- Brenda (10/5): Very much enjoyed my stay, front office attendant was very friendly and helpful. - Location made it very convenient, on site restaurant with breakfast buffet as well as other food near by. shopping centers, air conditioning and pool made the stay very nice .
- Devri (6/5): Its a clean hotel in a convenient location. Its fine for a one night stopover. - Very clean room in a convenient location with good, free parking. The room is very dark. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Also the toilet area is a bit small and there is very low water pressure in the shower.
- Yurenia (8/5): Very good -
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (8/5): Good Place to spend a night - Easy access from the main road in Tuxtepec. Comfortable, good air conditioning.

- VIAJERO1 (8/5): HOTEL EN TUXTEPEC REMODELADO - UN HOTEL MUY BIEN SITUADO DONDE NO HAY CASI HOTELES DE MARCA MUY LIMPIO RECIEN REMODELADO Y EL ESPACIO MAS AGRADABLE Y RECONFORTANTE ES SU ALBERCA
- Judy (6/5): Ask for room away from the road! - I gave this motel a lower rating because our room was near the road and the road noise was terrible. On top of that, they were doing some renovation work on some of the rooms so there was noise when they were working. My husband was ill so he didn't want to go through the trouble of asking for another room and moving. Plus, we always travel with ear plugs and a white noise app on our cell phone.
- Ana (6/5): Buena ubicación - Los cuartos necesitan mas ventilación. Y cambio de algunos muebles mas confortables
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excelente atención, personal servicial y cortes. La comida en su restaurante es sensacional.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Buena estancia - Todo muy bien.
- Gregsoucy (8/5): Was easy to find and comfy bed - We were on our way back from Jalapa de Diaz and found this gem! The restaurant has great food had dinner and breakfast! Clean comfortable rooms and very accommodating staff! For dinner we had local Mexican platter and some wonderful soup...
- shoshiety (6/5): Clean comfortable and quiet with good service - Perfectly comfortable and clean hotel for a color table overnight stay after emerging from a 3 week stay in the countryside. Nothing fancy, but definitely a clean and maintained albeit dated hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. The value of a simple room at $580/night is about what one should expect for a large hotel with a personalized attention feeling and a decent restaurant onsite. They have a bunch of services too, like a pool and gym, though I didn't check them out. I'd recommend this place, although I've never stayed or looked into other places in Tuxtepec. Normally, I'd rather stay at a slightly more charming or smaller establishment, but was perfectly content with the hotel for one night before hopping on the bus first thing in the morning. I couldn't find any decent breakfast places around the ADO bus terminal, so would recommend eating breakfast at the hotel instead, but just leave plenty of time to eat since the service is a little slow.
- Feuerspatz (8/5): Decent stay on the road to Oaxaca - We stayed there twice driving to and back from Oaxaca. The hotel is nothing special but clean and fine for a one- night stay at an acceptable rate, just a bit basic. It's probabely the best you can get in the area with parking place in front. The rooms lacked a real window and we had to negotiate at both stays to change the loud room given us first facing the main road to something quieter, although we had already requested this in our booking. But changing was easy and the restaurant is quite good, offering a variety of local specialities. The hotel is located across the main road from a big supermarket and is within walking distance to the center. During our first stay we found Tuxtepec as a surprisingly lively town with a lot of Shops and nice food places. On our return, a Sunday, the town was however ghostly quiet. If ever returning, we would probabely stay again, but avoid a Sunday night. Breakfast is not included, however the various local breakfastt options at the restaurant are worth trying. And we found portions big enough to be shared for to persons.
- Subdeanery (2/5): Poor business practices - Book hotel online. Upon arrival, no pool as advertised on line, being remodelled. The front desk did not have a record of my confirmed Travelocity reservation. Room is good and comfortable. When we ate lunch in the restaurant, the food was good but expensive. When I asked for the bill, I was presented with a bill with lines for my room number, signature and printed name. I filled it out with a tip. The waiter accepted it. 5 minutes it's later a waiter came to my room demanding cash instead. I paid. I was totally the front desk, but they, while friendly, we're utterly clueless. They couldn't understanding what my problem was. I wonder if I'll be charged again at check out? Very weird, I've never seen this before, being shaken down for cash! Beware!
- AngelM211 (10/5): Very good experience - My wife and I spent a couple of days in this hotel during one our our trips to Mexico. The city has a small town feel, although it seems to be a small bussiness hub for local commerce within the state. Overall, the hotel provided us with a very good experience. The rooms had been recently remodeled. The AC was excellent (we traveled in the summer and it is quite hard to find good AC in this part of the country). The restaurant had very good, authentic food, and the prices were very affordable. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.
- vmilman (6/5): Decent hotel in Tuxtepec - I spent a a few days here while on a visit to the local University (which is quite something, by the way). Tuxtepec is a rather terrible place itself, nothing much to see or do. On the plus side, it feels rather safe. Don't expect people to speak English, though. They are very friendly, but you need at least basic Spansih. This hotel was a pleasant surprise - well organised, clean rooms and general areas. There is even a small fitness room and a small swimming pool. Breakfast is OK, but in general the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service and quality. Oh, whatever you do - don't order coffee. Fresh orange juice is a much better option.
