Isa (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing It is a moldy bathroom, and the fan is not working. Which creates a sewer smell. Absolutely not clean room. Reception is SO SO RUDE .bad. service. . The whole hotel feels creepy and empty, and you won't feel safe. the price doesn’t match up the quality even though we booked for the whole month. Don't even bother.

Cannot contact even dailing form from the 1st email until moning the number that given in email , apps and goggle. Same number are given. No response. Feel really bad about this services.

There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. There are some water damage marks visible on the roof. Overall, you get what you paid for. Area is kind of out of the way but you can take a bus from JB Sentral to a stop around a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.
