• Francisco (10/5): Tranquilidad - El lugar es ideal si quieres tranquilidad. El lugar está muy bien ambientado, el servicio es excelente y el equipo del hotel son muy amables. A 2 cuadras hay una plaza que puedes hacer ejercicio, caminar y trotar. Muy recomendable!

• Joe (10/5): Beyond beautiful - Staff was exceptional. They went above and way beyond our expectations. Room was decorated before our arrival for our honeymoon; candles and flowers everywhere. When we entered the room they had a violin player serenade us. Breakfast was great. Fresh and delicious. 10 stars isn’t enough to express our gratitude for their hotel.

What makes it so special is all the unique, thoughtful touches that you just don't get anywhere else — it feels genuinely authentic rather than just "boutique hotel" aesthetic. Oil and the team are incredibly kind and go above and beyond in ways that feel real, not scripted. The whole experience is small and cosy in the best possible way, and the quality is immaculate throughout. Breakfast freshly made every morning, amazing location, and an atmosphere that's hard to put into words. We didn't want to leave.

• Avinash (10/5): Would definitely stay here again - highly recommended! - Located in a quiet part of the old city but very walkable to various restaurants, bars, night markets, etc. Rooms were immaculate and quite big compared to the rest of our trip. The staff were one of the best parts of our trip and they really go over the top for their guests. They even bought some cake for my girlfriend's birthday which was a surprise for us both! Nothing!

Situé dans une ruelle du centre, peu passante, à proximité des temples et restaurants, la maison a été magnifiquement rénovée. Les espaces communs sont décorés avec beaucoup de goût et les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent de tout le confort moderne. L'équipe est aux petits soins, de l'arrivée au départ. Petit déjeuner à réserver la veille et préparé minute au réveil, tout simplement délicieux. Une adresse possédant une âme où nous reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir !

The guest rooms were unique and I appreciate their attention to details, specifically on special requests. Hotel location was great - away from the bustle of tourist attractions yet close enough to be able to walk to them or take a short ride to. Nearby 7-Eleven and 9 Siblings restaurant (wonderful khao soi) was a great plus! Changing in an out of house sandals were inconvenient but understandable to keep the room/common area clean.

Access in a car can be a bit tricky when you have bags as there is no parking but not really an issue! Nothing :)

The staff is super friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. And the breakfast is simply amazing! In short: everything was just perfect, which makes it easy to relax and just enjoy your holiday. Though the breakfast was truly amazing, we were curious what a Thai breakfast prepared by them would have tasted like :).
