Sia noi che la nostra cagnolina ci siamo trovati molto bene, anche grazie al giardino molto grande. La piscina è molto bella e la camera era pulita e spaziosa. Tutto è stato davvero top: accoglienza, servizi, pulizia e spazi. L’unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile, almeno nella camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, è la comodità dei materassi.

- Sara (9/5): Bellissima vacanza autunnale - La struttura è bella, tenuta bene, pulita e curata. L'alloggio grande pulito,grande e ben organizzato. La proprietaria molto disponibile, discreta e gentile. Nulla di cui lamentarsi. Nei dintorni ci sono molti luoghi da visitare, ottime trattorie. Un perfetto luogo di partenza per visitare sia il Lago Trasimeno ed i paesi limitrofi, ma anche per muoversi comodamente in Umbria e nella vicina Toscana.

- Greg (10/5): - Great rustic apartment complex close to lakeside at Castiglione del Lago. The apartments are a good size, well equipped, and comfortably furnished. Everything was in good condition and (importantly....) worked! The setting is lovely as the apartments are within a beautifully maintained garden landscape, with tennis courts and immaculate pool complete with sunbed terrace. The town is a 5 minute car drive away and there are many choices all around the lake to stop for food and/or drinks. Overall, if you want a quiet base to chill and be the base for visiting the local towns, this is a great choice!

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e ben fornito di tutto l’occorrente. I Proprietari sono stati super accoglienti, gentili, e disponibili. Ho Molto apprezzato il servizio mattutino di vendita pane e brioche consegnati direttamente dal fornaio. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno e spero di tornarci presto. Lo consiglio vivamente! - elisabetta (10/5): Principe del Trasimeno: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, per me vale 10. - La struttura è un oasi di pace, immersa nella natura e nella sua tranquillità, gli spazi esterni molto confortevoli. L appartamento disponeva di ampia cucina corredata di tutto il necessario per svolgere una vita casalinga ( non mi è mancato nulla di tutto ciò di cui dispongo anche a casa mia), un ampio bagno con doccia di proporzioni abbondanti, due camere da letto accoglienti e corredate di comodini, como' e armadi tutto in stile rustico fiorentino ( no Ikea no MondoConvenienza) e per la prima volta in tanti anni di vacanze e strutture alberghiere vissute i materassi erano comodissimi. Che dire? per la prima volta sono arrivata a fine vacanza e non ho desiderato tornare a casa tra le mie comodità.....Il mio appartamento dove ho alloggiato disponeva di una cucina nuovissima con piano in Okite, forno, forno a microonde e tavolo con piano in marmo granito nero.....finestre con zanzariere in tutte le stanze.....Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta di questa struttura. Inoltre la struttura si trova in una posizione strategica. Noi in una settimana calcolando bene le distanze e gli spostamenti abbiamo visitato le più note località del Lungolago tra cui Passignano del lago, Castiglione d lago, Panicale etc etc poi Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano, Gubbio, Spello, Spoleto, Rasiglia, Orvieto, Perugia, ....L unica che non siamo riusciti a vedere è Assisi....sarà un ottima motivazione per tornare in Umbria. È stata una settimana intensa ma fantastica, ricca di cultura, storia, gusto e sapori autentici. È un ottima struttura.....per come è strutturato potrebbe offrire anche un trattamento di prima colazione( anche se devo dire il vero c era il furgoncino del panettiere che veniva tutte le mattine tra le 8e30 e le 8e45 da cui poter acquistare vari tipologie di pane, panini, focacce, brioche, cornetti e pizzette) o mezza pensione ......gli farebbe acquisire ancor più prestigio e notorietà.....spero in futuro i proprietari ci facciano un pensierino...💪🙏🥰

- Laura (8/5): - La piscine, les appartements équipés, la décoration, la propreté, l'accueil, les conseils, le parking, le prix, ... super! Des trains passaient près de la propriété. Même s’ils ne passaient que quelques rares fois par jour et que cela ne nous a pas dérangés, cela pourrait en déranger d'autres. L'isolation phonique des appartements n’est pas idéale : on entend les voisins.

Alles war absolut gepflegt und ordentlich, sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut betreut. Ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt , ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

The garden area was beautiful and very relaxing, it was a very quiet location, didn't use the pool but it looked good. There is a very friendly car, that also leaves you alone if you have a dog Liked everything... Only thing the fields around were full of ticks which is something to consider if there with dog a dog.. my husband is over 6ft and the beautiful bed was a little small for him - but no problem

A car is needed but I think people will work that out. Perfect for a get away to relax and have great access to surrounding area. Would have been nice to be able to use the netflix option on the TV

As a massive addition we made friends with il belle catto 🐈⬛ who came and stayed with us which was great for us!

The apartment was clean, well equipped, everything you need for your stay and the style is just lovely. There is a beautiful garden and great swimming pool. The place is remote so great to disconnect from busy everyday life.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. It was also very spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The surroundings were equally impressive - well-maintained, beautiful, and incredibly peaceful. We felt completely secluded and relaxed, like we had the entire property to ourselves. What truly impressed us was that they didn't charge any extra fees for our dog to stay with us. This is a huge plus for pet owners! Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation. It was an excellent experience and provided incredible value for money.

Pool is fantastic and we found the beds to be comfortable. Fly screens on the windows are great to keep the mosquitos out and meant we didn't use Air Conditioning We had 2 bathrooms that were great in principle but unfortunately, we decided not to use one as there was a strong unpleasant smell

- Austin (9/5): Very happy stay, Staff were super helpful and everything was great. - Very quiet location within easy reach of the town. Lovely gardens and an authentic Italian feel. Good bathroom and cooking facilites. Very spacious. It had a charge point for the car which was very convenient.
- Virginie (10/5): Restful, very comfortable and welcoming - This property is very prettily set up, and great care is taken to keep everything welcoming (neat, pleasant to the eye, useful to the guests ; for example, the swimming pool remained open and attractive despite the fact nobody used it because of the coolness of the temperatures). There is space to be enjoyed indoors and outdoors. The family who runs it is attentive and helpful. You can take many interesting and beautiful day trips from this location. A tiny criticism : the sofa bed is not the most comfortable ; it is not the worst either.

- Waltraud (8/5): Urlaub am trasimenischen See - Sehr schön renoviertes Anwesen mit schönem, aber kalten Außenpool. Appartements sehr authentisch, Betten bequem. Leider etwas außerhalb und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein paar km entfernt.
