• Maximiliano Gaston (6/5): De puede mejorar - La ubicación es inmejorable La habitación muy básica, tenía solo una mesa de luz sin velador, muy difícil a la noche si uno quiere prender una luz, y las instalaciones muy mal mantenidas, zócalos rotos, camas muy duras al igual que las almohadas. Podría mejorar!

• Michelle (8/5): - Es cómodo y la ubicación es muy buena para cenar y caminar alrededor, desayuno bueno, y el personal es amable. Hubo mucho ruido durante la noche, se escuchaban personas conversando durante toda la noche en los pasillos, en mi caso fui por trabajo y no fue fácil descansar.

• Borca (10/5): - L'emplacement est parfait et très sécurisé même de nuit, il y a plusieurs restaurants autour et supermarchés L'accueil est incroyable, en permanence aux petits soins. L'hôtel nous a mis en relation avec un tour pour la piedra et la Comuna 13, tarif très très abordable vu la qualité des visites Pour finir, l'hôtel nous a organisé le trajet vers l'aéroport situé à environ 25 kms pour environ 30 euros (correct vu la distance)
• Fabian (5/5): Never felt more disrespected and insulted - The staff is all great except for someone, I won't say their name but starts with Isa and ends in bel. She may be the most obnoxious person in history of hotels. I chose the bigger room with fans, big mistake, it was like an oven, I should've chosen the smaller one with AC. Rooms are clean, breakfast is tasty. Area is great, near the mall and supermarket. I got there and I'm checking in and I'm going to pay for my stay like I do in all my hotels, lady tells me no, I can just pay when I check out. I say are you sure and she says yes it's fine. 2-3 days in these people start messaging me on WhatsApp past 9pm to harass me that I haven't paid for my stay. What? You people told me to pay at checkout. So I tell them that and they say oh yes we have that option that's fine. So I think that is solved. Next day I'm running my errands, go into the hotel, need to get to my room when Isabel screams at me from the reception I go and there she is harassing me like I'm some kind of hotel squatter who doesn't pay for his stay. Why would you annoy and disrespect a guest this way? You created this situation and then ruined the rest of my stay. This seems like the dumbest way to get a bad review.

• Samuel (6/5): Personal amable, instalaciones dejan que desear - El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Que permitía diferentes opciones el desayuno y la TV del cuarto. Falta de acabados en las habitaciones e instalaciones, muebles viejos y rotos como por ejemplo enchufes sin embellecedores o armario del baño roto. Encontramos pelos en el suelo de la habitación.

Isabella was fantastic. - Great staff-receptionist/concierge Isabella was very nice, attentive, gave great recommendations on things to do and served breakfast! They were doing work on the stairwell and could’ve been a trip hazard for senior citizens.

• Omar (8/5): Buen descanso - La ubicación. Es un sector muy tranquilo, muy seguro, muchos restaurantes cerca. El personal muy amable, atento y presto a suplir cualquier requerimiento. Excelente atención. A pesar que la habitación fue muy cómoda, faltaron ciertas cosas para que la estancia fuera mejor. Por ejemplo en el baño no había donde poner nada, no hay donde poner la toalla de manos, alguna repisa para poner cepillos de dientes y demás amenities. Esta el lavamanos y ya. El extractor no funciona. La habitación era de interior entonces no entraba luz por ningún lado. Por Booking no da la opción de escoger habitación de interior o con ventana o vista a la calle o al interior.

Desde el primer dia nos hicieron sentir como en casa y siempre estaban atentos a guiarnos ante cualquier solicitud. Tal vez la iluminacion de la habitacion no es la mejor. Sin embargo, al ser una habitacion interna es entendible que no va a recibir iluminacion directa.

• Alda (10/5): Excelente atendimento! - Localização muito agradável, é um bairro lindinho e perto de muitos restaurantes, cafés e etc... E tinha uma distância boa tanto do centro como de outros pontos de interesse, podendo usar uber sem precisar gastar muito. O café da manhã é excelente. Deixo um agradecimento especial às atendentes que ficavam na recepção, eram uma queridas, inclusive uma delas que ficava a noite me ajudou a fazer meu chazinho da noite (que eu tava gripada), ela providenciou (de forma muito solícita e simpática) água quente pra eu poder fazer chá toda noite. Apenas a Internet (wifi) que não funcionava justamente a noite quando queríamos ver TV.
• Sophie (8/5): Un peu décevant - Nous avons apprécié le personnel très a l'écoute, très soucieux notre be être. Bonne emplacement, quartier agréable au calme, plein de restaurants e toutes les commodités. Le petit dej équilibré et copieux. Quand on arrive on s'aperçoit que l hôtel est en travaux. On nous donne une chambre minuscule ( la 205) avec une toute petite fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir. Les plaintes du sol sont rongés ainsi que les murs de salle de bain écaillés par l'humidité. Donc non conforme à la belle chambre présentée sur le site. Très peu de connexion dans les chambres. Le personnel a été compréhensif et nous a changé de chambre.
