfbana och alper. Riklig och välsmakande frukost, fantastiska middagar med utmärkt service. Stor vinkällare med engagerad sommelier. SPA och ett litet men fint gym. Ett hotell vi gärna återvänder till!
