Terrible customer service experience. The faulty door lock enabled wild monkey to enter and roam through our room. The staff left the doors open during our absence with our belongings inside. Hotel didn’t propose any kind of compensation (we had to contact booking), and did not even clean the room properly.

- Patricia (10/5): Vom ersten Moment Erholung! - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Blu Monkey. Es ist ein besonderer Ort, der direkt zur Entspannung einlädt. Es sind die kleinen Dinge, die hier entscheiden, wie z.B. die wunderschöne Vegetation, die Musik… Es war nicht alles perfekt, aber perfekt für uns! Das gebuchte Zimmer hatte nicht 2 verbundene Schlafzimmer, wie erwartet. Für Familien mit älteren Kindern ist es sicher kein Problem. Es wurde aber alles möglich gemacht, dass unsere Kinder in einem Klappbett bei uns übernachten können. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir uns für ein kleines Apartment entschieden und so auch Geld sparen können. Ein Schlafzimmer blieb unbenutzt. Die Beschreibung könnte genauer sein.

- Terezie (10/5): - Toto ubytování bylo úplně neskutečné. Už když do ubytování přijíždíte, je to nádhera, všude příroda. Všechny budovy jsou rozděleny a jsou u sebe v blízkosti. Např. restaurace, bazén, recepce, ... My měli ubytování malinko stranou, což bylo příjemné, protože jsme měli klid a hezký výhled z balkonu. Pokoj byl úžasný, čistý, moderní. Snídaně byla skvělá, restaurace na obědy a kafíčko také. Bazén byl čistý a osvěžující. V celém hotelu bylo spoustu aktivit (pinpong, kola, kulečník, kayaky, ....). Všude byl klid a personál velmi milý. Kdybych mohla, pobyt bychom si prodloužili a doufám, že se někdy vrátím. Malinko obsluze trvá než vás v restauraci obslouží, také nechává dlouho špinavé nádobí kolem bazénu a stolech, trošku to kazí dojem.

- Irina (10/5): Traumhaft schön entspannt - Einfach traumhaft, sehr sehr bequem Betten, schöne Badezimmer, mitten im Wald, fast privat Pool, da sowieso weniger Besucher sind! Billardtisch, Waschmaschine. Im Zimmer Föhn, Regenschirm, Handtücher. Es waren keine Mücken. Tipp: Wenn man in die Stadt fahren wollte, dann Taxi über Grab bestellen, kostet um die 7- 10€, dauert um die 20 Minuten und zurück so bis 22Uhr fahren, sonst wollen die Fahrer nicht fahren, weil das Hotel außerhalb von der Stadt liegt. Den Kindern. hat das Frühstück nicht gefallen, Ich fand es okay.

- Cedric (5/5): Great location but equipment need big improvement and refresh. - The location is great, nature is stuning. General maintenance of property and equipment was poor. The staff was not speaking well English and it was sometimes difficult to get them understanding our request. Sunbeds and cushions are really in poor condition and even rusted. Breakfast was not very good and most of the meat not hot at all.

- Boot-Handford (10/5): A place we will NEVER forget! - We had the absolute best time here. The hotel staff were all excellent, the facilities were incredible, the food was great, the rooms were great, and the location is great! We travel a lot, and this hotel is by far our favorite one. The free facilities, from kayaks to bikes to pool tables to floating down the river in rubber rings to feeding the fish around the hotel, everything was a magical memory in itself, and we will DEFINITELY come here again! The metal ladder used to get in and out of the river is about to fall off and needs attention from a safety standpoint. But other than that, everything was amazing!

- BOLU (1/5): Very disappointing stay - Nothing Very disappointing stay. We unfortunately had to check out after just one night due to serious cleanliness and safety concerns. The bathroom in our room had several loose and sharp tiles, which felt dangerous and not something you would expect in a guest room. There were also visible animal droppings around the room, likely from lizards, which suggested the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, after eating at the hotel, both my husband and I experienced stomach issues, which raised further concerns about hygiene standards. Overall, the condition of the property was far below what was presented in the listing photos and description on Booking.com. Based on what we saw online, we expected a much higher standard. Because of these issues, we felt uncomfortable continuing our stay and made the decision to leave after the first night. I hope the management addresses these concerns, as the location has potential, but the cleanliness and maintenance standards need significant improvement.

There were several (free) activities on offer.; kayaking, fish feeding etc. I especially loved the ducks and the early morning egg collection. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Yah and Ya. Definitely recommended. The restaurant menu was not varied enough, it needed more favouriteThai options. More sun loungers around the pool.

- Petar (10/5): Piece of Paradise - What a fantastic piece of paradise. We had the best time of our vacation in Blu Monkey. The whole complex is a marvellous sanctuary in the middle of the jungle. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Loved the event they organised during our stay. Secure the steps next to the pool as they can get slippery. That’s all.

- Jana (10/5): Snový retreat <3 - Z tohoto místa jsme byli tak nadšení! V rámci našeho dvoutýdenního cestování po Thajsku jsme si udělali zde víkendový retreat, a jediným nedostatkem bylo, že nebyl alespoň o další den delší :-) Celé prostředí působí blahodárně na všechny smysly, resort je umístěn v krásné zahradě s dostatkem rozkošných zákoutí, obklopen pohádkově vypadajícím modromodrým pramenem, po kterém lze zdarma tubbingovat nebo se projet na loďce (oboje velmi doporučuji), má nádherný bazén, krásné, květinami zdobené a chutné snídaně, zdarma kulečník, zdarma odvoz do 7/11 nebo na místní trhy. Místní trhy doporučuji, i to byl velký zážitek, stejně tak nedaleká kavárna s výhledem na západ slunce Kuan Nom Saow Restaurant and Viewpoint <3 Dalo by se toho v okolí podniknout spoustu, ale bohužel jsme zde byli opravdu jen ten víkend. Kvůli předchozím recenzím jsme měli obavu z dopravy na místo a kolem něho (neměli jsme k dispozici vlastní vypůjčený dopravní prostředek), ale všude zde velmi dobře a operativně fungoval přes aplikace Grab a Bolt za velmi příjemné ceny, že jsme ani vlastního vypůjčení dopravního prostředku nelitovali. Personál byl ochotný, ráda vzpomínám na slečnu Nun, která nám byla vždy ochotně nápomocna. Trochu slabším článkem byla restaurace, která zavírala s ohledem na lokalitu "na samotě" neprakticky brzy. Objednaný croissant se zmrzlinou byl pravděpodobně starší několik dnů, celkově tento pokrm se vůbec nepovedl, ačkoliv s ohledem na lokální cenovou hladinu restaurace patří k těm dražším (což je plně pochopitelné). Ostatní věci, co jsme si v restauraci dali, byly ale dobré. Musím na restauraci však vyzdvihnout báječné snídaně formou švédských stolů, které byly krásně nazdobeny a obsahovali i zajímavá a netradiční jídla k ochutnání, což velmi oceňuji <3
- alfonso (10/5): Perfecto - El servicio y la ubicacion son espectaculares. Llegamos con un poco de anterioridad y no tardaron mucho en preparar el alojamiento. El entorno es precioso, lastima que lloviera un poco, pero igualmente la lluvia hacia mas relajante el entorno. Tambien recomiendo alquilar una moto para circular por la zona, la recepcion te puede ayudar con ello :)

- William Bradford (10/5): Paradise with our Pet in Serenity - We wanted to travel with our dog, Sparkle and this was the perfect place. We were all so happy and felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. There are so many activities and beautiful nature to explore. We ended up extending our stay and we will definitely be back. Nothing really. It's about 20 minutes from Ao Nang, so we drove there a few times. But we wanted to be away from everything and peaceful in nature so it was perfect.

Benötigt Mal eine Renovierung. Eigentlich schade, da es ein ungewöhnlich toller Platz ist. Plastikteller gehen bei dem Preis gar nicht. Aus meiner Sicht zu teuer.

- Edzard Jordaan (10/5): Great outdoor stay - Lots of activities to do. Most of the activities were free like pool, games, ping-pong, kayaking, towels etc. Really nice outdoor spaces and good overall vibe. Bedroom and bathroom were new and modern. All good

- Grietje (7/5): - Mooie ligging aan een rivier met prima restaurant, zwembad en faciliteiten. Na een lange fietsdag kwamen we ''s middags bezweet aan bij het hotel. We hadden onszelf de luxe gegund van dit resortje wat er op plaatjes geweldig uitzag. De receptioniste begroette ons niet op de gebruikelijke Thaise vriendelijke manier, maar met een "what do you want". Waarop wij aangaven dat we gereserveerd hadden waarna de begroeting veranderde jn het tonen van onze paspoorten. Geen warm welkom met drankje of vriendelijk woord. Verder was het een beetje lastig communiceren omdat ze niet goed Engels sprak en had meer aandacht voor haar telefoon. Bij het zwembad en overige zitjes stond afval, etensresten en borden die niet werden opgeruimd. De twee stoelen op het eigen terrasje zijn metalen opklapstoeltjes en niet echt lekker om relaxed op te zitten. Het is fijn om gebruik te kunnen maken van een kayak, maar je kunt maar een heel klein stukje de rivier op. Gezien de prijs die we betaalden voor een overnachting viel het ons erg tegen..

A lot of excitement. I would like to be able to order food later than 8 p.m. but that's just a minor detail

- Jamie (6/5): - If you are looking for a quiet break from the busy Krabi centre, then this place will meet your needs. Breakfast was a nice set up and a nice change from standard hotels. Bed is very comfortable. Location is not ideal, unless you have a vehicle or scooter. Ride shares are not likely to pick up from this location and returning from Krabi centre will cost you up to 600baht. The property probably needs a little more up keep.

- Peter (10/5): Außergewöhnliches Hotel , fast wie im Dschungel! - Das Hotel liegt umgeben von viel Grün, herrlich ruhig! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich reichhaltig. Sehr zu empfehlen ist es eine Kanutour mit den hoteleigenen Kanus zu machen. Man ist sehr einsam in absolut faszinierender Natur unterwegs !
