Bathroom fan loud and ineffective

- Gary (10/5): - Great staff and understanding that I was traveling with my 6 year old daughter, 11 years old son, 65+ years old parents and gave us option for late check out at 12….
- Michelle (10/5): Loved it - Best Hotel Breakfast EVER!! Clean room and friendly staff.

- Bernice (6/5): normal - the continental breakfast was nice my room on the 1st floor i didnt like being on the 1st floor it felt like a basement to me
- Vivian (10/5): - We arrived late so parking was a problem. We didn't feel safe parking outside across the street in a vacant lot.
- Adryan (10/5): - Just a great stay
- Rosalyn (8/5): - good helpful staff and great breakfast
- Raymond (10/5): - I w stop for a Motorcycle
- James (8/5): - Can’t complain about the check in and also buffet breakfast staff. While the hallway was undergoing repairs, that’s the only concern
- Trevor (4/5): 2 star run down hotel at best - The Coast Fraser inn is extremely run down.
In desperate need of fresh paint. We checked in and needed bottled water. No water in the room, vending machine was out of order with the second vending machine out of water. Front desk finally gave us two bottles of water. Once we entered our room, #127, on the entry floor was a dirty old rag. ( pic)The bathroom has some kind of food or even worse on the wall. ( pic)
Black hair on the bathroom floor.
Beds are average at best.
Paid too much for a 2 star hotel. (190.00 +tax)
Zero body wash, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Just two little soap bars (pic)
Definitely will not be staying at the coast Fraser Inn again.
Coast hotels needs to check and see if this hotel is keeping up with the coast brand!
- John (8/5): - Was ok
- Kam (10/5): - Our stay was comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. It was a very nice room. The owner, Inderjit was very personable.
- Alicia (3/5): -
- sam (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Glenda (8/5): - Dog friendly property. Close to freeway but quiet with good restaurants close by.
- Jon (4/5): - They are charging twice as much for half as good. Things are run down. There was huge mud lumps in the hallways and forier which seemed unimportant to anyone there to bother to clean up. I wouldn’t be so harsh but to have to pay twice the money as the day before in a clean place. No thanks! Never again.
- Nicole (1/5): -
- Colin (7/5): Value for money - The breakfast is a great deal with Lots of food and choices.
Free parking The hotel is bit dated and worn. But clean
- Donna (8/5): - It was conveniently located. Easy of checking in.
The only unfortunate thing is that the parking lot greated us with a passed out man on the lawn .
- Donald (6/5): Pleasant -
- cheryl (10/5): - Full house but very quiet.
Friendly staff.
- Amanda (4/5): - They didn’t restock my coffee, cups were dirty in the room. No plug for bath tub.
When I waited to check out in the morning, the lady at the front desk answered calls instead of tending to the line and after 13 minutes of her bookings room for the person who had called, I wrote check me out on my card holder and left.
I had hoped to share this feedback at checkout, but not able to wait.
- Brian (10/5): - Very wonderful friendly staff went above and beyond for us! Thank you
- Candace (6/5): - The hotel overall was fine for the area, comparing to other similar propeties it felt very over priced.
- Dan (8/5): - Nice
- Karen (8/5): Very good stay! - Very convenient location. Very lovely owners. They take pride in the property. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very accommodating. Just the public bathroom off of the fro t entrance needed attention. They promptly attended the area.
- Shelley (6/5): - The water wouldn’t drain the first day in the tub but they came and fixed it right away. No blow dryer, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, beds were comfortable. All in all the hotel is outdated and could use a little freshening up.
- Mirzad (1/5): Bad - The washroom was very dirty State of the washroom. Very dirty
- Sukhwinder (10/5): - Silence best dealing
- Christopher (6/5): - Pros
BP restaurant and good sized rooms well lit parking lot.
Cons
Shower grout dirty and tub barely drained.
- Marlo (6/5): - My room was dirty, I had multiple different sheet sets on my bed, non matched. The check in was very slow
- Lynn (10/5): - The property was clean and the staff were friendly. It’s attached to Boston Pizza so dinner was easy and there Continental breakfast was perfect.
- Nihad (6/5): Cleanliness lacking - Hotel in general was comfortable.
The only negative is that it was not very clean. Hallways were not kept clean and even though room service was every second day the bathroom was not cleaned. Towels were replaced and bed made. Toilet and sink including the bathtub was untouched.
- Debbie (10/5): - Really loved having a restaurant attached to the hotel so we didn’t even have to go outside. It was also dog friendly.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tia (10/5): - The room was nice, staff was friendly. Had a few options to walk to for food. Really liked the shampoo they had.
- Angela (4/5): Disappointing -
- Brenda (6/5): Pleasant -
- J.K. (6/5): - I felt that our vehicle was safe in the parking lot as we could see it from our room, also had easy parking.
The staff was friendly.
The rooms were clean, even if a bit dated. Our room on this trip was loud, there was a loud noise in the walls, I believe it was from the other rooms and water system?
- Mike (6/5): - Property needs a little TLC. It’s looking very tired.
- Trevor (7/5): Good -
- Leo (9/5): Would definitely stay there again. - Being close to town is nice. The hot breakfast was good. It was too bad that the hottub was out of service.
- Owen (4/5): - Toilet not working on arrival and no staff on site to fix, no capacity to store expensive bikes safely, room in need of repairs (door handles, drywall on ceiling in bathroom, door handles loose and wobbly). An old hotel with cosmetic facelifts. The reception staff was very nice under difficult conditions as it was busy and there were a number of people with problems. The room was clean, and the beds were nice. Suggestion - be aware the Williams Lake is getting a positive reputation for the quality of its mountain biking so figure out a way to allow guest to safely store expensive bikes without pushing dirty bikes into the guest rooms - no way I'd leave my bike on the car in that neighborhood.
- Ronald (6/5): - While the breakfast room was well staffed, clean, and roomy, the breakfast was subpar. Lacking pastries, fruit, and waffles/pancakes.
- (Brad Clements) (8/5): - Staff was excellent and very friendly.
Very accommodating of dogs with a convenient fenced grass patch and trash can at the end of the hallway.
Room had a broken window lock, on ground level. Parking lot inconvenient for trailers/long vehicles of any sort.
Limited trailer parking on frontage road
Highway noise could be an issue for those facing the highway.
- Jerel (10/5): - Another excellent hotel to stop at for a night on a road trip. Having a Boston Pizza restaurant on sight was a pleasant bonus.
- Dick (8/5): - Great stay. I am very happy we stayed there.
- Lawrence (6/5): I won't stay there again. - There was very limited hot water for the bath. The hot tub was out of service. If there were these problems, they should have been announced online before our reservation was accepted.
- Blair (8/5): Very good -
- Glen (8/5): Very good - Hot tub out of order. Breakfast was cool
.
- Rod (8/5): - room service every second night, not even fresh towels or coffee. Apprently its company policy.
- David (4/5): - Breakfast was dreadful. Please don’t bother offering “free” breakfast. I’ll be happy to pay for breakfast somewhere else. Reduce the room rate by $15 instead.
- Doug (4/5): In serious need of renovation - Hotel is in serious need of renovation. Everything is old. I stay here regularly because it’s convenient but the place needs updating.
- Madeleine (7/5): Good -
