Reservations for 4 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and full payment 28 days prior to arrival. Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking.
A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in.
Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
Office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:00. Bank holiday hours may differ.
Reception is open Daily from 10.00 to 16.00, while time self check-in can be arranged.
Room servicing will only occur if your stay is 7 nights or more.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Brenda (7/5): It’s ok but - We liked the location and the fact it had an elevator especially with luggage. The room is very sparse could really use another chair or even a sleeper sofa. There is a lot of wasted space. Also the kitchen utensils need to be replaced & added to. The property can’t control the street noise but from our room you felt like you were sleeping on the street. Between the loud individuals leaving the pubs at 2am and then the deliveries starting at 5am you won’t be getting any sleep. Might depend on what side of the building you’re on. Also agree better signage is needed only being on the glass door is hard to locate.

- Beth (8/5): Great location and value - The location was fantastic, only a few minutes' walk from Queen St train station and the Buchanan St bus station, both of which we used multiple times. Our apartment was on the top floor and we had a neat balcony overlooking the Modern Art museum and other attractive buildings. The staff was very friendly and responsive, accommodating us when we needed to store luggage before check in. The apartment has seen better days. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracking and coming up, paint was chipped in several areas, and the heated towel racks didn't seem to work. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. We found several long hairs in the bathroom that didn't belong to us.

The apartment was in need of refurbishing, especially the windows. The city centre location was noisy and busy well into the night, new windows would have helped to reduce the street noise and led to a more comfortable stay.

Some maintenance is needed on the unit we were in, the shelf above the bathroom sink is falling off, missing the hanger on the back of bathroom door, tile grout on floor needs a good cleaning.
It was very noisy until 2:00am due to the proximity to the local bars.

- Nikki M (9/5): Gorgeous central apartment - The apartment was gorgeous and in a fantastic location. Staff were lovely too. It was really warm in the apartment and the fan wasn't powerful enough. If we opened the window at night we had the noise from the pub below. I know this can't be helped and just what comes with being so central. I would just suggest a more powerful fan.

Tavolo per mangiare, finestrature del salone in doppia esposizione, tavolo e divano La reception non è h24 ed è un po’ “rimediata”. Le tende non sono completamente oscuranti e la serratura di accesso è un po’ vecchio stile. Ma sono proprio piccolezze diciamo.

Schlechte Isolation der Fenster (Kälte und Lärm). Verschiedene Lärmquellen aus dem Badezimmer und dem Boilerraum.
Die Küche war sauber, der Rest der Wohnung leider nicht. Viel Staub und schmutziger Teppich im Schlafzimmer, Flecken auf dem Sofa.
Die Einrichtung war etwas kühl.

I'd only make one minor suggestion to assist with finding the apartments by adding a sign of some sort visible when walking down the street as we walked right past it a couple of times struggling to find it - but we fot there eventually! 😊

We had to have the windows open our entire stay, which meant you got noise from outside. The decor was sterile and bland. The furniture was minimal and uncomfortable. Poor facilities. - Good location but the noise was crazy due to how old the windows are The fridge didn't close properly so I ended up getting a dodgy stomach after eating something I kept in there overnight. I have serious food allergies so the reason I booked the apartment was purely for the kitchen facilities. The countertop was dirty. The "freezer" was completely frozen over and had orange stains in it. The couch is small and hard. There are passive aggressive notices everywhere urging you not to use the oven or to turn down the heating to save electricity. Not something you want to deal with on holiday. You want to relax and enjoy your stay. The communication was confusing. Conflicting information being sent in emails Vs what was on the website Vs what the front desk told me meant I had to repeatedly phone or email for clarification. Emails were not properly responded to - I asked if I could check in out of hours and the reply I got simply read "24/7". So I had to phone to get a proper response and set up the process. I got sent a link to pay for my stay and it didn't work - it seems the front desk know that booking.com scrub any links from working, but no alternative was set up. Again I had to phone to fix this and be able to pay. I booked for 2 adults, but only got 1 towel between the two of us. Just a far too stressful process for a sub-par experience. I won't be back.

- Peter (10/5): Our stay at these premises was excellent. - Staff were extremely helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent,just what we needed in every respect. The bed was very large and had a good mattress and clean white covers.
The view was spectacular, looking directly over George Square. The renovation of the square was great to watch when we were in the sitting/dining room. The location was just what we wanted. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes and of course the railway station. Plenty of buses available for our visit to our student niece. People are friendly and helpful. Loved our visit to Glasgow. Would book the same accommodation again. Not a lot to write about really. There was local noise in the evening from people visiting pubs, cafes etc but it didn’t disturb us and was quiet after 11 ish.

The noise from workmen in George Square stared early but that was to be expected and didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our accommodation.

- Lindsay (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay for a family of 4 with plenty space and great location. - The location was perfect as we had a family wedding nearby so were able to walk easily. We were able to park car at the door of the property to unload and pack again on leaving which was handy and paid only £52 to park at Q-Park for 4 days/nights with promo code. We had a penthouse apartment with 2 double bedrooms, the living and dining space was large and nice views over Glasgow. The kitchen was clean and well-equiped with large fridge-freezer, it was very handy with young children. The shower in main bathroom didnt work, we were able to give the kids a bath but the drain/overflow was faulty. We had an en-suite shower in the second bedroom which was fine. Could have done with a second black bin bag, no instruction on what to do with rubbish so we left in the kitchen. The apartment was very warm and not easy to regulate the temperature... one of the windows didn't have a safety catch so could be opened fully which we didnt think was very safe - we could understand why you were unable to access the balcony areas but unsure if prices reflect this. Unfortunately there was a party within the next door property on our last night with alot of coming/going, loud music etc. which meant very little sleep however my partner contacted the management and they acted on this pretty quickly. A little more attention to cleaning as kids found various random things under beds when playing. Could do with upgrading the windows and window coverings which would make a massive difference to comfort overall.

Kitchen is tiny and you can’t open the under sink cupboard properly as the washing machine sticks out and in the way
Flat is way too hot even with windows open
Flat 703 does not even have a window to open in the room with the en-suite. This is poor for a penthouse.

- Jesslyn (10/5): Location was mint - The location was perfect, the apartment was MASSIVE, neat and cosy. There was a fair amount of external noise in the bedroom (neighbouring bins and garage noices).
We weren't a fan of the amount of heavy doors within the apartment (but that could be a cultural thing for us). No coffee machine for the supplied coffee pods. There was also a metal barb on one of the coffee table legs which game me a might scratch.

The apartment was bigger than we expected.
Need we're very comfortable.
Reception staff were very friendly The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
The iron in the room didn't work, but staff helped with this.
The hearing was set a little high. We tried to change this, it didn't seem to make much difference.
