• Francesco (9/5): 3 giorni pugliesi - Tenuta molto bella e ben tenuta, ottima colazione su un fantastico terrazzino. Deumidificatore in camera molto rumoroso. Il letto a mio avviso era un po' sfondato sul lato finestra, non comodissimo.

Colazione nella norma La camera matrimoniale standard che ci è stata assegnata, era posta proprio in prossimità dell'ingresso in struttura, quindi, soggetta a rumori o al vociare, sia dalla porta di ingresso che dalle finestre in camera e, quest'ultime, non permettevano un'adeguata privacy perché di passaggio e ad altezza uomo.

• Joel (10/5): Ein Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen Ort in Süditalien - Der Empfang von Paola war sehr herzlich. Auch die beiden Damen Manuela und Angela, welche jeweils das Frühstück zubereitet und zur Hotelanlage geschaut haben, waren immer sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles Nötige. Saubere Poolanlage, Parkplatz im Innenhof, schöne Zimmer mit Terrasse. Der Aufenthalt hat uns von A bis Z sehr gut gefallen. Der Zufahrtsweg könnte etwas ausgebessert werden, dies ist jedoch ein sehr kleines Detail am Rande.

• Alicja (9/5): Superb - Beautiful place, thw owner certainly has an artistic approach. The room was very clean, same with the swimming pool, it was cleaned everyday. Also the garden is very dilligently maintained. The onky disadvantage might be the location, you need to have a car to be able to get to restaurants, the city of Manduria or the Coast. However the hotel is in a close proximity to all places worth seeing, everything in a max. 1,5h radius.

• Benjamin (7/5): Paola is a delightful host and went out of her way to help and assist. - The property was secure and there was plenty of parking for the car. The pool was clean and well maintained There was plenty of space to not be too crowded The shower needed a soap dish The water pressure was low and the water temperature fluctuated tremendously
• Daniel (10/5): Perfect stay with perfect hosts - We arrived and were immediatelly welcomed by Paula, who was very friendly and energetic and gave clear information about our stay and the property. The property is beautiful and very well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The swimming pool area is gorgeous too and very relaxing to hang out, just note you need to wear a swimming cap in the pool. Breakfast was included and offered many delicious home made pies and cakes. We could also park our car for free on the property, which is very convenient. The beaches and a nice city are only a 15 minutw drive away. We would definitelly stay here again thanks to Paula, her husband, daughter and of course the sweet dog Charlotta! Nothing :)

It was so clean, beautifully designed and attention to detail with beautiful decor from puglia. A truly luxurious experience. We will be back again soon. The owners and staff were also wonderful. One of the best places we’ve stayed at here in Puglia. Would have loved some more fresh fruit at breakfast. But the option to have fresh eggs cooked fresh each day was great for us and my little girl.

Very friendly and helpful owners/staff and it was a mini paradise that I would happily recommend! You'll be lucky to stay in such a beautiful property - spacious and v clean rooms and it was one of the most comfortable beds ever. Very fresh breakfast with wonderful terrace views. Parking and access was v easy also. -

Maybe a bit more variety with the (more savoury options) breakfast options. Especially when guests stay + several days. It's much better to use a cooling counter for everything that is meat, cheese, yogurt - especially during warm summer days. You might include some cold water for when your guest arrives.

• Mai_liis (8/5): Nice and private villa near Manduria - We stayed at the villa which is a lovely 2 bedroom house, separate from the main building. The villa had 2 terraces, reasonable kitchen appiliances and was clean. A huge bonus is free and comfortable parking space for your car. The breakfast was nice (cakes, coffe / juice and some cold cuts). The RULES everywhere. There were signs all around of the things you cannot do or what will result as an extra charge. I understand that every property is entiteld to have their own rules (nothing wrong with that) but it is wierd to see them expoesed like that everywhere you look. The one that was lifted for us (the host allowed us to ignore it was one saying that you cannot bring your own food into the villa, allthough it has a full kitchen). - if you use the dishes / kitchenware, but don't wash them yourself, there will be 12 € charge - you cannot use the pool unless you have a swimming cap (?!?) - you need to have your own pool towels, if you don't have your own, there will be a fee (don't remember the sum) - if you go to the beach, you need to use the outside shower before entering to the villa etc It's not like you are in hospitality business but at someones home and have to follow their strict rules, not to get a penalty. This is more of an emotional issue. If you are fine with such apporoach - the property itself is worth staying at. And a bit of constructive feedback to the host - it would be nice to have an explanation beforehand how to get to the hotel the first time you arrive. You end up behind 2 closed iron gates. with no doorbell / no way of communicating that you are there. You sort of just hope that someone notices that you are there and let's you in. Again - does not make you feel welcome.
