Vi beställde middag en kväll på Riaden och serverades en trerätters middag som smakade mycket gott! Vi blev kaffesugna några kvällar, kaffe serverades med utsökta småkakor. Vid ankomst serverades myntate med småkakor. Ansvarig för Riaden gick igenom Marrakech kartan med oss vid ankomst. Vi återvänder mycket gärna till Riad Safa! Ingenting.

Os funcionários são incríveis. Muito simpáticos, muito disponíveis! Fizemos também 1 refeição do jantar no Riad e estava tudo ótimo. O quarto onde ficámos era pequeno. A cama era realmente pequena para 2 pessoas. Compreendemos que os quartos são pequenos mas a cama é realmente pequena para um casal.

• Michaela (10/5): Een echte aanrader - Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad bij Riad Safa! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen voelden we ons meteen welkom. Abdel en zijn collega’s zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en doen er alles aan om je verblijf in Marrakesh onvergetelijk te maken. Een absolute aanrader is het avondeten in de riad – echt heerlijk! Met zorg bereid en vol smaak, een ervaring op zich. Ook de ligging is ideaal: alles is prima te voet bereikbaar, waardoor je de stad op een ontspannen manier kunt ontdekken. Kortom, Riad Safa is een plek waar je je direct thuis voelt en volop kunt genieten. Wij raden deze riad dan ook van harte aan!

• Jeordy (9/5): A wonderful oasis in the heart of the Medina. - Riad Safa was the perfect stay for us - clean, comfortable, inviting, with incredibly kind and helpful staff, gorgeous roof terrace, good food and an excellent location. Abdel is truly the most delightful man. After meeting us at our taxi, he sat with us over mint tea to give us advice and tips for making the most of our stay, including phrases and recommendations for places to eat. The room was snug, clean, and peaceful, with an excellent shower and everything we needed. We booked the combined hammam and massage at the riad and it was worth every dirham!!! Such a minor thing that it’s almost not worth mentioning, but as a migraine sufferer I’m very sensitive to scents and the day we arrived there was a very strong cleaning product smell in common areas. I gradually got used to it, so it wasn’t a problem overall.
• Katja (9/5): Fantastisch - Prachtige Riad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en helpt je met alles. Wij kwamen midden in de nacht aan. Ze regelden een taxi vanaf het vliegveld voor ons en omdat de taxi niet in de Medina kon komen haalde iemand ons op bij de taxi standplaats zodat we niet zelf het hotel hoefde te gaan zoeken. Het dakterras met dompelbad is ook heerlijk met verschillende zit en lig plekken. Om bij de Riad te komen moet je door een wat rustiger gebied lopen. Hier zijn weinig toeristen wat 's avonds wat spannender kan zijn.

Llegamos a las 2 a.m con un transfer concertado con el alojamiento y Haytham nos recibió y nos acompañó hasta el Riad. En general el trato del personal ha sido amable y cercano, facilitando nuestra estancia. Abdel nos regaló un mapa de la zona y nos dio recomendaciones para movernos por la ciudad. El día del check out guardaron nuestras maletas para poder finalizar cómodamente unas compras por la zona. Instalaciones bien cuidadas y tuvimos limpieza y cambio de toallas diario. Desayuno tradicional muy bueno. Muchas gracias!!!!

• Harriet (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - Everything was incredible! From the second we stepped foot inside to the second we left, we were made to feel so welcome. The Riad itself is gorgeous and in such a great, easily accessible area. The room was quaint (as expected) but so cute and perfect for what we needed. The staff were truly incredible, we really couldn’t fault the hospitality - they walked us through everything we needed to know and ensured we knew they were there if we had any questions. The breakfast was soooo good too!!! They even let us use the communal areas for as long as we wanted after checkout, before walking us to our airport transfer. And, helped us printout boarding passes for the flight home. Genuinely such a beautiful, calm place to stay. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I would definitely recommend booking the hotel transfer, as it might be quite difficult to find the location on your own, especially the first time. The rooftop terrace is wonderful, with beautiful relaxation areas – perfect for unwinding. Also, don’t miss the hammam experience, and be sure to book a massage – it was probably one of the best we have ever had! -

• JP (9/5): Romantic trip made special with this gem in Marrakesh - Riad Safa was an absolute gem in Marrakech. We definitely recommend arranging an airport transfer, the final stretch on foot is actually a great way to ease into the vibrant hustle and bustle of the souks. The staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the Riad itself is beautifully designed with cosy rooms and plenty of relaxing corners to sit and unwind. A wonderful place to stay while exploring the city. There is nothing that we did not like about Riad Safa.
• Mathew (9/5): Very much liked it. Would definitely go back. - It was an amazing stay. We stayed in the riad for 4 days and went to Sahara and came back there for one more night. They were so good and were happy to keep our luggage there until we came back. Most of the time it was Haytham who we saw and he is the best. Lovely smile always ready to help. He makes the best tea in Marrakech, believe me I tried the tea from every where. I got fever at the last day of my stay, he was really helpful made me tea, served dinner in our room, he also helped us rescheduling some of our plans as we didn’t speak Arbic and the restaurant people don’t speak English. The food was delicious big hats of to the kitchen staff, so yummy, we regret that we had food from dar essalam and safran by koya but we had the best food from our riad. Price for one day i find it a little pricy, however compared to the service they provided I can’t blame. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis. Even if you are not in the room they clean it. Initially i felt that a little bit unsafe as we keep our valuables in the room and someone you don’t know is entering your room when you’re away to clean it. Later on i knew they are just cleaning the toilet and bedding properly like you are living in your own home. I don’t know if this is usual things at riad. I know some people don’t like it.

La camera è un po' piccola, ma è una caratteristica dei riad della città vecchia.

Nous n’avons pas profité du bassin ni de la terrasse rooftop car le temps était plutôt froid fin janvier . Nous avons aimé la décoration, la chambre, les espaces communs. Attention aux marches pour descendre du lit ( surtout la nuit )

Staff at riad safa made it so special with a beautiful - Beautiful decor and in a great location for walking to the souks. The hot water in the shower did run out one night, but we just waited about 30 mins and it was hot again.

I had assumed that the pool on the roof would be heated but this is my fault as I had not read that it was a plunge pool. While this may be great in the summer, it was far too cold to use in January.

• Giulia (7/5): Tutto sommato ok per il prezzo pagato. - Personale gentile, posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche Parti comuni non tenute troppo bene, stanza direttamente sull’atrio comune ( non è possibile aprire le imposte se no ti vedevano all’interno) altra pecca serratura difettata quindi non era possibile lasciare oggetti di valore in camera. Ci vorrebbe una generale manutenzione

Dès l’arrivée, on est frappé par la beauté du lieu, son élégance et surtout par le calme apaisant qui y règne, un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la médina. Un immense merci à Abdel, dont la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme font toute la différence. Ses conseils précis et efficaces, et en particulier son plan commenté et détaillé, se sont révélés extrêmement précieux pour découvrir Marrakech de façon fluide, authentique et sereine. On sent une vraie volonté de partager les bonnes adresses et d’accompagner les voyageurs avec attention. Le personnel du riad est tout aussi accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Les prestations proposées sont de grande qualité : transferts aller-retour depuis l’aéroport parfaitement organisés, spa relaxant, possibilité de déjeuner sur place, le tout dans un cadre raffiné. Le petit déjeuner, excellent et très varié, est un vrai moment de plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. À noter simplement que les ruelles d’accès, typiques de la médina, peuvent sembler un peu déroutantes au premier abord, mais une fois la porte franchie, on découvre une atmosphère totalement différente, chaleureuse et reposante. En résumé, le Riad Safa est une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre Marrakech avec authenticité, confort et sérénité. • LAURA (8/5): Ce Riad est un havre de paix , on s’y sent comme à la maison - L’établissement est bien situé , calme , décoré avec goût ! Le rooftop est magnifique ! La chambre est propre , le personnel est gentil et discret Et cette odeur de fleur d’oranger dans le Riad, c’est une merveille Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse n’est pas chauffé donc l’eau est gelée !

• Laura (9/5): Muy recomendable - El alojamiento está muy cerca de todo el soho a 12 min andando .El personal es inmejorables. el desayuno ha sido buenísimo y variado . Las habitaciones muy cómodas y tranquilas para descansar. Arriba tiene una terraza para tomar el sol y bañarse en una piscina/jacuzzi. Lo que más nos ha sorprendido es el personal de verdad que increíble de lo majos y serviciales. Las calles para llegar a el , de noche dan un poco de respeto, son estrechas poco iluminadas .
• Ruby (10/5): Amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here - Upon arriving to Marrakech, we were met in the medina and walked to the Riad. We were given an amazing, informative introduction to the area. These helpful tips and reccomendations really improved our overall trip. We were also given some traditional treats and tea to try. Our room had air conditioning and the Riad was just like the photos. We really enjoyed the breakfast each day, it was slightly varied but mainly the same (and delicious). We had an excursion one morning and missed breakfast but they kindly made us breakfast food at 18:00 which we were so grateful for! The staff were extremely lovely and attentive, always happy to help. The room was quite small so there was a lack of privacy and unfortunately the door didn’t lock which meant that we were uncomfortable leaving our valuable belongings in the room.

• Mariama (10/5): Beautiful Stay! Book it! - Our stay at Riad Safa was amazing, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - we felt so welcomed. The team are amazing - helping us understand the crazy gorgeous city of Marrakesh - cooking for us on nights we decided to stay in and eat at the Riad (the food was amazing), as well as refreshing our room everyday! The Riad itself is gorgeous, staying in the heart of the Medina, you are having a small but beautiful insight into true Marrakesh away from the tourist traps. The roof terrace gets its own special mention, what a beautiful space - I know me and my mother enjoyed lounging about after a day of exploring. We adored our stay and will look forward to our return to Marrakesh and especially Riad Safa.
• Carmela (9/5): Struttura consigliata - Personale gentilissimo Struttura pulita fornita di ferro da stiro e anche phon ( non era assolutamente scontato). Stanza grande e bagno con lavandino e doccia molto grandi. Ottima la posizione, molto centrale. Il direttore ci ha aiutati ogni qualvolta e' stato necessario. Ci ha consigliato sui posti da vedere , sulle escursioni, i ristoranti. Ottima persona. La prima stanza che ci hanno dato al piano terra era umida ma alla prima richiesta ce l'ha subito cambiata.

Si vous souhaitez profiter d’un séjour, charmant, calme et cosy où vous reposer après une journée mouvementé dans la médina, je vous recommande fortement ce Riad. Assurément, nous reviendrons. • Sylviane (10/5): Une très bonne adresse au cœur de la Médina - Avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce Riad intimiste, un très bon accueil, Abdel est remarquable par sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité ,ses très bons conseils et on le remercie vivement pour l’organisation de nos excursions.La chambre est confortable, bien chauffée, une très bonne literie et avons bien dormi au calme. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec un très bon jus d’orange,des fruits frais,du yaourt et céréales sans oublier les crêpes et le pain chaud.Le Riad est au cœur de la Médina, proche des lieux de visite comme la Medersa Ben Youssef et de la vie locale. • Kate (9/5): Great base to chill after a day in the souks - A bright airy Riad right on the edge of the souks. A stunning roof terrace with plunge pool and Hamman to wash away the heat and noise of the medina. Good breakfast too. Very welcoming and helpful friendly staff, willing to help with anything from early breakfast to airport transfers. The bathroom could do with a lick of paint and freshen up but that’s about the only thing I can think of to say that would improve things at this lovely Riad.
