• Moryne (7/5): Agréable pour un court séjour - Le personnel est adorable et à votre service. C'est à souligner ! Notre chambre au rez de chaussé était chaleureux et assez grande. Le petit déjeuner est travaillé et très bon ! Jolie terrasse en extérieur mais attention la piscine ressemble plus à un petit bassin qu'à une vraie piscine. Terasse calme et à l'abri du bruit de la ville, pourtant très proche. Nous avions notre chambre au rez de chaussé, l'isolation était très mauvaise. Odeur d'humidité car chambre sans fenêtre.

La asistencia de las trabajadoras era excelente, amable, servicial y cuidadosa. La comida estaba muy buena. El confort de la habitación era excelente. Las duchas tienen agua caliente limitada, aunque no es poca. El ruido de fuera y de todo el Riad se escucha demasiado ya que no existe buen aislamiento en el edificio.

• Deborah (9/5): - Das Riad Eden liegt in einem Einkaufsgässchen wenige Gehminuten vom Djemma el Fna entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und entgegen kommend. Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig und schön eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet.

• Deimy Jeniffer (10/5): Muy buena experiencia. - Estaba cerca de todo, la verdad que muy bien ubicado. No nos espantábamos que se realizará la limpieza a diario por lo cual nos gustó mucho. Sobretodo agradecer a Rachid que nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Se ofreció a buscarnos un taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto y como teníamos una excursión a las 8 am que es la hora cuando tienen el desayuno, el nos la preparo antes para poder ir desayunados. Nos volveríamos a quedar sin duda otra vez allí, una pena que no usamos la posiciona por falta de tiempo tenia buena pinta. Nada.

• Quentin (4/5): Séjour décevant par rapport à nos attentes car le est riad vieillissant,très mal isolé et bruyant - Le petit déjeuné copieux et bon Bon accueil Bonne localisation Terrasse et rooftop sympas Riad dans son jus (ancien), les photos sont contractuelles Aucune isolation des fenêtres (et de la porte), on entend tout les bruits de la rue durant la nuit, ce qui empêche de dormir. De plus il n’y a pas de volet, on est réveillé tôt par la lumière L’ouverture et la fermeture des portes de chambres sont bruyantes Peu de rangement La salle de bain a besoin d’un rafraîchissement
• Díaz Barcala (4/5): - Ask for the real location in advance! The Riad provided an incorrect location. Upon arrival, we spent 40 minutes in the streets at night trying to find the place. I attempted to call the contact number provided multiple times, but there was no answer. This lack of communication left us vulnerable; local people insisted on "guiding" us for money, and despite our refusals, they became persistent to the point where we felt forced to pay them. When we finally arrived, the host (who did not speak English) offered no apology or assistance. Instead, he insisted for two consecutive days that we should have paid them, who followed us. The lack of professionalism and support from the staff was deeply concerning. While the room matched the photos, our first-floor room had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. We did not request a room change or anything at the time as the Riad appeared to be fully booked, but it made our stay quite uncomfortable. Recommendation: If you decide to stay here, ensure you demand the exact coordinates well in advance. Do not rely on the information provided in the listing or expect any assistance from the host upon arrival.

C'est un réel plaisir de retrouver la même équipe. Les repas sont délicieux, les petits déjeuners sont incroyables. Tout est fait maison. Je recommande les yeux fermés ce riad

• Dumoulin (9/5): Je reviendrai, si Marrakech est incroyable, le Riad Eden est déjà une expérience en soi. - Riad typique, chambre magnifique, le balcon, le personnel très agréable, de bon conseil, la communication facile avec Jérôme. La localisation est idéale (à quelques mètres du souk et proche de la place Jamaa El fna), dans un coin calme. L'isolation des chambres, mais liée à l'authenticité du lieu : les portes n'ont pas de "jointures" et le son circule dans le lieu.

El trato del personal fue adecuado y atento. Las puertas no sellan completamente la estancia. Nos inclinamos a pensar que es una característica común en este tipo de alojamientos, pero no tienes una percepción de intimidad completa ya que escuchas todo lo que pasa fuera.

• Andrea (7/5): Peaceful place to stay in the busy medina - The location is very good. The Riad is in the middle of the medina, very easy to reach everything from here. It was quiet, and the Riad itself has a very nice atmosphere and design. The rooftop is also nice. We had aircon in the room which was needed. The stuff was friendly, mostly the young guy with the glasses. 😊 Unfortunately our room (berber room) did not have a window, which made it a little bit feel like a cave. The breakfast was not a big portion, no meat and my boyfriend stayed hungry. ☹️

• Francesco (10/5): - Camera molto confortevole, pulitissima e curata nei dettagli. Tutto il Riad è arredato con grande stile ed eleganza. La colazione è ottima, la terrazza con piscina (peccato non averla potuta utilizzare per via della stagione) offre una bellissima vista. Il personale è fantastico, gentile e disponibile; ci hanno anche custodito i bagagli per tutto il giorno della partenza dopo il check out alle 12, avendo il volo la sera tardi. Ci torneremo volentieri!

Ma mère a remarqué deux de ses affaires manquaient juste après notre retour au Riad. Nous avions passer la journée dehors et en rentrant, nous avons remarqué que les chambres ont été nettoyées et les lits faits. Ma mère voulait se changer pour ressortir et elle a remarqué que deux pantalons manquaient. Nous avons appelé le Riad plusieurs fois, en plus de les avoir contacter sur WhatsApp. Silence radio. J’ai remarqué qu’il y’avait un autre avis qui mentionnait que l’un de ses pantalons avait aussi disparu.

La piscina y el solarium muy chulo para descansar tras un largo día de recorrer la ciudad. Ponen un magnífico desayuno. Aunque esta en la Medina es muy tranquilo y sin ruidos ya que esta en la calle paralela. No hay nada negativo.

• Georgia (9/5): - This Riad was very close to everything we needed, from shops to restaurants to landmarks. The breakfast prepared each morning was delicious and we greatly appreciated the fresh fruit provided upon request. The staff were brilliant and kind, always welcoming us with a smile. The only downside was the placement of our room, which was on the ground floor as we could hear everything from about 7AM onwards. We didn’t mind too much though as we understand there’s nothing to do about it.

• ALESSIA (8/5): Ottima struttura per un week end a Marrakech - Riad molto carino e caratteristico, piccola piscina sulla terrazza con possibilità di fare anche colazione. Posizione centrale a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla famosa piazza Jeema El Fnaa. Colazione con prodotti freschi. Personale gentile, ottima accoglienza.

Wir haben im Vorfeld der Reise die Abholung am Flughafen Marrakech angefragt und wurden trotz einer Stunde Verspätung um 0:30 Uhr abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht. Das Riad ist gemütlich eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer perfekten und ruhigen Lage. Die Rückenlehne aus Stoff am Bett war schmutzig und ein Austausch wäre dringend nötig.
