Check-in and key collection take place at the reception desk at the following address: ul. Hubala 14, Gdańsk.
Keys can be picked up at the reception from Mon-Fri 15-18, on weekends and holidays 15-16 or use the virtual reception and pick up the keys even after reception opening hours, in which case the keys will be in the depository where the apartment is located. To use this option, contact the staff the day before.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required upon arrival. In the case of New Year's Eve or occasional parties, the deposit is PLN 1000. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be refunded within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- PAVEL (9/5): - Second time at the apartments. Everything went good. The host improved some small issues that we marked last time.
- PAVEL (8/5): - Overall, the apartment was neat. However, the broken mirror in the hallway was a bit off-putting. Also, the lack of covers on the bar stools created an unwelcoming feeling.

- Patrizia (5/5): Sconsigliato - Campus residenziale con parcheggio privato comodo. Lo spazio tra parete e letto era strettissimo, alla faccia del ROYAL. Fastidiosa esposizione di cartelli con continui disclaimer e richiami alla responsabilità e all'osservanza delle regole da parte del cliente, creavano un'atmosfera opprimente. Nei dintorni c'erano pochi negozi.

- Christine (10/5): Lovely modern spacious apartment. Wish we had stayed longer! - We loved our stay in this modern, spacious apartment. From the outside we weren’t too sure what to expect (and after a previous bad experience elsewhere) but we were thrilled once inside. Very clean. Comfortable bed and nice quality linen. Although it is a little out of town we didn’t mind at all as we travelled by bolt/taxi (approx 25 zolotys each way) which was convenient for us so we didn’t have to worry about parking and could enjoy a drink. Just as shown in photos and It has everything you need. Safe quiet apartment complex. Free secure parking included. Shop and delicious ( authentic Sicilian) pizzeria literally across the road. Coffee tea and water provided. Washing machine was great and were easily able to dry our washing on the drying rack provided on the balcony. Balcony was lovely place for morning coffee.
- Grazyna (8/5): Very good - Kitchen very well equipped, safe family oriented area, lift in the building, washing machine, dishwasher, Hoover, high chair, drying rack, plastic bath for babies, iron and mini board, mop, broom even weaning bibs for kids. An access to safety deposit box for your valuables. Local grocery shops just in front of the entrance gate. Seriously BRILLIANT!!! Not to far to the seaside. Just small suggestions :o) The sofa bed and breakfast stools in need of refreshing, some chest of drawers or dressing table in the bedroom could be beneficial. The outside balcony table and chairs for the morning coffee would be great to have.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - You needed to get the keys from different adress and there we got to know that we have to pay 180 zl more for cleaning. This all took a lot of time and check in was pretty late (3pm), although we were permitted to check in an hour earlier after doubletexting, still thanks for that! The apartment were pretty nice, modern and spacious! I liked the balcony and full equipped kitchen, also the sheets were very soft and clean! The dishes were a little unclean and dusty, needed to rinse them first. There were a minimarket next to the house, but I don't know about the public transport because we always used bolt or uber (it was about 5 euros for one ride). The guard of the neighbourhood were also very nice and helped us to find the right door! The neighbourhood felt very safe and clean, but it was quite far away from centre.

- Siv Elin (10/5): - Lys og fin leilighet. Rent og trivelig. Eneste minuset er at det ikke var gardiner verken på stue eller soverom. Persienner på soverom og rullegardin i stua, ble litt lyst når sola sto opp. Det var litt vanskelig å finne leiligheten når taxi stoppet på motsatt side av bygget. Ellers et fint område, passer fint om man reiser med barn. Lekeplass og minimarked i umiddelbar nærhet. Leiligheten var utstyrt med alt man trenger, vaskemaskin, kjøleskap med fryser, microovn, oppvaskmaskin, komfyr, vannkoker, espressomaskin, tv. Beliggenheten var et stykke utenfor Gdansk, ca 15 minutter med bil. Men både taxi og Uber vær billig. Anbefales
