• Randy (9/5): Very nice place, decent location & a good value. - I really like “Vinny” at the front desk. Very helpful. Room was good & it seemed to be fairly priced, we always had room to park the car & didn’t have to park on the street. I would like just one more towel per day. We had a clean towel every day but sometimes needed a little more. They offer fruit & yogurt w/toast for breakfast & the portions are a little on the skimpy side. All in all, we liked it well enough to extend our stay a few days!

Quiet, clean, with very friendly staff who had good recommendations for trips and prepared a simple but good breakfast for us. I would happily return for a couple of nights.

Y la cercanía a Paseo Montejo y el centro de Mérida Falta un poco más de mantenimiento al hotel y que tengan un poco más de cuidado en la limpieza de sábanas de los cuartos

Di conseguenza, l’ambiente risultava molto buio. Il bagno era estremamente piccolo e datato, con una doccia dotata di tendina che causava la fuoriuscita di acqua a ogni utilizzo.
• Cristina (8/5): Soluzione comoda e completa, vicina al centro, perfetta per un on the road - Il parcheggio davanti all'hotel e all'interno della struttura, coperto e controllato. Il personale gentilissimo, zelante e disponibile. La colazione inclusa, con una buona offerta. La posizione comoda al centro, che abbiamo preferito raggiungere in macchina, ma che era effettivamente molto vicino a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto problemi per il rumore, anzi. Quello temo che sia più un problema che dipenda dagli ospiti. Rapporto qualità-prezzo per una notte è ottimo. L'unico neo è che il parcheggio coperto interno è proprio davanti alle camere, quindi non è granché aprire le tende della stanza, sia per l'impossibilità di cambiare aria se non con quella del posteggio, sia per la vista, che non ha privacy.

• Angela Michelle (9/5): - Me gustó mucho que todo el personal es amable y empático. Les comenté una situación de mi itinerario por la que requería estar la mayor parte del día en mi habitación y organizaron todo para que yo fuera primero en la limpieza y así pudiera permanecer en ella. Algo más que me gustó, fue la ubicación, ya que todo está muy accesible desde ahí: la ruta del aeropuerto del va-y-ven (a 2 cuadras); restaurantes, cafeterías, estaciones de otras rutas del va-y-ven y el Paseo Montejo y sus museos. Una desventaja es que el hotel no cuenta con planta de luz, lo cual hubiese sido de mucha ayuda durante el apagón en Mérida en septiembre del 2025, y que el internet no es muy rápido.

Pour les claustrophobes ce n'est pas l'idéal. Non spécifié donc quelle ne fut pas notre surprise à l'arrivée. La toute petite ouverture de la salle de bain donne sur un couloir ouvert au-dessus du garage. Le petit déjeuner se compose d' une petite assiette de fruits, 2 toasts, une portion de beurre et une de confiture. Thé café lait, jus d'orange certainement industriel.

It is a small charming hotel. The pool is nice, but rigth next to the breakfast area. Good location (10-minute walk to downtown, with a lot of options for restaurants and shops). It is a good cost-benefit hotel. Air conditioning not available in external areas. Bathroom installations could use a renew.

• grant (10/5): Great staff, good location and a comfortable walk home after dark, one of our best value for money stays - Wonderful arrival experience thank you Gabi. Car parked in secure undercover location then lots of smiles and information at reception with great english. Personal guide to the room. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, facilities had everything you need. Breakfast was simple, personally prepared fruit with yogurt and granola followed by toast. Self help to coffee and OJ. All we needed and very good. I like a coffee machine/kettle/microwave in the room for my coffee addiction, sadly not there and the only suggestion for improvement.

• OMAR (6/5): - El hotel está bonito,una mezcla de tradicional y moderno, detalles en sus adornos, bien pintado , y limpio, pero Nos dieron la habitación 102, habían insectos, demasiados mosquitos de alcantarilla, el marco de la puerta del baño,por dentro, ya la humedad hizo estragos en la madera, está desvaratandose, ya tiene polilla, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos mandaron a la 210, mucho mejor habitación, sin tanto detalle, por cierto, de preferencia dejar una dos toallas extras, solo te dan dos pza, pero siempre se usa una extra al bañarse al otro día, y No usar la mismande un día anterior. Fuera de eso detalles, el desayuno que incluye, aunque sencillo muy bien, se agradece ese detalle y atención.

• Miguel (10/5): BEST Hotel for the money! - Staff provided excellent service. The room was clean and roomy & comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The WiFi was excellent. I was impressed because I’m a remote worker & rely on good quality WiFi. The TV wasn’t large, but that was fine with me. I’m not much into watching TV when I’m vacationing anyway. The bathroom was huge and had clean towels. There were no toiletries like shampoo or body wash. I brought my own anyway, so no worries there. The location was excellent in that it wasn’t in a noisy location. The breakfast was very good too. I’ll definitely be back!

Not a good option if you intend to spend a lot of time at the pool as it is in the entrance of the hotel and not much space around it (only one lounge chair).

• Jonathan (4/5): Hotel is dilapidated - The location was good and easy to walk to the city center. There are plenty of food places around. The hotel is dilapidated and no longer a three star as indicated, or like the photos. We had two rooms, one double and one twin room. The lights in both rooms were dark, airconditioning was old and half functioning, bathrooms looked very old, water didn't drain from showering producing a damped and smelly air, the toilet in the other room wasn't flushing properly, windows had no simple grid for mosquitos and there were many in the place. The pool which is outdoors not indoors is not one to swim in because the water is old and it is not being refreshed no mechanism is built in for it. Your room was cleaned depending on how busy the single house maid would be. One night before we left for the next city on our trip the receptionist came and asked if we still needed the twin room because there were other people he wanted to (double) rent it to... Wouldn't stay here again.

• ileana (4/5): Sólo para una noche - El personal del hotel muy amable y el lugar está relativamente cerca de la avenida Paseo Montejo. Sin embargo, este lugar parece más bien un motel, tiene dos pisos, es un lugar muy ruidoso, todo se escucha: las personas caminando y hablando en el pasillo, los portazos de los coches, las camaristas del hotel pasando, etc. Yo incluso escuchaba perfectamente bien al señor de la habitación de al lado. Yo lo escuchaba bostezar y roncar; parecía que estábamos los dos en la misma habitación. El estacionamiento está enfrente de las habitaciones. Olía muy mal el hotel, como a alcantarilla. La piscina no se ve limpia. El baño de la habitación olía como a baño público y no me sentí cómoda bañándome descalza en la ducha, tuve que usar chanclas. Entraba toda la luz por las dos pequeñas ventanitas que tenía la habitación y no podía dormir, no tenían cortinas esas pequeñas ventanas. Yo no lo recomendaría a mi familia ni a mis amigos. Pero bueno, es económico y uno obtiene lo que paga.

Es un hotel pequeño y muy bien decorado y adaptado, ya que era jna casa antigua de Merida. La alberca estaba muy fría pero es por la epoca.el desayuno muy basico pero para nosotros estuvo ideal.
