Guest Reviews
- Barey (10/5): -
- Barey (10/5): - I thought that Sunni at reception was very nice and helpful.
- Onayemi (3/5): They need to put lifting in the property no parking space - Near the train station Tower is too old
- Craig (7/5): Basic but perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. - The property is clean and the rooms adequate for a one night stay. After reading some of the comments on the message board, I think some patrons tend to have unrealistic expectations, e.g. the property is in London, so it is unrealistic to expect that there won’t be some traffic noise. When I booked the room(s) I specified in the search criteria that I wanted a property that could provide breakfast included; however, this wasn’t the case and this property (I will not call it a hotel, because it isn’t) doesn’t provide breakfast.
- hannah (5/5): Charge a fee if your late - If you like heat this is the place for you -also loads of hot water Paid a fee of £15 for checking in after 11 pm due to train running late - they say they may charge a fee but they actually do charge a fee -also most of the tv stations scrambled -some road noise and carpets on the floor, so bring your slippers
- lee christopher (10/5): - A great room, easy check in, friendly staff as always and a great location, not to far away from the underground station. I have been here a few times over the years and its always been good value for money and may it continue. very good for solo travellers. N/A
- Greg (5/5): Thin walls and tiny rooom - It’s cheap for London
Good hot water The cheap room is tiny, literally couldn’t swing a cat.
Really thin walls and neighbours making noise on all three nights I stayed until I banged on the wall.
- Tony (7/5): Was a polite place - The wifi Location
- Blanka (8/5): Příjemný pobyt - Pohodlná postel Trochu hluk z ulice a špatně odtékají umyvadlo

- Naser (1/5): - Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about my recent stay in your hotel.
First, when I entered the room, I noticed that the floor made a strange noise when I walked on it. Second, the shower was blocked and did not drain properly. In addition, the door was not closing properly, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
Furthermore, at around 5 am, there was a very loud bang coming from the next room. I do not know if this was done on purpose, but it was very disturbing and woke me up.
Because of these problems, I did not have a relaxing stay. My stay was stressful and uncomfortable.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise what compensation or solution you can offer.
Yours faithfully,
N N
- Ann (8/5): Everything I needed for a stay in Cricklewood , close to pubic transport and a excellent little restaurant nxt door - Location , price , and comfortable warm room Room could have done with a bit of redecorating but that didn’t cause any problems for my stay
- Virginia (10/5): Comfortable, friendly, homey - fantastic value - The staff at this hotel are amazing, they couldn't do enough for me. I asked for an extra duvet and extra heater as I get cold. And they were both supplied with a smile. The hotel was warm and cosy on arrival and the central heating came on in my room a bit later so I was as warm as toast. Lovely refurbed shower room. I'd asked for a quiet room and I got one on the side which was great. Everywhere really clean, bed very comfy, I slept really well which is what I needed. Full sized kettle which was nice touch, Yorkshire tea and even biscuits which I hadn't expected. Fantastic value, homey, comfortable. Location is great. On Jubillee line so extremely quick into town. I travelled via Marylebone. I left the hotel at 10.15 and got the 11am train home. 45 mins door to door on a Sunday. Incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel for location, comfort and staff. The decoration of the hotel is tired, which you can see in the pictures, so you know this when you book. It's not a problem. Everything that is important is 10 out of ten.
- Marietta (5/5): - No comments . Early morning too much noisy.....

- Sarah (7/5): -
- Stephen (8/5): Ok - All was well i don’t want breakfast There were bothtals
- Sebastian (6/5): - Im 6,1 and they gave me a room on the top floor
- Neal (6/5): Just an overnight. - The staff member I met was friendly and helpful
The location is excellent with Kilburn Underground, a short walk away, or catch a bus. The hotel is a bit tired and is in need of a lot of TLC.
A coat of paint from top to bottom would be nice.
- PAVEL (6/5): Affordable accommodation in the suburbs. - Grocery store and restaurants are available nearby. Kettle and mugs are available in the room. There is no wardrobe in the room. No air conditioning. Quite a busy street.
- adeh (7/5): It was quite clean , so that's good - Wifi works
- Patricia Alejandra (3/5): Incomoda - Cama cómoda Sucio, no cambiaron toallas ni limpiaban , mala predisposición del personal

- Tom (2/5): One night is enough. Two nights was a struggle. - There was no table or chair in this small room. I was given a very basic fold up chair when I asked at reception. The bed was too small, I'm 6'1" and 80kg. Grotty. See above.
- montserrat (8/5): -
- Callum (7/5): pay for what you get -
- Shaun (3/5): Cricklwood lodge visit - Ideal location to commute Single bed.
Small box room. Approx 1 1/2 foot space between bed & toilet
Divan bed full of stains.
Tv too small for the distance to bed
Not the room I booked.
