- Nadja (8/5): Vermutlich komme ich wieder - Die Lage ist optimal. Nach 2 Gehminuten ist man an der Lichtentaler Allee und kann wunderbar mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Es fehlt leider ein Restaurant mit Zimmerservice im Hotel. Zum Frühstück durfte der Hund nicht mit, obwohl er in der Lage ist in dem wirklich kleinen Frühstücksraum am Tisch zu warten, wenn man zum Buffet geht.

Der Nachtportier war etwas mürrisch und die Heizung funktionierte leider nicht ausreichend. Zudem gab es nur eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen, was wir als unkomfortabel empfanden.

La situation est parfaite 👍 Je n’aime pas trop la deco, un peu tristounette. Mais attention nous étions dans l’annexe car l’hôtel principal est en travaux jusqu’à 2027. Il manque une Lounge et plus globalement les communs compte tenu du contexte.

Sehr sehr freundliche Menschen. Super Lage. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Ich würde einen Duschvorhang empfehlen. Gebühr für unseren kleinen Hund ist doch etwas hoch.

The main entrance is under refurbishment, hidden by scaffolding and completely inaccessible. There is no notice on the main entrance to say where to find the alternative entrance, nor did any of the locals that I asked know the way.

L’hôtel est en travaux , l’équipe a changé, et la qualité de prestations de service et l’acceuil sont déplorables comparées à précédemment. Il y a également un réel souci au niveau de la communication de l’hôtel quant au fait que tout a changé et aussi ils ne voulaient me donner la chambre suite triple deluxe telle que je l'avais réservée. Il n’est pas normal que j'ai du insisté pour celà alors que c'était stipulé noir sur blanc dans ma réservation. Vivement que le grand hôtel finisse ses travaux et que l'ancienne équipe hôtelière revienne avec son bon accueil.
